The customer service at this location is beyond excellent. We had an issue with a wire, and corporate office was unreachable for days. The staff a this location, did everything and beyond of their capabilities to resolve the issue. We had no support from the corporate office, all the support was from this branch. Lacey, Marion, Christie and Britney were extremely helpful and dedicated in solving this issue. The corporate office should send their employees for training in customer service support and problem solution management to this location!

People in the office are friendly and helpful. ** Be sure to wear close toe shoes are you can Not go to the back lot to look at cars. (They have a pair of boots (1pair many feet!) you can borrow.) **

I have bought multiple cars here with no issues, now I can only view cars on Monday and Tuesday? I have viewed many times on Friday. Where did this come from? Bad business when I’m the high bidder on a lot trying to negotiate with the seller whose reserve is higher than my bid.

When I called and I explained what happened to the manager Mark, he was very respectful and got down to the bottum of it to see what really happened. My car was towed there because of flood.I had add ons added to car speaker system, speciality lights, radio. I ASKED TO GET MY ITEMS AND INSURANCE COMPANY OKED BUT THE INSURANCE SETTLED AND I BOUGHT CAR BACK. CAR WAS RELEASED TO ME BY I SURANCE ON A FRIDAY AT 7 AM.CALLED ALL DAY TO SEE WHEN I COULD COME GET IT.COPART REPS KEPT SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE RELEASE CALLED AND GOT ADJUSTER TO CALL RELEASE WAS THERE. WENT TO PICK UP CAR. NO CAR ,CAR AT LOCATION IN TICKFAW LA WHICH WAS CLOSED TILL 8 SATURDAY. WENT AT 8 AM ,NO CAR. THEY CHECKED CPUTER, PULLED IP PHOTOS OF CAR ASKED IF IT WAS MINE. YES IT WAS VIEWED SURROND PICTURES OF CAR INTACT ALL EGUIPMENT. TOLD CAR WAS I. LIVINGSTON AT FAIRGROUND. WENT THERE CAR STUCK AT BACK OF LOT UNABLE TO ACESS IT, LOT TOO WET , CUSTOMERS NOT ALLOWED, WAITING ON BACKHOE TO GET LOADER UNSTUCK. THESE WERE THE EXCUSES FOR 8 DAYS..IM CALLONG ANG GOIING TO LIVINGSTON TWICE A DAY.FINALLY GDT A CALL .COME GET YOUR CAR GET THERE TIRES FLAT AND NOT TIRES THST WERE ON IT, SIDE MIRRORS REMOVED,ALL SPECIALITY ITEMS GONE,DASHBORD TORN OUT AND BROKEN (WOODGRAIN), RADIO GONE SPEAKERS GONE.THEY STATED ITEMS WERE THERE WHEN BROUGHT IN BUT TBEY DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.THEN ASKED ME WHY WAS I REPORTING TO POLICE. GOT POLICE REPORT AND CONTACTED INSURANCE COMPANY. COPART AGREED TO REPLACE DASH AND RADIO ONLY. SWORE VAR WAS MISSING OTHER ITEMS EVEN THOU PHOTOS SHOW THEM CLEARLY ON VEHICLE.STILL WAITING SINCE SEPT 6 FOR PAYMENT

They sold me a trash car and didn't notify me that the title was pending until I got there. I called in after a week to check the status of the title, and they told me it was there a week earlier instead of mailing it like they promised when I picked up the car. I tried to junk it and they said they couldn't do it because the title wasn't registered in my name although they just gave me the title. IAAI is the place to go for auction cars; a total loss could just be a dent, etc. Copart sells the same POS that people send to the junkyard.

2500$ damage to my house from this company. 0stars. The worst service ever. This company damaged my house when picking up my car. When i informed a manager he acted like it would get fixed. Finally got a call from insurance trying to settle with only 300$ I did not accept. Extremely unsatisfied with this company its employees and management. Very bad service and customer assistance .

Tyler is the yard manager. He is young and enthusiastic about his work. Tons of cars to choose from. The best part is that they are CHEAP!! bought a whole truck for $800 definitely for parts though.

Cheaters, I bought a car from here 2000 Lexus ES300, it did not match the description posted on the site. The pictures were misleading, had body damage on the roof, trunk and driver side door. Also the car have three lights on the instrument cluster the check engine light, traction control and ABS, they make sure that when a car have any warning light on, they take a picture of the instrument cluster that only shows the mileage but not the warning lights. Very dishonest practice. If you are shopping for a car from Copart site be on the look out for this dirty practice. If they don't show the complete instrument cluster while the car is running and idling then there is something fishy that they are trying to hide and screw the buyer, especially for the cars that are described runs and drive, normal wear. The company should have standards that all locations must follow, like taking pictures from all sides of the car and complete cluster not just a glimpse for some and the whole cluster for others. I understand that this is an auction, but the auctioneer responsibility should be clear at disclosing any visible defect to the buyers and not try to hide defect to maximize the selling price at the buyer expenses. This is not right, not legal and will eventually steer customers away from buying all together.

This place is down right ridiculous! My driver went to get a vehicle for them to tell him that the vehicle was at another location. When my driver went to that "other" location, he was told that the vehicles were at the location that he had just come from. We called in advance. This place is so disorganized; wait times on the phones exceed 20min; and they have the nerve to have poor customer service. NEVER again! If there was a way to give them "NO STARS" at all, that would be my rating!
