Ray’s didn’t pick up our recycle bin but picked up others in neighborhood. Bin wasn’t overloaded. Sent a email and their stock answer was that they were a day behind due to the holiday and it would be picked up today. No kidding!! Really!!! We already knew of the delayed schedule but now it’s been two days. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would come today and that didn’t happen either. Not a good business model to throw stock answers around without digging further. Can’t believe we pay THEM to take our recycling.

Ray’s trash service forgets to pick up my trash at least 3 times a month! I have called so many times that I’ve lost count and I’m always told that my account will be credited but it never is. This is beyond ridiculous!!
