Called to get a quote and was told they don’t take vehicles but the lady on the phone was extremely Nice and helpful.

In my opinion, these guys are thieves. I called to sell a car for scrap. Asked what they'd give me for it. They said "I don't know, haven't seen it." They sent a tow truck to pick it up. Called later that day and was told "I just told you I'd pick it up. It cost me sixty five dollars for the tow truck. I didn't say I'd give you anything for the car." Now I see how they get good reviews on prices, they just take things from people to sell.
