First off, super rude employees. Most importantly, the 3 times I've been there they've tried to charge me more than a new replacement piece from Amazon. Most recently, I walked in and asked how much, they looked up the cost of a used one online, and I quote "It's selling for $130..... I can give it to you for $115". Hahahah, yes, seriously.... from the junkyard. I left and got that particular part off craigslist for $35. This location has to be in the run for worst yard in NE Kansas.

The staff are very friendly at both locations. I actually left my phone behind and they luckily found it. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and recommend them if you need spare parts at a reasonable price from trustworthy people!

I will NEVER go back. TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a replacement part from them and was told if I had a problem that I could return it. Then when I went to return it they charged me a restocking fee that no one ever told me about. If I had known that, it would have persuaded my decision on the purchase all together.

I purchased a dashboard from them a week ago and I went and checked it out, it only had a couple cracks. When I got the the did not give me all the pieces I needed, there were more cracks than before and they had me pay before. If I would have known they didnt have someone experienced to remove a dashboard I would have done it myself. They knew those dashboards are brittle and still had no care at all taking it out... So I do not plan on going back there.

Terrible. Took 3 days to pick up a part they had "in stock" according to their website and over the phone. You have to pay then wait first come first serve for them to pull it. Was told it would be the same day, then the next day, then it was at their other location. Service is beyond slow. I got the part home and it's missing pieces. I've purchased this exact same part at other yards. Called to see if they had it, went in and had it in 5 minutes.

Great customer service But then when I got my part to my mechanic only to find out my part was faulty and like any business should do bring me another part which is what they had to do I would have thought most used parts are somewhat tested for mechanical defects
