Total ripoff. They counted stainless steel as sheet metal. 400lbs of metal and only offered $8. Go to port Allen!

I've scrapped stuff there many times. Generally speaking they have pretty bad customer service and it seems like they look for the tiniest little things to pay as little money as possible. I would advise going to scrap in Baton Rouge.

When they had competition close by, their prices were comparatively low. Now even lower. Thier hours suck also. I can never seem to find this place open. What are working people supposed to do they are closed on weekends and they close everyday at 3:30 how s*****

They will rob your money by false statements about your copper, don't listen to this bunch of thieves ,go to livingstone recycling they will pay you the real value .Eastside Recycling personel are totallyRUDe,i agree with the other comment statement(They are very RUDE)about this people here on this recycling place been totally rude and dishonest, their manager is supporting the dishonesty of this place to.. Dour your homework and check baton Rouge recycling or livingstone they will pay you over a dollar more than this people here,and this reviews and comments are real ,don't be cheated !

This place lied to me before i came to turn in a radiator, told me it was 1.25 per lb, when i got there, they tried to pay me 43 cents on a pound. Total rip off place, Do Not Keep making these criminals rich..

Ripped me off and gave me a receipt for my scrap but never gave me the money for it .no cash or check for anything and they were extremely rude. Not only did they rip me off and was rude but they also took items out the back of my truck that were not supposed to be touched ! The things taken we're not scrap items and when I realized they were gone I went right back only to be told they were busy to call later .well guess what ... I called and nobody returned my calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE THIEVES.
