Place is decent. I went their looking for lumina parts and found one right in the first row. The prices are better than u-pull it and if you purchase a bundle of things as opposed to one they sweeten the deal. I would go back to this place for sure. No browsing charge as well. Good Place.

The guy who came and got my car was nice enough and they gave me a pretty good price. However, the girl who I spoke to on the phone was AWFUL!! She was incredibly rude to me for absolutely no reason. I would've given them more stars if it hadn't been for her and her horrible customer service skills.

These guys have regularly cheated me out of a couple pounds every time I bring them my scrap. A little here and there can happen, and I expect it, but then the guy running the cash out scale gave me a lower price than what was posted directly behind him. It's not a huge deal when you are turning in small amounts of copper, but on larger hauls you will notice. I won't be returning to these guys.

I wish there was a way to pick a half star. I went in one day and was treated very good. Then I went the next day and a short mexican that was running the forklift thought i was stupid, and I'm pretty sure he pocketed the money for my electric motors and my starters and my catalytic converter, as they were still in the box when he handed me my ticket. I will never return there, and neither will anyone i know or associate with. A very big thumbs down.

Great I waited on u-pull-it for 2 days and nothing I call them they call me back that day, and they offered me way more then u-pull-it did, couldnt be happier.

mike isnt that bad, so stop with the personal attack. mistakes happen and there are lots of junk yards to save your trip. they get all kinds of freaky people in there and i see they have no shortage of metal. now my thoughts; they tare too heavy. i guess they assume you are going to throw out non metal. seen them tare 80 pounds off my load. also was rushed while throwing out scrap because i'm not selling copper for 7 cents a pound. but i go there too much to be rushed. i do like going there to scrap metal. and would recommend scrapping there.

I called lakeside and they not only offered me more but was actually going to call me to schedule the pick up! Thank you so much for all of your help, the spectacular service and the check. These people are so rod, I had called up there to find out if they had front bumper for my KIA was told no they didn't have one. then got a call back saying that they did. OK cool not so bad right, asked him if their was a fee to get in to see if it was the right one, guy said no fee. drive all the way out there from old town Bellevue, now their is a three dollars fee, OK three dollars O no like that would have mattered.What made me so mad was that i had called back and the guy that was there was just really rod, I will never call this company again, i would go back to u pull it before i ever go to them for anything

My engine blew while I was driving the other day. I called a few places to scrap the car. Didn't really love the treatment on the phone. Called Lakeside and the girls answering were knowledgeable. Spoke with Shane and he agreed on a fair price for my pile of scrap, LOL. Thank you Lakeside, Shane, and the ladies at the front desk. Will be spreading the word that lakeside is where your car need to go when it dies.

Just got a car picked up and they shorted us 50$ and said that they couldn't do anything about it after I called. They're rude and don't know how to treat customers. Don't go through this place. Just cause they say a certain amount doesn't mean that they're going to give it to you.

Lakeside came recommended. I now wish I had gone with someone else. The customer service has been terrible. I cannot rely on anything I'm told. I am stuck finishing this current project but I will not use Lakeside again and I will not recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a tire from these folks and I can say that I have never dealt with a more pleasant, accommodating, and honest people then they were. Even though it was getting close to closing time for them they took the time to cheerfully take care of my needs. Just really great people.
