Rented from Budget dumpster and ABC showed up and refused to leave room for door on dumpster to open to drag roofing into the dumpster and I specifically asked the driver to do this at delivery. Asked them to come back and pull out from fence and he said would be $150 charge. Had to toss all roofing over side of dumpster. The driver acted unprofessional and did not communicate well, as well as Budget Dumpster customer service....both companies did not take ownership of the problem they created. I also have a couple pictures of their truck leaving the back yard and he had plenty of room to get the dumpster out. I also purchased a city parking permit $25 that was a waste of money. They told me they would charge $150 if they brought the dumpster out and could not get it in the backyard....and my only other option would be to put it in the street. This small family owned company forgot about the great customer service they talk about on their website and supposedly provide to their customers. Both companies kicked this elderly woman under the dumpster in every aspect of dealing with this small residential roof tear off job! If these 2 companies that KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT TEAMWORK can screw up this small job I would not recommend them for a big job! Response to the owner - your driver was asked to pull the dumpster away from the fence when he delivered and he refused. He made a statement why did you go through Budget after calling me a couple weeks ago? It was his goal to make my experience miserable and his customer service skills were horrible. You and your company should not take jobs from Budget Dumpster if it does this to your unskilled drivers which have poor attitudes. This review was intended for your company.
