You will be able to see all the opinions of real people like you who are purchasing the services of Pull-A-Part (Scrap Yards) near to the state of Indiana.
At the moment the firm has a score of 4.2 out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 490 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is really good, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we can be quite sure that the rating is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to give tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Scrap Yards is classified in the category of Used auto parts store.
Robert was the most helpful employee. I haven't encountered anyone so willing to provide their services...thanks again Robert for all your help. He really went over and beyond.
Really good service will be recommending
They always have good selections and parts needed. I really like how they have vehicles on gravel. You can get under car without worrying if there is a snake or whatever it should be. The hrs and 7 days a week is very helpful
Great place with great prices and the staff is very helpful
Great for more common American made cars. They always seem to have the cars I am looking for. The cars I tend to pick from are in fairly decent shape and parts are dirt cheap.
Very organized lot. Hard to find the rows sometimes. But other that that little thing I have no problems with pull-a-part.
i went to the lot today and they have a great lot with plenty of great cars to chose from but one of the female employees were very rude when told my total asked why a part was as much as it was her response was (it is what it is) then gave me the f**k off face and did not help i hate bad customer service especially when im spending good money with you
Best place to get used parts with gravel base and cars are lifted for easy access. Also have A frame hoist to take out parts and then they help move heavy parts to your vehicle. All parts same price per part for all vehicles. Great place.
Unsatifity
They have what you need
I got lucky they had the parts I need it.
Scheduled a pickup and was givin' a 8am-5pm window. Spend my whole Saturday waiting for them to get a call at 3pm saying they was not coming. Great customer service guys!!!!! I wish I could tell my employer the same thing without repercussion......and not waste a day off on horrible communication.
Very unprofessional customer service, wasted my day.
Great selection, just didn't have what I was looking for.
I’ve waited all day for a toll truck to pick up a truck I was donating to. Habitat For Humanity I was told they would come in between 8 AM and 5 PM it is now 7:45pm and I have not seen them or heard from them and I’ve put two or three calls in and they keep telling me they’re going to be there on their way and the person is going to give me a 30 minutes out.
Worst customer sevice, extremely rude. They sent me a quote, then changed it when I called. OK so I still went for it, they ask if I would like to schedule an appointment, I said yes, he took some information and said they would call me. A call center in Georgia called me, mispronounced my name Ethan so bad I told them they had the wrong number. When I finally went to schedule the pick up, they told me I needed to be available the next day from 8-5. I asked if I could narrow the window of pick up of the vehicle, they told me it was up to the town truck company they send out to me, who will call 30 minutes before pick up. I am from Detroit, mi. And have never had such horrible service before. Yes I said I have always gotten better service in Detroit.
Great place to buy cheap car parts
Always very helpful, always friendly, and I always spend less than I think I will for what I need!
This was the most organized junk yard I have ever been in. Easy to access parts. Help if needed.
One of the best places to get auto parts in the Northern KY area. Cheapest prices of any of the salvage yards I've visited. The lot is clean, and has an extensive selection. Bring your own tools, obviously... wheelbarrows on the lot are in good shape, and you can haul tools or parts. I once hauled a set of five tires/rims in a pair of wheelbarrows. Pricing is very fair, and nobody searched my toolbag or anything on the way out. I'll be back!
Very very clean , good and great to have around Oh and very organize.
Nice people... Good service.. Thanks Mercede!!
Great place to pull parts plenty of selection but staff not so good the checkout lady told me not knowing my name or anyting that she didn't believe what I was telling her about talking to someone the previous evening about prices so that was her calling me a liar and she don't even know my name that's messed up I think she should have her job taken and I plan to push the issue until it is solved in some way an apology is not going to cut it
Very organized yard. Had great amount of inventory to choose from. Staff was very helpful.
Great place to find what you can't at any other place
A Gate Fee!?! Cover Charge! Just to look at some junk cars, after driving over 2 hours, that may or may not have what you are looking for? They don't know what they have, so they charge you to go and hope for the best? I Will Not Be using this place, only a fool would agree to paying to look for the possibility of them NOT having what you want, since as I said They don't know what they have
Nice people and nice place to get parts
Really nice everything is in order
Pretty good, Each self serve junkyard has there own pro's and con's This is one is pretty darn clean for being a salvage yard, decent service, Only con to this yard is that parts cost bit more sometimes but still worth it.
They buy vehicles by the make model and year not by weight.
Over all I would have to say great place to buy used part's an find hard to find part's to ,
They were very helpful the part that I needed with cross-referencing with a different year model
Cashiers have very bad attitudes
They scheduled a pick-up date, and asked me to wait all day by the phone. I took time off work and waited the whole. They never picked up my car, nor were they able to tell me why they were unable to keep their own appointment. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up on me -- on two different occasions. In MHO, this definitely is not a trustworthy establishment. Very, very shady. I'd give them minus five stars if I could.
Great service
Some parts are over priced for used parts the new ones have a 5 dollar difference some times if tbat
Terrible website, terrible automated voice prompt, and just overall terrible. Just go buy your damn parts at the auto parts store.
This is an organized operation. Yard is organized and clean with plenty of crushed stone, computer database lets you print off vehicle locations in the yard (a huge plus), and layout of the yard is very nice. There is some info online for vehicles that enter the yard but a simple photo would go a long way too. Prices can be relatively high for trim and interior bits but prices for big mechanical items are excellent. I work for a living so going here M-F 8am-5pm is out of the question but the 8-5 Saturday & Sunday hours are crucial for folks like me. Just wish that summer hours were a bit longer. Even by an hour would make a huge difference (since it's light well beyond 5pm). Overall, very happy with Pull-a-Part but really wish there was one in the eastern part of the state closer to me!
One of the best salvage yards I've dealt with and the girls are very helpful and knowledgable. I will be back.....
no new inventory . Not many European cars . This place is blah don't waste your time nor gas coming here . I've been coming here since they've opened. Now I go to the competitors . I'd rather pay a little more for entry and knowing the competitor has inventory than to come to pull a part. The Latino girls at the counter are extremely rude as if you are bothering them to check out which is basically doing their job ...smh sighs .
Great prices, easy to get what I was after.
Best price anywhere
Nice,polite, and fast service
Good yard wish you could rent a golf cart while you check in instead have to go to check out counter.
I’ve been here a few times and to a handful of other similar places and honestly don’t understand the complaints. For a junkyard this place is great. If you aren’t ready for a junkyard then maybe don’t go? Apparently you can ask them to pick things up with a forklift if you need it? I’m not sure how that works but have overheard a few people ask for that service. Also, it’s way hotter out there than you expect and you might want to bring more tools than you think you’ll need. Depending on how much you are taking apart expect to deal with what someone else left you, maybe they stripped a screw or bent something and you’ll need to deal with that. I don’t want this to be complaining about other reviews but geez already, if you want to walk in and know for sure you can get a good part and have someone else find it for you and not have to walk on rocks then maybe a junkyard isn’t a good place for you. They are pretty clear that they only inventory individual vehicles and you pay $2 to go look and that you maybe should sign up for an alert when a car you are interested in arrives and that they don’t inventory parts. And it’s a junkyard. And the pricing...umm...yeah it seems fair to me. I got an alloy wheel for like $25 or whatever and lug nuts for $0.50 each. Cheapest you can get lug nuts for is to buy a set of them for like $50. So I think I made out pretty damn good on prices. I do have one minor quibble and that is I wish they put the trim line of the cars on the inventory. Parts I needed were only on a certain trim line. So that part wasn’t great.
Very easy to find everything you need
Every time I go to pull a part, the inventory has been accurate... Unfortunately, this visit they only had one vehicle, and someone beat me to what I needed... I did find something else that I needed, so it wasnt a fully lost trip...

Good DIY place to get hard to find parts. Website and car arrival alerts are great, and return and exchange at all locations. Staff courteous. Homer J.
Great Used Parts Superb Customer Service
I found good tire rims, for my car.. Great place
It was the best experience ever. Everyone was soooo nice.
Automated phone service is pointless, it claims there is no vehicle starting with the letters Sil ( Silverado), impossible to reach anyone. They are way behind modern salvage yards with this useless automated answering service.
Their people there are very helpful
Have to pay 2 dollars to get in.
So organized and easy to work at what you need. Very clean for a Pull Apart
Great service need a part but couldn't get to it so a guy came with a forklift to help us and then we was able
★★★★
Very well organized and find what need in timely manner and staff well mannered and ver helpful finding things
Had just what I needed right color and all.
Very organized
been customer here for years. I use internet for pricing (cheep), car location and interchange. I think the poor reviews come from people who went there once and expect to be treated as highly respected customers. Its a junk yard people, the lady in charge is competent, helpful and yes a little rough around the edges, no BS, if you want employees to hold your hand, drop everything to fetch and carry your $10 part, you need to go to a authorized auto dealer and pay 5X the price.
Awesome, huge, junkyard. Everything you need for your cars and trucks. Highly recommended. Loved it
Love PullAPart but a little disgruntled because of the lack of information of the cars on the yard. I found 10-15 Honda Civics online and was looking for a WHITE hood. Unfortunately they do not put the color of the car online even though they have plenty of spots online for information but they are left empty! I enjoy pulling parts off and find it fun but when I spend 3 hours of my Saturday and end up empty handed because they didn't have a white Civic kinda makes me want to go elsewhere.
I love going here. Even if I don't need anything, I end up bringing home something else to install. Guess you can call it a hobby.
I love this place its like a parts R us
Great service.
The place was very accommodating I appreciate the organization of their cars and how you can go and get parts I give them if 10 was a high number I give a 9
Staff was cool, good loot, good prices
Not that great of deals on Parts probably be better off buying you for all the work and the price is about half off also they want to charge you for every little thing from jacks 2 golf carts which would be much more pleasant trip if offered free also have to pay to get in
Prices are reasonable.
love this place
I went to Pull a Part to return back the item I purchased for my Mazda millennia S model that they just received in to there lot. I purchase a overflow radiator bottle for my vehicle after installing I learn it had a leak on the neck. So I tried to return it back with my receipt in hand they said they couldn't refund my money back because the colored marking was missing from the bottle to show it came from there yard. I informed the manager that the part had been clean from it old residue with oil and grease from the part which remove the marking. The part was only $15.00 and they still wouldn't refund my money. The head manager is a fraud and subordinates under him acting like a mangers are a crooks. I went to Neil Huffman Volkswagen and Mazda and order a new overflow radiator bottle part # KJ01-15-350B for $ 111.53 from the dealership 10/06/16. I'm a retired military veteran after servicing 22 years of active service why would I drive over 20 miles to cheap Pull A Parts out of $15.00 of credit which I was only asking to be given back on my account!!! This is one of the worst place ever I visit for service and they have audacity to say they honor Veteran!!! They lack one common sense, honor, loyalty and respect!!! What a disgraceful business owner... Posted 10/25/2016.
After reading other negative reviews, I figured I'd chime in. The Charlotte Pull-A-Part is overall a good place to buy used auto parts, my favorite in the Charlotte area. I am updating this section of my review, and I must say the employees are much friendlier than they used to be (same ones, too!). They are helpful and will make sure they are putting the proper item into the computer so you aren't overcharged, which used to be the case. So, whatever management has been doing, they're doing a good job! The actual yard is very organized. It is very easy to find what you need. The cars are all held up securely for the most part and it is easy to access pretty much anything you'd need. Prices are hit or miss. Some things are reasonably priced, others are a little high (but not LKQ high...). $10 for a hood release cable? I can get a NEW one without pulling it out myself or paying admission for less. I now have a VIP card, which is great to keep track of purchases, such as in the case of a return and you don't have the receipt, it can be looked up on your card. The $1 admission with the card is great too. My only issue now is that I wish they had newer/more inventory. It seems they always have more base model cars that are very common and can be found in any yard. That's the one thing LKQ Pick Your Part is better for. I have a Volvo and it can be hard to find them sometimes at Pull a Part. There are times where months will go by and they will get one on the lot. More European cars would be great, but their Japanese and American inventory is always plentiful. I can always get parts for my Honda.
Set up is great. People very helpful.
Customer service at check out was terrible no communication by the clerk. The heavy set black guy on his phone no responding. He acted as if I owe him something put him outside in the yard.
Staff is ok, car part prices are a bit high with no guarantees. Only option around so oh well
Friendly,,do it yourself attitude...lol
Bring your own tools and be prepared to remove the part(s) yourself. If they help you they will charge you a fee.
I got a diahard battery for 30 buck ....priceless
They had the part I needed and I was able to find the car easily using their part finder computer. They allow military ID card holders to enter the lot for free.
Three female employees there were outstanding, I'd never been there before but I will definitely be returning. Thank you ladies!
this company took me through hell. Customer service wasted my time, money and lied to me. They gave me two different amounts. DO NOT TRUST this company what a joke. Thankfully another company was very helpful and understanding. Pull A Part you will never get my business again!
Good inventory poor customer service
A great place for auto parts.
Not sure
Got my parts & good conditioning cheap
Despite what other reviewers have said about the customer service, I found the Pull-A-Part staff to be very friendly. I always find the part I need (mainly attributable to the fact that I have a Honda), and it is always at an good price. I work only on personal vehicles, but all of the parts I have purchased have been in good, working condition. I once bought an incorrect part and had to return it; the staff was helpful and, of course, gave me in-store credit. Great junkyard, great inventory, great service.
Their inventory is way off You're said it had you had no Chevrolet blazers we found 6 and In lot
Good selection of vehicles. Good location easy to get in and out. Great prices. Went for a fuel pump that is $600 brand new. Got a used one here with sending unit for $24.95
some are nice but some got bad mouth on them
wow! you want to see some old cars that have no parts on them go here. same cars from almost two months ago still out here. on the other hand the new LKQ? I believe thats the name has new cars. Granted they just open but found everything i needed.
Great Service
very straight forward and good selection
It's pull apart. Lol
I love it great place workers are friendly and they have all the things you need
Great prices, well organized. Could use more time to return cores (single parents don't get to install parts right away) and service can be a bit slow, but still a great place to get parts. They also let military in for no charge. They are certainly better than the other s3lf service yard.
The staff is friendly and efficient from counter help to check out. The yard is neat and orderly with a great selection. The only thing I would add is a tire station and stadium lights for later hours in warm seasons. Where else can you go and buy exactly what you need down to the nuts and bolts from the car you're working on.
The automated service when you call sucks! I tried calling several times to give the make of my car and it doesn't even recognize it! Then it hangs up on you! UGH! Get a better service or get some way we can actually speak to someone that actually understands and you will get better ratings!
Hott
I went to Pull-a-part a few months back when my money was tight and i had a siezed caliper on my explorer. I went and found the isle they told me to look down and found several nice calipers. I picked one of them spent maybe 5 mins to take it off and then went to pay and they only asked for $13. I was really shocked I was figuring around $25 so I was very happy. I put it on my truck and I stop on a dime. I am about to go back to see about getting a new spare rim. 4-5stars
Service sucks! We waited for our car to be picked up from 8-5pm. I was told they'd try to get to us in the morning, then was told around 2pm when i called that i needed to call them again at 2:30 because they're not allowed to give ETA until that time. I was told that I was the next person on the list and would be called after 30 minutes. Two hrs later, did not hear anything from them. So i called their customer service again, was told that there's another person before me and that hey would not get to me until 5:30. I just wish that they're honest to their customers. Proper coordination between the driver and the dispatch might be helpful. Right now, we are just so frustrated!!!!!
Creo que los precios están más o menos
I had to rate them 1 star because it doesn't offer a "zero star" option, I wish I could rate them with negative stars. PAP is the epitome of "bait and switch". Just like Walmart, they move into an area and offer good prices, then when the competition is gone they begin to gouge. PAP was great when they first opened, but in the last year or so they have gotten EXTREMELY greedy and want to nickle and dime you to death for every single nut, bolt, and screw. Even if you buy something that is an assembly that can not be disassembled on the yard without special tools or equipment they will try to charge you for every piece that makes up that assembly no matter how small. There have been many times I've went to check out and the part price was much higher than expected due to the counter person's nit picking (or inaccurate description of the part) that I just said "keep it", left the part on the counter, and walked out. I only use PAP now in emergency situations for small parts or as an absolute last resort. Also, if you have to return something; they do not give you a refund. Instead you are given "store credit" that has to be used within 30 days. So either way they are still getting your money. And don't even get me started on the management...or lack thereof.
THIS BUSINESS IS ANTI-CIVIL RIGHTS! Don't expect to be treated equal here! The staff is rude and seemingly distrustful of customers, checking bags and toolboxes and accusing customers of stealing parts. The vehicles are mostly stripped of parts and the pricing is outrageous. All in all a horrible experience. Would not return.
Very good
Horrible people. Part was listed at 9.95 on website they tried to charge me 45 when I got there. Customer service is horrible. The employee pointed out a former sheriff to threaten me. Avoid at all cost.
Don't bother calling them all you get are options. Whoever thought of this idea was real sharp like a basketball.
Well organized. I almost always find what I need.
Drake( like the duck) was the only person to actually stop and ask if I needed help. If I could rate Drake individually I’d give HIM 5 stars, the rest of the staff I wouldn’t give one star. I was a first time customer and Drake gladly helped me navigate my search. The rest of the staff couldn’t care less about the customers experience or helping the customer. However Drake was the exception. They didn’t have the part I was looking for but they have a good selection as long as what you’re looking for isn’t newer than 2010 or older than about 2000.
This place is a joke. They are as useless as their automated phone service.
You could be more organized and check the cars everyday because I tried to get a part and there was human waste on it.
Loser Outfit - Staff summoned an employee to identify a part and we, folks in line, had to wait for him to finish smoking his cigarette at the side door. Can't discriminate between suspension and steering parts. He really needs to look at some pictures. NEVER AGAIN
Friendly people, low prices, sometimes cars have the parts I am looking for.
If you have the time, tools, and ability to work on cars, this is a great place to check out. I've been to this location and the Winston-Salem location, probably about 15 times total between the two. This isn't an old school "junkyard". The yard is all gravel and kept tidy, so there's no knee-high weeds, mud, or "snake habitats" to deal with. Just a few tips to those new to Pull A Part... I highly recommend visiting their website before you go. You can make sure they have the vehicle(s) you need parts from. It also tells you the date the vehicle was put on the yard- the more recently it was put out, the more likely it may be that it has the part(s) you need, as cars can get stripped down a bit after being on the yard for a couple months. You won't know if the part you need is there or not unless you go look for yourself because people are removing parts every day, so if you're after a rare or sought-after part, the sooner you can get there, the better. Next, you'll need to check the part pricing on the website. I've seen some reviews saying they charge more than advertised, but I've never had this issue. When you check the part pricing online, many of the parts have an environmental fee and/or core charge (if you're not returning a core), so be sure to add those charges (and tax) to your total so you'll know what you'll be paying at checkout. Most of the parts I get are SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than I could buy them for elsewhere, but it depends on the part you need. Some prices for certain parts do seem a little high, but again, this is why I recommend checking the prices on the website first. Remember, it's a flat-rate system, so a part for a high-end European car, for example, is going to cost the same as the same part for a Honda, so you can really save a lot of money on parts that would be very expensive at European specialty salvage yards/shops, and you do get a warranty for store credit on most parts. It can also be a fun place to just browse if you're into cars and have the time. You never know what you might find. I've stumbled across some rare/classic cars on the yard every once in a while from just wandering around after I'd pulled the parts I came for.

For starters, I have to say-- anyone who is expecting department store customer service from ANY junkyard employee ANYWHERE needs to keep their butt out of the junkyard. You are ruining it for the rest of us. A junkyard is a no-nonsense place to get OEM parts at a good price. That's it. I have been picking parts out of junkyards for years. A good friend of mine 'back home owns one. I was in there atleast once a month. WOW, was this a different experience! The parking lot is huge, easily accessible, and paved. I walked in knowing what OEM part I need for a custom application, but I didn't know exactly what vehicle model or years to look for. There was someone waiting to help me who was familial with what I needed and pointed me in the right direction, for me to start looking. The folks were pleasant, helpful, and answered all my questions respectfully. This is not your father's junkyard. This is a large, well graded, gravel lot with a solid high fence around it. The cars are already on home made jackstands and thus are safely elevated and easy as pie to crawl under. As it is a gravel lot, there is not a blade of grass, tree, or weed to be seen (no place for snakes, rats, bees, etc to hide). There are also no mud puddles, grease slicks, etc to have to walk through or around. The cars are well spread apart, in neat rows, sorted and mapped out. They have ice water jugs with cups at different places in the yard- out among the cars. Sweet! They have a fleet of wheel barrels to use. They have employees driving around in a small pickup seeing if you need help. They have sinks with degreasing hand soap and towels. Sweet! When I brought my items up to pay-- they didn't ask what it was or care what vehicle it came off of- they simply identified what type of car part it was & charged me accordingly. I was more than happy with the price (less than half of the cheapest price on Ebay), and I get a 30 day warranty. the thing folks might complain about: they did search my tool bag on entering ( i didn't care-- they search me when I go into Carrowinds). They do charge a $2 admission fee. I guess it keeps the rif-raf out and helps pay the bills if I leave empty handed? Whatever- no problem. Anyway-- I was very apprehensive to visit this place, after reading all the bad reviews on here. My experience was the furthest from my fears and I was absolutely delighted with this place. Can't wait to go back -
Polite service, well organized inventory, what's not to like?
I have been there several times and every time I seem to get more than i intend to. I spot good speakers, floor mats, seat covers and other things to dress a car up with and at a price that is hard to beat. Its hot as hell in the summer with no shade to be found anywhere. The yard guys keep busy moving car's around, but will stop and help you if they can.Be nice and get them a ice cold coke in the lobby if do help to show your gratitude.Managers remind me of ER doctors and think of themselves to good to speak to the peasant who pays his salary.Avoid them and talk to the real workers who know more about the place.
I called for my car to get Junked, the dispatcher told me they would get my car from 8am-5pm on the following day. I called the following day asked about the schedule time! They couldn’t give me a scheduled time to come pick up my car. I had to wait HOURS for my car to get picked up and everytime I called the dispatcher could never give me a time of when they were picking up my car.
It is an excellent place to get parts.
I went here to get a new rim and they sold me the slightly wrong rim off the right car. I went back and they got me a different rim & tire from a model closer to my car and threw in a donut from the trunk of the car for our troubles of driving over an hour in total. I was helped by an amazing employee named Jennifer and she definitely deserves a raise, she couldn't of been anymore helpful and solved every problem we had.
because they have parts..... the staff aint all that great wouldnt come with me to match up the paint on a part, said i had to buy it first.... some of them are lazy, and overly helpful on a part look up ive already done 1000 times, probably to keep from having to go clean the yard. lastly i bought a radiator for the price i could had went to oreilleys and bought new.. my mistake
I been here several times and like it more each time, lots of vehicles here betters the odds of finding what I'm looking for, polite and courteous staff, toolbox doesn't roll through the gravel very well but the provide wheel-barrels which I quite nice, and u can even rent a golf cart to use! Gonna try that one day soon
Good selection, great prices.
Staff is helpful. Plenty of vehicles to pull from. Also able to print out locations of specific cars for the parts you need as well as interchangeable options
Great for pull your own set up. Great prices as well
Very nice polite honest people.
They where quick to judge my gender identity when I used the bathroom very disrespectful to me
Service was awesome and i wasin and out quickly
Awesome customer service! The lady's are very kind and courteous!!
Great place to buy parts
This place is a waste of time.
Fast service
Very helpful staff was in and out in no time
Husband was looking for his truck and when I stumbled across a few Tahoes I found a rear view mirror JUST WHAT I NEEDED! SCORE... I WILL RETURN WITH A LIST :)
Can fix anything if u hav pull a part on ur side i done help alot off of pull a part thanks alot an keep on climbing
Awesome junk yard. Had exactly what I needed and even let me wash my shoes off :) Definitely had a great selection of cars. I do need the owner to get ahold of me how ever regarding that poor dog out back.
Very helpful workers and you can't beat the prices in any way shape or form.
Great Parts. Clean yard. Prices are fair. I don't agree with the core charges on aluminum rims though. People are friendly.
Always find what I'm looking for sometimes it takes a little bit of stubbornness but always get the part(s) I'm after
Love this place
Good establishment for car parts locally
Look, if you want a parts store then go to one... Otherwise this place is AWESOME for finding your own parts. They have a car lookup which will tell you which row the car you're looking for is on, the staff is helpful, the customers are actually helpful as well if you ask them. This is extremely well organized, well kept, open every day, what else can you ask for?? I am a Locksmith and I take guys in here to train on car locks and ignitions which is perfect! Nobody has ever bothered me at any pull a part in the country, I've been to probably 10.
Had a lot of fun, everything was organized and easy to find. Friendly service and bilingual personnel. They also have golf carts to make the trip a little easier. Fairly priced parts and attentive service. I would reccomend and will definitely be back.
Nice clean and friendly place for a junkyard
Best self service used auto parts in this region. Good prices and very organized.
Staff is very polite, very helpful in helping you locate vehicle you need to get parts off of.all in all the man with the beard is very nice,"PATIENT "!! Which is a PLUS in My book considering you have people that go there with no knowledge of vehicles must less know how ,what or where a part is located that they may need. Sorry I don't remember his name, but when you go look for the friendly man with a beard!! Lol. Plus a Number "1"!!!! option you have to use is??YOU CAN CALL THEM OR GO ON LINE TO BE SURE THEY HAVE THE VEHICLE YOU ARE GONNA NEED TO GET PART OFF OF BEFORE YOU MAKE WASTED TRIP THERE!! THANKS PULL A PART AND MAY YOU ALL HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
Need parts fo there and get um!
They need to set up a different counter for taking care of returna and rentals so u dont have to wait so long just to get started. Other than that it was good.
It was a very helpful guy. I can't remember his name but he was awesome
Good friendly place to pull part from cars
Management of this place seems to have lost sight of what a "salvage" yard is. The prices for used, unwarrantied parts, which you must spend time and effort removing yourself, are often not much less than an economy new part. No employee ever smiles or makes anyone feel welcome. I recommend finding a full-service yard with a concept of "customer service"; you won't spend much more, and will no doubt get a warranty/return policy that is actually reasonable.
Friendly staff and i loved that someone is always trying to help
Love the yard, Staff, and service. Very well organized yard with free wheel barrels available and even GOLF CARTS to rent!!!! Big time saver with text alerts when ever a car your are looking for hits the yard.
Overall a good place, I'm glad my husband was with me though! Because apparently I can't take my son back in the back with me?! The lady who told me was nice about it...but still. Really? I work at Daimler/Freightliner and my husband has worked on cars his whole life. I fully intend on my son knowing his way around a car too. So not very happy about our visit today...not at all. We can't always find a babysitter I do NOT like sitting out in the car with our son who got all excited about all the cars on the way there that didn't even get to look at them...
Awesome as always love the golf cart rental it makes life easy hauling tools
As far as junk yards go pull a part in clean and quick. Have cash to get in and an ID.
My go-to place for used parts very well organized cars clearly marked where they're at fair prices same price for a part whether it comes off of a Dodge or Jaguar one downside is they do charge an admission fee to enter the yard whether you get a part or not and they encourage you to join their Club to get a discounted entry right
Clean, well organized, friendly and the parts are priced right.
It was clean and easily accessible
Friendly service
Good people and prices.
had to make 2 trips and pay more
They are pretty helpful. Watch where you're going though. The rows can be a little screwy.
I would be without this place the staff there is extremely well mannered and will help you with any answers that you may have regarding Car Parts one of the best cruise I've ever seen
Very nice and organized. Went in and found what was needed and was out of there in no time. All employees were nice. This place is recommended!
They keep the grounds clean and organized
I love this place. Always got what I need for any car that I work on, even my own.
So far I have had great success with Pull-A-Part. Many times I have found needed parts for a great price. I look forward to checking them out in the future.
right place to find parts but sad too because they dont have newer models not even on trucks
Its was good courtiuos service
AWESOME MONEY SAVER
I love Pull a Part. 99 percent of the time they have what i need. And if it is the wrong part or doesn't fit or work they will give you a credit or let you replace it.
Atención excelente.en el el se pides comprar repuestos.en buen estado .
A great place to purchase used inexpensive Auto parts!!!
I just love this place so much it's always a great time. And now they have golf carts!!!
They've always been nice and fair to me. I like being able to go and pull the part myself. I DON'T like pic apart where THEY pic out your part for you and your stuck with it... sometimes you can look at a car and see that before it was wrecked, that it was well taken care of and that the parts are probably not roughly used. My ONLY complaint is that you can't actually talk to a person when you call the phone number! I wanted to ask about a price for a part but all I got was a VERY LOUSY computer simulated voice that was hard to understand... Thanks!
Place doesn't have much
Totally DISGRACEFUL billboard advertising!!! Any business resorting to the use of "shameless, disrespectful images of females" to promote their business will NEVER be successful in this world or the next! I thought we were supposed to be one of the "Bible Belt" states. Both women & men alike, should stand against such provocatively degrading propagation of females in advertising. This is a cheap & desperate tactic that unsuccessful businesses take in the "hopes" of making more money. True success comes from Honor & Integrity!!!! All of these kinds of businesses promoting half-naked women have to answer to G-d for contributing to the corruption of the minds of our youth & adults alike!! Shame on you Pull-a-Part!!
Its a nice place to pull parts. Much cheaper!
Great place to pull parts, space to work and variety of vehicles.
Had no clue what I was walking into and the staff was more than helpful and even helped me figure out if I was looking at the right parts. Keep up the good work folks.
Best place ever for parts! Cannot beat their prices. Also awesome finds for discontinued parts
Great place to get your parts.
Great place if you know what you need and you have your own tools. I found my part online first and was in and out with part in hand in under 30 minutes. Multiple vehicles matching my needs gave me choices in quality. It is a little confusing in the beginning as I didn't quite get correct directions to my section. After you get in and walk around, things start to make more sense. I might recommend asking for a paper map if they have one. $2 gets you in the grounds, $1 if you are VIP member. Plenty of parking and layout was super clean. Vehicles are well spaced for easy access too! Highly recommend if you are a DIY type of person when it comes to cars.
Couldnt make it in life (mine at least) w/o this place... They definitely keep my car on the road...
Didn't find what I needed but always amazed by the selection and ability to normally find the parts I need
Hard working and very polite staff.
Staff is super rude. Would not let someone under 16 even with a parent
Outstanding. Found my part then pulled it.
Large selection of junk cars, more domestic than import but still a good variety and a helpful staff.
Nice place but total destruction from lazy people getting parts they need and damaging other parts along the way.
Every one is always friendly and helpful. They all know me by name i love coming up there
Needed some parts for my current project and Brittnay was able to help me. Very helpful. Highly recommend.
Bianca helped me she was great
Almost always have the parts I need at a fraction of retail. Staff is also almost always friendly. I do enjoy their customer appreciation days as well.
Always lots of fun with friends
Thank goodness for golf carts!
I'm lucky most of the time they have the vehicles I'm looking for and I can find parts. Only have one covered area ti get out of the sun when is really hot though.
The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. The ladies at the front counter are very polite. I will continue to come here for my car parts.
Super convenient place. Brittany was super helpful in finding what I needed. Definitely recommend this place.
The best politely helpful!
Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone!
Love this place. The yard is cleaner than most. The rental carts make it easier to get in and out. Staff is always very helpful.
Use a smart phone so you can find the car you need when you are in the lot.
I love this place and have been here many times for used parts to keep an old car of one sort or another on the road. It's worth the small entry fee to just take in some tools, look around, and find something cool to take home. The parts prices are very reasonable, and they'll even buy your junk car if you have one to get rid of.
I was in need of a 2.2 engine. The lot had several to choose from, and pulling it went really well. They brought an A-frame to me as soon as I asked for it. The forklift driver was very professional and patient with me while lifting the …
Too hot out the re e to stay too awful long. Wish they could get some escalades in from time to time too.
The people are nice. The cars are neatly lined up. It is really organized.
I actually bought a great running, air conditioned, sunroof, 1998 Honda Civic from Pull-a-Part! My son loves his first car and I love not only its amazing condition, but also the amazing price I paid for this car. What a deal!! The used car manager (Chris, I believe) was very honest, helpful, and we can not be happier with our decision. My daughter will need a car soon and I will be back! Thanks guys!!!
I always have a good experience at pull a part. The employees are always helpful, especially Tiffany and brittany. Prices are awesome. I always enjoy my time.
I'm like a kid a Toy store. #love it
Pull - a-part is a great place to find car parts...Easy to locate patrs needed huge selection and awesome customer service
Always come here for what i need bianca and kayla wear theyre smiles all day it always a pleasure to go here
Caitlin is so helpful & sweet ! always gets her job done !
Hands down the best PAP experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I could get everything I need. Wonderful crew.
It IS the best place to buy parts. They have a very large inventory of automobiles of all varieties and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
They got the parts I need at a good price. Hell yeah!! That's what's up.
Awesome place for parts and great people
This place obviously doesn’t know their cars because there’s a big difference between a Subaru outback and a Subaru Forrester! Maybe Post pictures linked to the cars that you’re loading on your site saying that you have an inventory. I even called the call center to verify and they assured me it’s a Subaru Forrester however it’s not it’s an outback ! Thanks for wasting my day !
Brittany and bianca are always helpful and have the biggest smile thats always a plus
Clean Junk Yard, Love the golf cart rental
The manager was nice
I enjoy the friendly staff, great selection of autos, and parts selection. I would recommend to anyone who can use a wrench.
Great place and super friends employees of I lived closer I'd come there more often without a doubt worth the hour+ drive!
I have purchased numerous car parts from PullAPart and have been very satisfied. Great inventory search tool on the internet and one of the best pull it your yards I have been to. Good prices on parts also.
Will never do business with them again. Everything about the experience was unsatisfactory, except for the awesome dispatchers and the guy who finally picked up my car. Misinformation from the beginning regarding pick up, no call backs after being told I'd get one (twice), tow drivers wouldn't answer their phones, I spent the whole day waiting. To make it all more special, I just found out that I was outrageously low-balled on price. I took an entire day off to literally lose money. *Edited to add that they did reach out to me, said they'd look into the customer service problems on their end and said they'd send me a coupon for future parts sales. Since I won't be dealing with them again, I guess it doesn't matter that the coupon never came. If you're looking to get cash out of your vehicle, expect to get payed less than the price of a new muffler, even if your car is in great condition and has low miles.
They are cheap and for the lazy people sorry but you have to do manual labor!!!
Didn't give me my discount I just I have gotten to much free stuff LOL
The new hours as of Nov 1st 2016 is closing time for 5pm instead of 5:30pm.
Hi , I needed a few parts for my grandsons Neon and they would be very expensive to buy so I got some tools together and took them off a used car. I got them for a fraction of what new would cost and if I have any problem with them I can exchange for another part (just hang onto your receipt).
Needs some organization and a bit of cleaning up but otherwise a great place to get some good parts and to spend the day poking around.
website listed 18 of a particular car, website was incorrect. could not find the part I was wanting, one car had exterior door handles removed, and all 4 doors were shut.
Too difficult to get heavy drivetrain parts. Often the vehicle is still sitting on the tires making it impossible to get axles.
The people are very helpful and informative. Parts are priced to sell.
Pretty good place to get parts cheap. It is a diy place so bring your own tools.
if you are mechanically inclined this place is awesome. cheap parts and pretty well organized. I try to avoid needing any kind of help from the staff although the ladies in the lobby seem knowledgeable and generally eager to help.
Great prices, if you're lucky enough to find what you need. Many cars available but this place is busy and popular so parts go fast.
horrible i just called to find a quarter panel window. a. u can't speak 2 a person b. it keeps repeating the same thing no matter which option u choose vwry unprofessional how can you provide any type of customer service if your customers can't speak with u
Very poor customer service. Spoke with driver he asked that I forward information to him. I did as he asked. He responded that my ID wasn’t sufficient because it had a split to the right of the ID but he txt me and said my license was broken in two when it wasn’t. My license is legible I sent the license over to the dispatcher she had her manager view it. They came back stating that it was legible and that a driver would be sent back out. No one never contacted me and this has me very irritated and upset because I wasted an entire on poor customer service. I truly feel discriminated because he asked me to send my information before even coming out to my house. Which I was informed that I didn’t have to present my information until they showed up to pick the car up. You don’t have to worry about my business pull a part no longer. Thank you for your rudeness.
Tried calling before to see what the age limit was but it is a recording so after driving over an hr they tell us my one year old son can't come in. The man at the desk was extremely rude when we asked why doesn't it say anything about age over the phone. I'm sure the prices are great but the customer service is the worst.
This place is great I fixed my car for $25 dollars here when the dealership was gonna charge me $450 pullart has the best prices that can't be beat and the employees are nice and helpful just make sure you wear cushioned shoes because the rocks will hurt your feet lol
I needed a mirror cover for a 2005 Ford Focus. After not being able to find one anywhere in my usual online and phone sources and the dealer not being able to supply one at a reasonable cost, I decided to try Pull-A-Part for the first time. After checking out a few Focus' they had, I found a cover that was a match outside and just clipped on slightly different. I bought it for $2, and went home and siliconed it on and was done. I spent an hour and saved $60 by not having to buy a new mirror and also spend two hours to remove/replace a door panel to install it when I didn't need to. I will definately add them to my list before breaking down and buying a part from the dealer (my previous last choice).
Great prices
Great place for parts. Friendly service.
Selection is poor for anything newer than 2000, only had one cashier and a line out the door. Gravel makes walking around a pain
Don't ever call in their phone system doesn't get alot and you'll never speak to a person easy way to make you not want to go in
Pull-a-part was as always great good parts good prices
The phone system sucks. Why not have a ph system to encourage sales??
Check out counter personnel should know the difference between hydro boost brake master cylinder and ABS.
Vehicles were organized, and easy to find. Which is great because their yard is huge!
I used to come here all the time. I've had great experiences each time. I can't help but notice the prices appear to be on the rise. I recently came to pull a few parts for my truck. Spent well over 100 dollars on just a couple parts (interior bezel, wiper motor, and a switch). Just seems a bit excessive for junk yard parts that you have to pull yourself. I even had to modify the bezel to fit because , again, it's a junkyard used pre broken part. I used to make alot less money than I do now and I would come here and fix my vehicles on a dime all the time, not really anymore unfortunately. I need a window motor now and one from here is 28.75 and a new one from rock Auto is 34.00. just doesn't really appeal as a smart option to me anymore.
Never will I go here again it was like I went back in time and we're starting at the BMV 1985 the rudest and laziest employees I've ever seen in any business will never return
Very loud
It's a cool place, with a good variety of vehicles to choose from when searching for parts. The staff is very friendly & helpful too! :)
I like the fact that this yard keeps all vehicles in a organized way. Makes it alot easier to find cars/trucks by row number or if you frequent the yard like me and know where to look, it's way better than pick apart....good ppl and I hope y'all stay in this area and keep me coming when I need something for my ride....#PullApartRocks
So you guys I had that same problem for weeks and I looked on the website again and it had another number for them. Its there direct contact so you can talk to them.
What do you mean I cant talk to a real person?
Friendly worker's
Pull a part is a great place to get your parts. Tha staff are good people to deal with.
Fair prices, I've sold a vehicle to the folks and purchased parts, my only complaint is maybe the rediculously huge yard that you aren't offered a ride to the car your working on despite golf carts right there at the door and the variety of cars isn't so extensive as one might hope
Great place always friendly and they have a great selection and it's perfect you can rent a hold cart if you can't get around very well
Nice place, go whit time
Love the place sometimes they have what I need sometimes they don't either way I just enjoy being here and now golf carts for super cheap rental my new favorite free time
Well if could give 0 star I could. They don't tell you they have the part but they want you to pay 2$ just to go look if they have the part u looking. Poor service. Pick a part much better
Your employee Dexter Lawson went above and beyond his call of duty a excellent employee
Good people and good place for used parts
Muy buen lugar para encontrar partes de carros todo lo que nesecites
Absolutely horrible service. Even though the call center pay have done their best, this company is unorganized. I placed my order to sell my car over a week ago to be picked up today. I was give a time frame from 8 to 5, which is ridiculous. I called for confirmation after 12 and was told the tow truck driver will call me 30 to 45 mins prior to arrival. I called back at 4:22 bc I still did not receive a call, only to be told the order is there and they will call me in 30 mins. Placed a 3rd call after 5 to check the status, only to be told they closed at 5 and the tow truck driver can't come back out. The representative even told me that the order was not put in until my second call that day. I've never experienced such poor service, especially when companies like pull apart need others vehicles in order to run their business. You would think they would pick up the cars. At this point I just my keep 2006 vehicle. Now I did add one more star bc the manager called and had my car pulled on a Sunday, which is something they normally do not do. He did explain the schedule mix up. I fully appreciate him trying to fix the issue. The tow truck driver was so nonchalant and seemed as if he did not want to be there.
It's a ez going place were a honest mechanic can go.And not be hassled by gold bricks.
Great cheap prices on parts. Beautiful woman work there and are awesome!
Crappy customer service.
No real people to talk to. Robot.
Great and friendly staff
I called to find out if they had a particular replacement part for my 2000 4Runner. The lady that answered stopped me and said "we don't go past 2011 here." Needing clarification, I politely asked if that meant they carried no vehicles earlier than 2011 models. She repeated "sir we don't go past 2011.” I apologized, said yes, but again, I did not understand if that's what she meant. She got exasperated and said it a third time, then a fourth time, explaining nothing, then hung up on me. Rude and unhelpful. I really hope there is another business around here who can at least speak with a customer instead of parroting the same unclear phrase over and over. I mistakenly thought I was speaking to a person, not an automatic recording. Update: I went to their website and saw that they do indeed have models of all years, including a 1997 4Runner that I believe has compatible parts with my 2000. So I still have no idea what that lady was talking about. But she refused to explain anything, then rudely hung up, so I can't give any more than 2 stars to them. Seems simple enough though, and I appear to have no other options - other local business and extensive Google part searching have come up empty - so I have no choice but to give them my business. This is as honest a review as I can give. Helpful website and business, but atrocious customer service over the phone.
The prices are too high but the customer service is good. You can go to their website and look to see if they carry the car you are looking for and were that car is. Once the cars are taken down enough they scrap the car. So most of the cars are not rusted out. The only catch is that the prices are to high sometimes, and I would check online to see if the part is cheaper there before you buy a used part.
This place has literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The amount of times that I had to be transferred to other operators caused them to lose all of the progress on getting my car bought that I had made several times. They are obviously very disorganized and have a terrible system going. One male operator that I spoke to told me they could offer $525 for my car, but he never got my contact information or have me a reference number, so when I called back I got an offer of $140 and was told they could not go any higher. Do not do business with these people.
Staffs are nice and kind, but doesn't have many parts, especially imported makers, like Honda.
Their restrooms are horrific! I mean I realize it's a junkyard but they could at least keep them at an acceptable level aside from that it's a great salvage yard....staff is friendly and helpful.
nice people and useful place. Do not forget to bring a sunglass and a hat.
Great place to find car parts and the area is clean
We bought a truck from pull a part and it took 6 hours to get our paper work. Things where going good at first but when the manager realize my man was married her whole mood changed and started missing over us. Charged for papers work being notarized and wasn't notarized at all paid $18 + and was still jacked ! someone need to done about this. Didn't never go through nothing like this in my life this was very wrong and unethical. Not going back nor my family
Very Courteous
Organised
Great place
Good place to get cheap parts of you don't mind taking it ofy yourself. Only complaint would be spotty row labeling.
Better than alot of other pick your part style places
Great prices, friendly staff, good security.
This place is ok. But the website sucks. And if u have a question dobt call because you will never get to talk to a human and if you do its in Georgia, why do i want to speak to someone who isnt local?, i dont. They need to list the specifics on sone of the cars. Like if im lookibg for a Honda civic hatchvack they need to list as hatchback so i dobt waste mobey and time goibg and it ve just a regular coupe. People need to know these things.
Great multi parts a good prices
Manager (Steve) is rude and aloof. Oviously homosexual employee Chris made highly suggestive comments to me for the last time. I will under no circumstances patronize this business even if it means driving to monroe for parts. Nauseating experience.
Awesome place. Will work with you on price
You can find anything you need there
Very nice and good price
Great prices of you can pull the party yourself.
The only thing I have a problem with is the return policy yard credit only. So if I got the wrong part and that was the only car available I'm out of my money. And my car still is not working. That's so wrong
I went there three times so far. Some staff are a bit clueless at times but try to help you as good as they can. The yard is well organized, vehicles are easy to find. Pricing is in fact the cheapest I have found at any salvage yard in the area. You do need to have good diagnostic equipment and a mobile battery to hook up to vehicles if you really want to find out if a part is working, but they give you a 4 week warranty to test it out. Vehicles tend to be in a pretty rough condition, especially the inside, so don't expect a good deal on seats or carpet. Overall a very positive experience
They were fourty bucks cheaper than their competition.
Good price for parts
Long walk across yard, but friendly staff and decent prices
This is my favorite place is like a mall for me.I'm from Virginia and I love this place
Good price but bring your own tools.
Very helpful staff and great selection of cars to pull parts from.
Okay, not as much inventory as some other locations and they don't have golf cart for rent to customers but, it's organized and the staff are helpful.
Well organized facility. Employees were efficient and pretty friendly. Found the part we needed easily. Nice selection and cars were less picked over than the competitor, U Pull & Pick, closer to the west side of town.
Great place well organized. The employees and management in the yard or great. The women inside or short tempered nasty speaking and make you think that you're trying to rip them off. If you need help go to the yard do not have anybody in the office
So I had the pleasure of going too the Winston-Salem location just a few days ago very friendly and helpful staff was unsuccessful in my search however the girl at the front desk made my day either way..... NOW THE CHARLOTTE LOCATION NORTH TRYON HUGE DIFFERENCE THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK ((I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT JUST LOOK FOR THE YOUNG LADY WHO LOOKS LIKE SHE DOESNT WANT TOO BE AT WORK)) AS I WAS EXPLAINING TOO HER WHAT WAS GOING ON I GET A BLANK STARE FOLLOWED BY WELL YOU GOTTA TALK TOO HIM WITH A HAND WAVE SO IM LIKE OK WELL THIS IS WHAT I NEED WHICH WAS FOLLOWED BY DO YOU JUST WANT THE MANAGER SO IM LIKE UUMM YEA THATS FINE NEEDLESS TOO SAY HE WASNT MUCH HELP EITHER NOT TOO MENTION I GET ON THE ACTUAL YARD AND THE CAR THEY TOLD ME WAS A 2006 IN FACT A 2004 VERY DISSAPOINTING AND MISLEADING SAME COMPANY 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES
Hit or miss. Get VIP and if you are military you get in free
The business is good and cheap but, employee's are very rude. If you come here be in a GOOD MOOD! .
Awesome... they now have golf carts u can rent. $5.00 for the 1st hr... $20 refundable deposit in cash when you return the key (even when you pay with a debit card).
I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy and that's why I enjoy going to pull apart
Always so nice& friendly never have a problem when we go here & always find the parts were looking for for a better price !
Very clean, very well organized. If you're needing parts for late 80s-early 90s then search their website before driving out.
Great prices,just bring your tools
They were helpful n knowledgeable
Great customer service.
Great place. Its very clean and all the vehicles are lifted up and ready for you to get your parts. Prices are good too.
I give this place three stars because i only found one of the workers to be helpful. She was very nice, and served me correctly. Also because this place you MUST PAY $1-$2 bucks to get in that is non-refunable, even if you dont find the part!
Looks great on the surface, has a large selection of cars and a directory location of specific vehicles you are looking for, and as other reviewers have noted they are polite. However its their policies that are unreasonable, and often have one leaving just plain angry. For instance, the last time I was there I was in the yard removing parts, when I get done I head for the counter, its broad daylight and just a moment before employees were placing newly acquired vehicles in the rows with noisy diesel forklifts. I guess this must be when they allegedly announced they were closing. I heard nothing whatsoever, not even the faintest noise of someone on a PA speaker. when I get there all the doors are wide open, but not a soul in sight. If I had been an less honest person I could have just walked through with the parts selected and no one had known, except me and GOD. Being an honest person I hung around for a few minutes before calling out for some assistance to pay for my selected items that had spent close to 2 hours in the hot sun removing after I had driven more than 90 minutes get there for. This is when the very polite gentleman informs me they closed the registers and would not be selling me the parts. Despite my indicating it was a serious time consuming inconvenience to return for the parts , he said he wasnt allowed to open the registers till the next day. (even though any POS system just counts the sale on the next day anyways once you have closed he books for the day) I offered to give my debit card number and even cash so they could do the sale the next day, there was a policy against every legit option to not totally just waste the customers entire visit which literally was the whole day after researching what I needed, buying and assembling a cart,* and making the trip there, and not being able to get one thing done for it. He was gracious enough to save the parts for me under the counter (if someone else doesnt remove them) for the week at least. While I appreciate that, it doesnt prevent Pull-a-part's policy of doing a huge dis-service of making a customer drive 3 more hours round trip when there is no legit reason to not sell the parts that day, especially after not even being certain no one was left in the yard before closing the register. Why would a junk yard close when there is more than an hour of daylight left when even local customers likely have to work till five, and they close at 6 when its light till 8:30? *Speaking of carts, yeah they have several wheelbarrows for customer use, however they are literally falling apart, one will have to spend 20 minutes tightening all the screws that are still there to use most of them, if you can find one without flat tires.
Very good customer service
It's great if you find that special part for a vehicle that you are looking for. Good prices too.
I've been to junk yards before to get car parts but you are digging through weeds and piles of, well, junk. This is better than I could imagine. Vehicles are lined up and often grouped by type or make. The whole place is cataloged and online. Search by the year, make, and model. The system will show you matches and near matches. It even gives recommendations of others that will have similar parts to fit your needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
Nice people to deal with and good prices!! Thank you pull-a-part!
Don't answer the phone. Called twice and waited 15 minutes first time and 5 the second, before hanging up.
First time there. Very friendly staff. Easy to navigate. Really clean for a junkyard.
When you go there have your tools you need ,list of items your looking for .. . This will be to your advantage. The People are helpful and courteous
Always organized and clean. Golf carts are well worth the five bucks! What's next? valet parking!
Found most of my parts here @ a low price!
Cheap
I don't understand the negative reviews! A gate fee?! It's a dollar or two...keeps the idiots out!!! My son and I go there and pull our own parts, that's what it is!!! Too many people expect chain store dwebs tapping computer screens and locating parts. This is a junkyard, cars that are scrapped and left for you to explore and find things you need. We have fun! Need another old 90's Miata to come in....LOL
Not worth a damn, motors that are showing to be there are gone . Spent 4 hrs. In 100 degree index and every truck that was supposed to have a motor didn't.
Definitely a self-service/help-your-self business. My fiancé brought two tool boxes with him into the yard to get parts for his Toyota truck. We were TEN feet away when we turned our back to look inside of a vehicle when both tool boxes were lifted from the wheelbarrow. I spoke with a worker and they said, "If it has something distinguishing on the toolbox we can sometimes keep an eye out for it, but usually we can't do anything about it. Once it's gone, it's gone." I'm not too disappointed with the store because I know there is not much they can do in cases like this, but I saw SO many people just walk out with auto parts without paying for them; the workers are not observant and don't seem to care. I stood at the exit of the building for about an hour, crying, and not one worker asked what was wrong or why I was standing there pacing. Plus, in general, the location is SKETCHY. We will never go back there.
This is a great place to get a fair deal on parts. I was really happy to see they add a golf cart rental there yard. Makes it way easier than carrying tools and parts and it's only five bucks for the first hour with a twenty dollar deposit. I shop any used auto parts place if it's what I need and a deal but this place is put to gether well compared to others. It's really tidy for a junk yard
The here are really helpful . The parts are easy to get to . Awesome
Clean yard, many makes and models to choose from, reasonable prices and decent warranty considering the kind of business this is (30 days exchange, no refunds). Sometimes I like to just go around the yard and make up stories about different cars I see and the state they're in. This person had a child as seen by the children's books in the back, their one was a hunter with all the realtree car seat covers. You could write a book of junk yard stories based on what you find, and Pull-A-Part has many stories to tell.
I like how it's really organized, and you really can't beat the prices
Good junkyard with a large selection of parts, for both imports and domestic cars. Prices are pretty fair.
Very neat and organized. Staff helpful and friendly. Prices very reasonable. If coming from north have to make u-turn to get to.
Great place to pick up parts
Nice people clean and we'll organised for a junk yard. Will be back.
Cars seemed very picked over- and they did not have one of the late model vehicles I was looking for. Staff was very helpful though. I might try them again in the future. Overall clean, safe, and organized.
I usually find everything I'm looking for way cheaper prices than buying it and you
It's $2 to get in and you need to bring your own tools. The part prices are extremely low. It's kept nice and clean, you wouldn't think it's a junkyard
There is no direct number listed to speak with an actual person when you call. Instead you're directed to an automated recording with a ridiculous amount of button pushing. Customer service fail.
Well organized
Been here twice, very easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and very friendly! Has good inventory too!
Very helpful good prices wide selection
Pull up and do the work yourself
Good prices and good people... Nice clean yard love going here instead of the muddy nasty junk yards....
Well laid out yard.
Paid to go in and they locked me out when i went to my car to grab tools
Pretty good place... they now have golf carts to rent!!! Yes
Had what we wanted except mirror was twice as Isa price
this website sux, u should have left it alone.
I love this place
Don’t go expecting to get a decent deal on parts. Every time I go they use as many possible charges and core charges they possibly can find on their price sheet to get the most money out of you. Wanted to buy a set of aluminum wheels with bad tires which on their website says $22.50. I go to check out and they wanted $40 each to charge me for the tires as well. I showed them the tires were bad and they still wanted to charge me for them. Another time I wanted an electronic fuel pump which they charge around $20 for on their website. When I brought it to the register they called it an injection pump so they could charge $70! Take your business somewhere else to LKQ or Auto Parts U-Pull!
Well organized, clean, with a great parts finding interface. Prices have gone up in the last couple of years. Starting to feel gouged at times.
How your phones disconnected unprofessional. .
Real straight to the point if you know what you're there for. Get in get out. Customer service is easy to work with as long as your within your return policy, its gravy.! RETURN POLICY FOR TIRES IS ONLY 2 DAYS. So keep that in mind
Everything is simple just a lot of walking and unexpected pricing...
Line to get in is getting ridiculous, 8 or 9 deep while the other employees are not doing anything at times, come on pull a part and open another station for entry.very frustrating for customers.
Good place...Steve the manager is very helpful!
WORST place ever. Extremely overpriced. I bought 4 shock assembly and 2 wishbone for a Honda Civic for $168 only to find the same part on ebay for $100 + $55 shipping. Most ridiculous thing is I spend my own time pulling it from a car! Customer service is horrible too. I went for a refund.. and there is no cashback..
I've called 3 days in a row and have been left on hold for hours at a time... What are you guys doing in there you can't pick up the phone? Seriously I spent an hour and a half each day on hold... How???
I get parts to repair my cars and parts for project cars there. They will most likely have what you are looking for.
I've bought part's for several different Car's & Truck's usually alway's have what I'm in need of
Good place to get used parts cheap
Nice place to go for parts
I'm hoping this catches the attention of corporate on the practices of the Columbia location. I do not appreciate the process of selling cars. One individual is there two days a week from 9-5 which I understand. However i was told sales were on a first come first served basis. What I do not appreciate is being the first person in line when Tony came into the building to be told that the vehicle will be sold to someone else who showed up after myself. Clearly they were friendly as they were on a first named basis. I feel there are short comings in this process as Tony seems to be favouring his friends in this process. I showed up before the doors opened and walked right in and right to the sales counter. Please revamp this process and make it fair for everyone not just fair for friends of Tony.
Great day there today, found what I needed and the price was right
You have some there that work that I got nasty attitudes and nasty dispositions like they don't understand if we don't buy they don't get paid
Just about all their cars have been picked clean they don't have nothing in there
I love going to pull apart and setting all their friendly faces and positive attitudes! Keep up the good work guys!
These guys said they'd pick up my car for salvage before noon. Then they said Theyre late and they'd pick it up in the afternoon. Then they said they'd pick it up at 8:30-9 am. Then they said 10. Then finally came to get it at 10:30. Horrible service. I reccomend not salvaging your car with them.
It's a pretty good place to get what you need for your car.
Love working here and very nice and friendly service
Like a kid in a candy store
Very good
Great prices, the staff isn't very knowledgeable, but they don't need to be really because it's a DIY facility so if you don't know what you're doing this probably isn't the place you need to go anyway. Go to AutoZone lol.
So organized and easy to find your vehicle type!
If there was anything lower I’d most definitely rate this A negative. Worst business I’ve ever encountered, unorganized, poor customer service, they canceled the order on their own after I was told to meet them in 30 Mins. Managers and Employees were not cooperative. I rate everybody High rather it’s an okay job or not, but this was by far the most disrespectful place. I highly recommend doing business else where.
It's a junk yard may find what ya need may not. It's well kept and organized
I attempted to call multiple times but could not get past the electronic menu to actually speak to someone. Went online found that they did have the vehicle I was looking for but with it being so far away from me I wanted to make sure there was at least a 50/50 shot what I needed was there. Could not get through, finally decided to take the drive and even though it was raining and cold go see if they had the injectors. Getting here was horrible between the traffic, lights and train. Finally get to the talk to someone and literally just asked if the engine was still in the vehicle and the guy just swayed back and forth and said dont know, you gotta pay the 2 dollar entry fee and go find it yourself. I asked about getting ahold of someone and same thing.. We just tell you if there is a car here like that. I get out to car, its literally the block almost completely bare, everything gutted. I have been using junkyards and pull its for years in multiple different cities and states. This was the worse. And they damn sure needed that 2 dollars, seemed to be the only thing they cared about throughout the entire process. Well yeah. Thats my vent on this "business/junkyard/whatever". A complete waste of time.
I think they have wonderful customer service and very friendly, customer oriented people
About as good as U-Pull-It places get.. ... Thanks
I love the staff here. Very helpful and very watchful over me when I come here. I'm a disabled veteran. Thank you pull a part...
tried selling a car to them and after getting transferred 5 times and hung up on was finally able to get a pick up time scheduled only to sit around all day and them to never call or show up. this company is a joke don't bother trying to sell them anything even if it is in good condition
Very clean yard and great wheel barrows and golf carts however if you looking for modern ford truck parts this place never pays off you might get lucky and find one here and there but they must strip them before they even hit the yard it seems i drive over an hour everytime they say hey we have your truck and not once had it had any decent parts on them usually beds gone and rear end its always the 4.6l never the diesel or large v8 same goes for Mustangs and not to mention over half the yard is for gm and imports and majority are 20+ years old with have never seen a car not atleast 9 years old. If its newer its for sale. Great place if you're a general motors and random import and if your Ford or dodge its slim pickens. Staff can be a little rude at times but it is a clean facility that provides Transportation throughout the yard and wheel barrows if they are available.
Great prices and friendly staff. This is one place I won't let my husband go to alone.
2 dollars to get in. Part prices seem ok. Golf carts to rent. Nice.
I think it is pretty unprofessional to post admission time until 5:30 and not let you on the yard. I don't care what time you put on paper and tape to the door. The sign I can read from my car when I pulled up was 5:30. I arrived right at 5:00. I know you won't miss my business.
Good service every time I go there
How you can press 12 when the phones only 9 keys. The automated system sucks!!!Why can't you get a live person?? Pure stupid!!!!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a problem finding the parts of was looking for and it was super affordable.
I have to say they make it convenient and easy to pull a part from a vehicle but.... then you have go pay and deal with the rude lady at the checkout. Most of the time they over charge for parts and try to charge you for every little thing. For instance, I bought a wheel spindle with rotor and brake caliper and they charged me for the brake pads that were obviously wore down to the metal!!! I pointed it out to her but she wasn’t concerned with what I had to say and mumbled something and gave me a dirty look! Fortunately there are other salvage yards around, especially the Winston Salem pull a part which is a MUCH better experience!!!
Good prices and affordable
Great prices. Website at least tells what vehicles are in stock. Helpful staff.
I always find what I'm looking for. Soon my baby will be complete
Staf were palite parts was good
I would like to begin by saying I worked many years in my father's auto repair facility. He demanded professionalism, he demanded education and he demanded keeping current with the industry. I've been to Pull a Part on N. Tryon multiple times, my last encounter with the excuse for customer service reps was and will be my last. Never in my life have I had the misfortune to be forced to deal with such blatantly rude, arrogant and unknowable customer service. I have to point out it is the Latinas at checkout who are responsible for multiple exceptionally poor experiences. As many others have pointed out, they often try to charge you for a different component than you have brought to the counter and you can debate til you're blue in the face to no avail, the management seems to back these under-educated (in automotive parts) reps. Last time I left most of my parts while along with the police officer who was on site they were all having a good laugh at me as I left frustrated. I am an ASE certified Service Consultant with many many years experience in this business and they're laughing at me over what a component is or isn't? The owners respond to these reviews stating they're going to look into it. Well, after reading all of these reviews over an extended time period... do you think they have addressed anything? I think not. Pull a Part, you should be ashamed with the way you conduct business. These reviews are proof positive you are progressively losing business more and more over customer reps who have ZERO business in their position. No doubt they retain their jobs because no real professional would work for the wages you pay. PAP... you lose!!!
Just Awful. I came here to look for parts. There are NO carts, only a couple signs to tell you where stuff is and NO solid ground. If I knew that ahead of time, I wouldnt have wasted my time. The annoyed Lawrence officer was looking like he wanted any excuse to put the smackdown on someone. Very unwelcoming vibe. Wear a good set of work boots here, sandals or soft soled shoes are a very bad idea. Walking on the soft gravel for a couple hours will wear you out quick. I strayed from the other place on the west side of Indy... Never again. I'd only recommend this place to someone I hate and I cant think of anyone I hate that much. This place must really hate its customers to think gravel and poor signage was a good idea. I guess they don't have to use the lot for their needs.
I love pull a part. Fair prices and good staff. The selection is very nice
Great people and a good selection of vehicle to choose from
Not useful didn't have any cars my year
Awesome people, cheap parts, helpful custermers!
Though the years I have save alot of money thanks to pull a part but employees are rude becouse of lack of employees..management doesn't hire enough to help out customer who needs help and employees are rude becouse there overworked and under staffed.management should be fired not employees both the customer and employees suffer management is only one happy.but great place to save money on used auto parts
They scam you out of your money, Just But brand new parts online for the same price smh. They girl just price things off the too of her head and expect you to pay it, show me why a 98 Honda civic fender is $55.
Organized, easy to find vehicles that you are looking for.
The worst! They told me they had 4 ES300's, told by someone else I know they had 3 of his car model too with none, Walked every single lane in the hot summer sun with tool bag today - not a single one there. My painter told me he has heard that story several times about them. Beware! The $2 entry fee sucks when getting a trailer, having a friend go and finding out they lie as a matter to get this friggin' $2/person whether they have the car or not, THEY SUCK!!!!!
Not the most organized yard I've been to. The last time I pulled an engine, they gave us an a-frame with a flat tire. Then the forklift dropped the engine into my trailer from 4ft. It was a little rough.
Great staff. Pretty decent yard.
I most say they are very helpful
Good place to pick up used parts. Staff was very helpful, if you don't mind walking and looking for parts this is a great place to start.
Great
Smooth operation. Friendly and knowledge staff. Just be ready to work for your parts. Also know if your vehicle is available, doesn't mean the part is there.
It's just not what it use to be. I recommended pull a part to someone who wants to drive all the way out there because the websites says they have 12 of the car your looking for full of parts. But they don't update there websites when people buy things out of said cars so when you get there there is only 6 cars and they have been picked clean. No one answers the phone ever around there. And there prices are higher than other junk yards in Louisville. I use another junk yard but I'm not one to post another business name on someone else page. Let's just say you have been warned about what you get at pull a part. On a better note tho. They are open 7 days a week and the staff is very friendly.
They keep there online inventory Pretty close to what's in the yard unlike pick part. Place is huge and set up well so you can tear down a vehicle
I have been using Pull-A-Part since it came to Nashville. I've found engines, transmissions, air bags, etc at great prices. A son lived in Charlotte, N.C. for a while and I used that location when we worked on his cars. It would be nice if …
One of my favorite places. You can go get the parts you want or need and by taking it off myself I know how to put it back on. Would give it 5 stars but I don't think the pricing is all ways the best. I think some of the cashiers just guess at a price sometimes.
Had the rim n tire I needed for my kia rondo
Love this pull a part. Good customer service, almost always has the parts I'm looking for
Very clean and organized yard.
Good yard, has everything you need. Will take engines and heavy axles for you. Nice workers.
Fought pulling my first entire engine by myself, and the staff was very helpful through the entire process. They came by and helped several times and even loaned me a couple tools I was lacking to get it finished.
It was HOT! I can't blame them for that. I pulled and purchased a broken part.....well, they weren't to blame for that either. I'm trying to think of a reason to not give them five stars....I can't think of one but I haven't given up yet. Don't need to swell their heads.
This is one of my favorite places to come. I'm not a mechanic. I started coming when my mechanic told me to get certain parts and return to his garage and he'd put them in. He taught me how to pull extra things for a rainy day. Between YouTube, friends, and my experience working on computers, I find what I need and figure out how to get it off. I've enjoyed coming here several years. It's always fun and you meet the neatest people. I once met a couple who consider their visits 'dates'. People there are always smiling, willing to talk, and from what I see in the lot, everyone is having a good time. I see alot of memories being made by fathers and sons, coworkers, etc on the lot. It's just such a neat place and it helps keep my 2001 Camaro running. The latest fix was a hatchback piece I needed to keep my hatch closed and locked. It's also great exercise too, pushing wheelbarrows full of parts.
Great prices well laid out.very easy to locate cars and computer inventory system makes knowing if they have your car in stock before you go. Make sure to bring 2 dollars in cash for entry to yard and your tools as you will pull the part yourself, they do not loan tools.
I'd like it more if others would not damage other stuff but overall great experience
Great place, great prices, and warranty, what more could you ask for. I needed a starter for my car and it was about $150 at an 'auto parts' place but at pull-a-part in Nashville it was much much cheaper and had a 30-day warranty. I'd highly recommend checking here first for the parts that you need as they have a very good inventory that is well laid out and the cars are easy to get to. This place is great and on customer appreciation days they even feed you for free. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this place.
As a car mechanic i know how much it cost to by brand new parts. Not long ago i had to get a part here that only cost me 15 dollars, as to the 400 dollars i would have paid for the new part. The staff was very helpful when i went in to find that part. Ever since i got that part i had no problems with the vehicle. I am very satisfied with this business.
My review is for the Nashville,Tn location. I needed to replace a broken mirror and they had what I needed. It was twice the price i would've paid at a junk yard closer to me (were all gone) but it was still cheaper then buying used on Ebay or new online elsewhere, so I'm still satisfied
They charged me for three different charges for one part
Staff is polite and very helpful. Clean, organized and well maintained. Could use a couple more restroom facilities. Overall good prices on parts.
Had the wrong battery for my car Bianca help me find the right one and super friendly love this place
Love this place. Cleaner than other competitors places
Great people working there special tifany...
Great place to come to for car parts and the team is always helpful and friendly
I am here now and waiting cause I can't take My 11 year old nefew out on the yard the should have told us when they us before they open about him not being able to go in the I made the drive from the other side of Clarksville it about hour to two hour drive one way now I am waiting in the car with nefew in parking alot while my other half goes in witch is a veteran to try to get some parts since we came all this way so yeah disappointed right now but go figure
Don't ever find yourself calling the call center at Pull-A-Part and asking questions about selling a car at your local store. I wasted a whole day today because on the phone I was told I could sell a car with just a title. I got to the local location and I could not. They also require a bill of sale. The call center should have known that. Oh, and then when I called the call center back to put the local location on the spot, the manager of the call center knew about the local location's policy. So why don't the people answering the phone not know it?
This was my first time here and it was great experience. Friendly staff and very competitive prices.
Lot is very clean and organized, unlike LKQ. Prices are lower also.
Brittany and Kayla both were friendly and helped me find that for which I was looking. I was having a bad day and couldn’t remember the name of what I needed. They both were very professional and knew exactly what I needed. Great ladies!
Staff working there are easy going people. Online search on smart phone device is quite accurate, which makes store visit much simpler.
Good selection of parts. Golf carts available. Forklift service available for engines and rear ends. Computer screen in lobby for parts availability and cross referencing. Free admission with military ID.
My car engine blew and I was lucky enough to be able to pull into a Wal-Mart parking lot. I called Pull A Part and arranged for the tow. Customer service was great and the tow driver was sympathetic and efficient. They called me 30 min before they showed up. Everything went very smoothly!
Pending the solution of this issue, I'd give them no stars. The only pick a part type location near me, and it's 3 hours away. How the hell can I justify that drive without knowing if they have what I need? They've got two Honda civics on the lot according to their website, but I can't get in contact with them to see if they still have the transmission in one of them or what condition the transmission is in.
If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They offered the highest price for my car but only by $5 dollars. I'd happily give up that $5 to have my day back. I waited on these people to pick up my car all day. They do not schedule appointments for pick up so you never know when they might come. They told me anywhere between 8a - 5p. I told them I preferred the morning and they said they would make a note of that. When I called for an update close to 5p they told me they'd be here by 6:15p, then 7:30p, then 8:30p... The guy didn't show up til 9:15p and it took him all of 20 mins to do the paperwork, hook up the car and get on his way.
Disgusted by the service drove three hours to go to this place, and came to checkout at 6:01 and the manager said he could not check me out and that I had to come back the next day....The cars are not that good here either old junk, the other u pull in Agusta is much better
Parking lot is big plenty of places to park the facility is clean some of their prices are a little bit outrageous but the reasonable on some items probably will come back will recommend this place to friends and family
Cheap parts. Organized. Best junkyard.
Found what I was looking for
Great place to get the parts you need.
U need it,they got it,fair price's too!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean yard.
Very helpful worker's. This assisted me when I couldn't get the parts by myself.
Got a lot stuff u might need
First time there and the and the employees were really helpful
Just picking a load..
Been there a couple of times and was Surprise to see my type of car there for my part love this place
Easy peasy, I needed the wiper linkage assembly for a 2004 cavalier, plenty to chose from, and I got it in 1/2 hour & for 12 bucks.
The people that were working there are friendly, and patient. You confirm rent golf carts, and ride the lot to get what your lookin for for 25 dollars, but you get it at least 20 back when u return the cart without bein damaged! I go there for car parts often , or to see what a part of the car looks like taken apart. The only bad part about the visit , was they wouldn't let Bailey MY
Got a Wiper Arm and was charged for Old Wiper Blade on it too, also a taillight bulb socket, remove the bulb cause they charge you for BOTH, headlight lens better remove bulb....you get the idea. Their phone system isn't ideal, wished they could remove SOME of the more difficult parts for us if we paid a lil more for that particular service.
Pretty cool.
Had a lot of options
Very organized and accessible.
This was our first time at the Pull Apart and it could not have gone better. The guys at the first counter walked us threw check in and directed us to the right section and row. Everything was labeled so we found the right truck . The yard was very clean and the cars were spaced out giving plenty of room to work. Check out was just as easy. The folks working here were super nice and helpful. We will be back.
I enjoy the cleanest to the yard and space
answer machine will have you on the line for ever. i calles 4 times and was on the phone for over an hour and they never pivked up
Great place for used parts an reasonable prices "thanks pull a part "
Obviously these peeps are so rich they don't need our business. There auto phone system is stupid and the only way to know if they have stock is to drive down there and walk the yard. So I called another yard and was told my part was in stock. Lost another customer because you refuse to do anything about your B.S. phone system.
Nothing really to pull at this place.
Great concept, fair and more importantly transparent and consistent pricing. I flip cars and 90% of my parts are from here. They do however have a ridiculous closing procedure on the WEEKENDS. Advertised as retail sales desk open till 6pm admitted into yard till 5:30, simple enough. The discrepancy or gray area is if you are on the yard at 530 a off duty sheriff circles the lot, sirens blaring and over the PA with Gestapo rhetoric "PullPart now closed quit pulling or face possible arrest" he then mumbles out some ordinance. I get it, for years I closed large box stores, some people need the motivation to leave, I don't. So maybe a tweak in that area.
Everything was good, I was looking for tires. And they didn't some choice.
Well I was going to come spend lots of money but after hearing the bad reviews...BOOOO
For the second Saturday in a row, I have wasted an entire day waiting for a scheduled pickup. Last Saturday I waited until 2:30 pm before calling the dispatch. The dispatcher called me back a short time later to inform me that the hauler was having vehicle problems and wouldn't be able to pick up my vehicle. How long did this hauler know his vehicle had issues and why wasn't this communicated to the company and then to me. This Saturday again I waited.I called earlier in the morning to verify that I was on the schedule to have my vehicle picked up and was assured that I was. At 2:30 pm I called to inquire as to the status of my scheduled pickup. After being put on a brief hold I was informed by dispatch that they weren't able to contact the hauler, but did contact the haulers manager, who was going to contact the hauler and me. Well its now 3pm still no contact from anyone. will not continue to sit around wasting my time. This is not how you run a business. anyway, not waiting any longer. Update- so at 4:36 pm i receive a voice mail informing me that the hauler overbooked his pickups so therefore wouldn't be picking up my vehicle. Thanks for nothing.
I do a lot of business with Pull-A-Part. Never been there at closing time, but today I stayed longer than anticipated and was there a few minutes after closing. The Employees and security were very rude, would not let me purchase my parts, and told me I had to come back the next day to retrieve my items.I knew it closed at 6:00, but I had no way of telling what time it was. I heard sirens but had no idea what it meant. The police officer said he was warning us to get out over a PA system, but we did not hear it. He said we were lying and said we were trespassing. Also, I was taking a part off of a car and antifreeze leaked all over me, including in my eyes, which is supposed to be drained prior to being put in the lot. I will not be back.
Easy going crowd
Not very good, apparently they use a fork truck to move the vehicles around which destroys all the drive shafts, so if you need a drive shaft you'll need to go somewhere else
Love this place. I get to pull my own part and save a bunch of money. Plus I have bought several cars from them also.
I sold my 2001 dodge dursngo to them. I was very happy with service.
I looked up the part online before I arrived. That is the way to do it. Otherwise you will find yourself wondering around acres and acres of parts. It's a great system if you know how to use it. Also you Don't want to spend a lot if time walking on heavy crushed rock unless you have boots with thick sole s otherwise you will destroy your shoes and your feet.
I do like this one. But I wish I could be able to speak to someone on the phone. Considering I live in lake Charles
Staff was super helpful even though I had never been before, found what I was looking for easily (with some work) and got the parts at a extremely reasonable price
Nice clean lot no mud big selection of cars
Traveled 1.5 hours with my 10 year old son to meet a friend and have a “Man day” to find out that an individual must be at least 16 years old to be permitted into the yard. Just policy. Well when the manager, R J Shines, was informed of my issue, he personally gave my son and I a tour of the salvage yard. So my son got to go and he was so excited! Thanks EJ! Also the staff was very polite and professional when telling me that my son could not go into the salvage area. Stil was able to get the parts I needed and have some spring break fun with my son!!!!!! Great people at the Jackson, MS location and inventory too!
It’s a great place to buy parts from however if you’re trying to sell a vehicle they only offered me $125 for a full-size Dodge pick up truck kind of on the low-end if you ask me you can get more out of just scrapping it.
Terrible experience. I got the full amount of money I was offered, but I had to feel like I swindled them for it just because the driver didn't do his job properly. He hands me the money before he even looks at the car or asks about it and then he acts like a giant douche because it's not supposed to happen that way. I just wanted to get rid of the thing. I'm not trying to rip anybody off. I'd rather make off with peanuts than be treated like an idiot for five minutes by the tow-truck driver. Hopefully I'll never have to do something like this again.
The employees were rude. No one who works there have any customer service skills.
You need to fix your f****** automated recording system it doesn't f****** work
Enjoy pulling my own parts for repairs on my vehicles
I get good deals at a good price.
Thanks for chopping up the part I needed so you could sell the other end of the part for the precious metals.
Great place! Clean and majority of the time you get the part that you are looking good for.
Terrible no help didn't know what he was doing .
Got what I needed. Nice big well kept yard.
Clean place but prices are high.
Very clean and large yard. Prices are fair and tools are allowed in. Service people are organized and fair. The best auto salvage yard around.
It's co-operate drive. Sucks every penny out of you. Mexicans ladies upfront are something else. charges for everything bolts and screws on items. Parts are well over priced for instance a bumper for $45 after market at $40 both still need to be painted. But at pull apart i had to remove it myself and paid even more. What a scam.
Treated like VIP. Employees were courteous and very helpful. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
Some of the staff could be a little nicer and more helpful.
They were helpful
never answers the phone. listed as having item I was looking for and wasted my 1 hour driving there and paying to go in only to find out there's no part for the vehicle I was looking for. even the people in front said they have parts for my vehicle but there was only a shell. as always, there's a group of people with all kinds of attitudes when asked a question. first time there and will be last time. don't recommend anyone go to this place for anything.
Great service. Ask questions if you need help staff is very nice and helpful.
Was in and out found what was needed
It's pitiable when you cannot get information from a damn computer and I do not care about Atlanta Georgia! I have tried to contact a human being to see about some parts for over an hour! I just want to know where the pull apart is in Louisville Kentucky and to see if they've got the part I need before I come. For God's sake people get your s*** together!! What a bunch of lazy people wanting you to do their jobs!
Fast friendly staff.
Lots of vehicles to choose from, their inventory changes very frequently, too.
I found what I was looking for. This place is like a playground for guys.
They close to Early
Great
Very friendly associates, great prices. You should check them out.
Great job, good people
The fact that we came and got a battery took it outside to check it and it was the wrong size... 43.75 is what we paid. We took the battery back inside and was told I can only get store credit for it... The store credit they gave me was 41.25 where is my other 2.50. This place is ugh... And the fact that it wasn't pit on my car or anything and you. Ant give my money back... I could have used that money for a new battery now I have no other choice but to go back to them and I truly don't want to.. that's some bs. You really just taking people's money a used battery for one thing isn't worth 43.75. After I do get this stupid store credit over. I will not ever go back to them and no place like this!!! I wish I had known ahead of time! My lesson is learned!!
This is a Salvage yard, not a repair shop. You take your tools, you pull your part,$2 to go into the yard, they have wheel barbells and golf carts.
I'm not coming here no more I didn't mind paying the entry fee before because the prices was cheap well they raised all their prices and charge a core and warranty on all parts check out girl at counter want argue with you about what the part is no u just trying overcharge me for a part I'm not getting every one go pick pull save around corner on grade LN or grade a auto both have no entry fee and is cheaper parts
Great deals.
Went and bought a crossmember for a 04 pontiac grand prix but they insisted it was an sub-frame. Company parts identification is horribly inaccurate
Found what I needed at a reasonable price.
It was a great experience
Nice place people are very helpful
The place to go when you need anything for your car.
The customer service is terrible. I can't wait to leave.
I would like to add a suggestion that the mileage for each vehicle is added to the website.
If you have to choose between going here or the other indy self service car yard, go to Pull A Part.
Well organized yard.
Good people good prices.
Telephone system blows dick. Let me talk to a ducking person
scam alert, if i could rate zero i would, they offered me $230 for a $6,000 car, i hung up. If you want the best pricing DO NOT go here call around in your area first...
Usually a good place to get parts, but part isn't listed on the website. I would give a good review, but there is no way to call and talk to get it priced. There is a recording, but it has no useful options. I talked to a sales person at corporate, but they would not give me any number to talk to any workers what-so-ever. It would be a waste of my time to go there and it be more expensive than a new online sales.
Found everything I needed
The yard itself has been organized fairly well and finding vehicles is not extremely difficult. However, when I got to the front counter and they wanted to charge me 70 dollars for three weather stripping pieces and three small interior pieces from a 2000 mustang, all of which in less than great condition. I just dropped the parts at the counter and walked off. I stopped by a salvage yard in MS and they charged less than half of that price for the exact same parts. If you need a part in a hurry, this is a good spot. If you want to get ripped off, this is a good spot.
It sucks that no one can answer the phone. A automatic phone system can't help a customer with question.
HORRIBLE SERVICE WAITED ALL DAY FOR THEM TO GET MY CAR AND THEY DECLINED AFTER I KEPT ASKING FOR A ETA SUCH BS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!
Oem parts off wrecked cars at prices I can afford
Pretty well organized but they won't tell you if the part you need is there. You have to pay $2 just to hike out and look.
shoppers paradise ! for mechanics i mean, will be visiting this place every now and then
Today, management (Chris) was awesome in helping me secure a part for my mechanic to continue work on my vehicle. I definitely recommend!
Got there a little late and and there computer said they had certain vehicles which in fact they do not. The rows of cars and trucks need to be more recognizable. The should put signs up to designate row to row. The staff was at best tolerable of the customers. Customer service could use a little work. I will go back but it will be a have to situation first.
Nice as a junk yard can be
I sold my car to P-A-P, the pick up window for hauling my car away was from 8am to 5pm, which was crazy but free so I agreed to wait. At 4:30 I call to confirm they would still do the pick up that day, and they said they would be, at 4:45 a P-A-P rep called me back to tell me that the tow truck would be there between 5:15 and 5:45, but then at 5:15 the P-A-P rep called me to say they would not be able to pick up the car that day because P-A-P closes at 5. The P-A-P rep told me my car was going to be put on the schedule to be picked up at 8am the next business day. I spoke to a call center supervisor named Quan to confirm that the tow truck would be there at 8am. As I was talking to Quan I could here the call center staff being derogatory in the back ground Quan would occasionally giggle. The car was not picked up at 8am. The hauler called me at 8:30am and said he was 45 mins away, I asked if he was aware of the 8am schedule and he said he was not. The car was not picked up until 9:45. This was an overly difficult experience that I will not do again.
Too Damn expensive on Parts
Is clean is organized in a customer service is very wonderful and friendly
Easy to find parts very well kept lot good service
Great service and helpful employees
Love this place.
As auto repair is not on my normal list of activities, I was concerned in visiting a salvage yard. But in efforts of saving money, I made the trip. Loaded with all the tools I could transport I set out. All said and done, I was amazed at the process, respect, and price. We walked in and were greeted immediately by someone that asked what we were after. I gave them the model, make and year which he then gave me a slip of paper indicating the location of all similar vehicles on their lot. We joined their VIP club (at no cost) which allowed us to pass through their $2 charge plus keeps track of any item (which has a 30 day warranty) we buy. We walked through the lot, with tools in the wheel barrow, and surveyed the cars. We found the one we liked most and removed the part. Returning to where we began, we paid with a credit card and saved about $240. A quick note that I hadn't considered but didn't directly affect us--everyone has to be 16 years or older for obvious liability reasons.
I have to agree with all the 'listening to a machine babble about things that are not of any concern or interest to me" comments. I had a very specific reason for calling and all I got was that machine.
Great place to look for auto parts.
After spending most of my day trying to deal with another used auto parts shop in town, I decided to call pull-apart. I was answered by an extremely nice lady, named Shannon. She dealt with all of my questions and concerns in absolutely no time at all. Thank you pull-apart for the incredible service & great prices!! There's no other way to go in Louisville
We went for a simple part, a hose for the radiator and a few other things. I was paying separately from my friend but a checkout they made it such a big deal, it was a Hispanic female who gave me such attitude and management was right behind her...they didn't care. I rather just pay more for new parts with great customer service than experience this.
Clean and organized. Good selection. Nice outside wash area. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing.
They're always sweet. Cars are organized so you can find what you need. Good parts and it's cheep
I have a worst experience on this yunk yard. I can't believe they took more that 1 hour to delivery an Engine. The customer service it's not friendly They send a forklift driver and he took more than 1 hour to show up.
Never has what im looking for even though theres multiple of the same model which means its popular. But besides that people are great and its just fun being there
Good yard easy to find parts.people need to understand that this is a self serve facility.
By far the best salvage yard I've ever been to. The staff is very nice and willing to help out. Definitively worth the drive from Peru to Indy.
I hate trying to call. YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE!!! ITS A DAMN AUTOMATION SYSTEM THAT CANT UNDERSTAND YOU HALF THE TIME EVEN BY PRESSING THE NUMBERS!!! YOU CANT ASK ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS!!! IT WILL NOT LET YOU LET YOU KNOW IF THEY HAVE THAT SPECIFIC PART!!! THEY MIGHT HAVE 100 CARS OF THE SAME MODEL YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. BUT YOU CANT FIND OUT IF ANY OF THE CARS HAVE THE (ONE) PART YOU NEED!!! YEAH, ITS CHEAP. BUT NOT IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ONE OR TWO HOURS TO GET THE YARD TO FIND OUT THEY DONT HAVE THE PART ON ANY OF THE 100 CARS THEY HAVE!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHTEN OUT. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND COMING TO BUY FROM YOU, MAKE SURE WE CAN FIND THE SPECIFIC PARTS WE NEED. NOT JUST THE DAMN VEHICLE.
Found everything I was looking for. Great experience!
Dude.. This place rocks! Finding the cars you're looking for is super easy & convenient, the entire lot is well marked with maps and row numbers, every car is clearly marked with its year / VIN / other info, the yard is very clean, they're staff is super friendly & helpful, and they're prices are pretty competitive. I was seriously impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Great place, I'll definately be back again!
Love this place. Friendly staff but the women get a 200% rating from me
Great place to get used car parts....
Wasted 2 days off waiting on car to get picked up. I had to call towing company because they would not give me a time when they might be in my area.Had to reschedule first day because they ran out of time first day now just wasted my day waiting from 8 till after 6 : 30 before calling again and no answer. So unprofessional. So took my business to another company who paid me more and was able to schedule a time to get the car.
Well organized.
Great place to pull parts
Vehicles are in place so you can find and when you need help, they will help with no question about it
First time there. Very clean and cool place to wander around. Grounds guys were very helpful in telling me how to take a part off, another one helped us get two parts off. Price was very cheap, battery prices were ridiculous cheap. Should have bought batteries there for years. Going back soon.
Great place for car parts
I have been going here for years. At one time i thought the place was great. If you had some things on the way out that were small cheap parts they told you to keep them. Every time i go there now I get charged for a full assembly even if its a small part of the assembly. In almost every situation you can go to another junk yard and get them to pull it for around the same price. Also you can order a lot of the parts online that are new for a little more and not have to worry about it not working or having to spend your time trying to get parts off. Most of the parts are over priced unless they have a high end car in there you need parts from but I doubt it. All the cars they have are 10+ years old. I'm done with pull apart unless I need a engine or trans.
Prices are set in stone worked for 2 hours to try to get wheels off that had locks workers there even helped with no luck going back today with lock hope it works but there still stuck on price not good business practice imo
Wonderful place to get parts and meet knowledgeable ppl. In the automative industry
Price is great . Just wish you could have assistance with help on things like tires lol .
Always very clean compared to others in the area, prices are comparable to competition, staff as well as customer base always seems friendly and staff is very approachable. But more than anything, the cleanliness puts them above the rest. Other "yards" are cluttered with parts strewn all over/vehicles half fallen over etc, deep muddy puddles covering entire walkways, etc...not at Pull A Part.
Customer service a very poor lots of attitude seem like they are miserable while working there & automated phone customer service is really poor & bad no option to speak with a employee for customer service and when the automated customer service don’t recognize You’re option call just end
(Translated by Google) It is a good place to buy used parts (Original) Es un buen lugar para comprar partes usadas
Picked threw lots of parts just could be better plus atm cards are pin protected for a reason show i.d. that should be good enough i for one will not be returning anytime soon, but the employees are kick a__ very polite helpful and the system is great no hassles.
Worst. Place. Ever. There's a short, fat, Guatemalan woman who could use a lesson in customer service. When I discovered that the charge per person increased by $1, I stated to my associate, "What a ripoff." She made it her business to tell me that if I didn't like it, I could sign up for a VIP account. I declined and informed her that I wasn't interested, and had not spoken it to "her". "well I don't make the rules." Uh, get over yourself already lady! She continued to interject unwelcome comments as I spoke to my associate, and although I paid the price while waiting in line, she took it upon herself to say, "You got a bad attitude." Wow. Because she is from Guatemala, there was an obvious communication barrier, because she thought I didn't want to click on the "accept and agree" screen, and I thought she was telling me that I had already, when I hadn't. She left to get the manager, who returned with the unprofessional semi-attack of "What's the problem?" (Hands on hips) After explaining the situation to the manager was no help and I then understood why his staff is allowed to speak harshly to their customers. he was of no use whatsoever and when I explained that his employee had just said, "You got a bad attitude" to a customer, he said to her, "Just take her two dollars and let her in," walking away in a huff. Before I left, I spoke to him briefly and asked him why she wasn't reprimanded. "Oh, she's not going to change. She's always been like that- she's been here since day one." No doubt she's not going to change because she is allowed to behave that way on the job! I was disgusted, completely. If all of that isn't bad enough, there are semi-nude women covering the walls and computer screens with the tagline: "I can help you pull my part." Really guys? Totally unnecessary. Absolutely disgusting. Unethical, unprofessional- worst car parts place ever.
As a business owner I always thank my customers! Always! Without customers you have no business! I really despise a belligerent Damn attitude from the cashier !! Really makes me want to come back! Not really !
Cheap quality parts
My favorite salvage yard. Clean, no puddles, cheap parts and the young ladies at the counter are very nice.
Great place for parts!
Was out there yesterday and the yard manager was super helpful. I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome. Since I couldn’t find the park I needed he walked me inside to see if we could find one that was similar. He helped me throughout the whole process . Super happy with the service.
I am trying to go in and help my father pull parts that he needs and he paid for me then the dude ask how old I was and he said you have to be 16 or older like what can't I go In and help my father with something I like to do ......uggggggggggh...this irritated me like no other like come on people
Place is a gold mine...love it
Well I wasn't very happy with my experience with this facility. The phone system was covered by others. When I went there they told me they had 4 vehicles that I was looking for a part there. They could not tell me if they had the part. I kind of understood that since parts are being constantly pulled from the place, although I don't think it would be that hard to set a software program to show the part had been removed. They did print out a sheet showing me the locations of the vehicles. I went to enter the facility and they asked for 2 dollars. I was like what, I need to pay to go see if you have the part I am looking for, They said yes we charge a fee to enter the facility. Another individual told me they could put me on a VIP program and I could get in free this time and I would only have to pay a dollar the next time. I went ahead and signed up for the VIP program. The 4 rows that supposedly had the vehicle I was looking for did not have the vehicle in question, I was eventually able to track down one vehicle 2 rows over but it did not have the part I needed. I know that it has to be tough to run a salvage yard but I think they should at least have a good grasp of what vehicles they have, especially if they are going to charge admission. I would have really been mad if I payed to enter thinking there was four vehicles to look over and there was only one.
This place won’t work with you at all. The manger (James) is not willing to listen and explain. Parts are all bad quality. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time.
Great service thanks
Well organized Auto junk yard.
Worst website to use to try to search for parts. Think its a scam to get your $2
It was o.k.
Great yard to get any part you need in. Just like all other pull-a-parts. Friendly staff.
they have the stupid machine that dont understand they should have people answer to get more better service sucks
Cool place to get parts but too bad none of the help has any people skills at all.
Good service
The staff here is super nice and very helpful!
Top of the line used parts garage
Great selection, i go every chance i get
I was able to get assistance from the start from the staff. They helped me check inventory to find my part and told me where it was on the yard. The price was perfect for body parts and the yard was clean and easy to navigate. Located. Removed paid, and I was out of there quickly. Thanks, Pull A Part
Cool experience, just make sure if you need a rim you'll need an air gun cause the cars are off the ground.
Always have what I need and the staff is very helpful!
Phone in for info is an unreal, stupid system. Phone system marketers: HEADS UP! Somebody sell them a real phone system! BTW, on line inventory is good but needs more info on units on site. Color, eng. size, manual/auto etc. would be nice.
Great help when ever I'm here...nice help...tammy
Pleasant helpful
Great prices for used parts.
10 it was great
They helped me find the parts I needed and there parts we're reasonably priced
Well priced for the most part, but core charge on a fender? Give me a break. Also nickle and dime you on every little thing that might be attached to the part that you are trying to salvage!
Great place to pick used parts. Price I just paid for a relay almost double what I paid for same one about a year ago!
I USED to be a loyal customer, but the experience I just had there will cause me to NEVER go there again!
This place is a waste of time. First you drive 2 hours to get there. Second there is a gate fee and third your 16 year old son that is with you is not allowed to enter because he does not have a license yet ? Or gotten a ID. Not to mention a core charge on used body parts? I am at a salvage yard not Walmart. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for used car parts. I would go down the street to Grade A auto parts if you want freindly staff good prices and you know your help can come with you.
I was looking for a four-cylinder Dodge motor I called Pull-A-Part and they said they had them I get there to give me a list of 20 some more vehicles nothing had a 4-cylinder in it I made 130 mile trip for nothing they need to start marking What size motors are in these vehicles so people don't waste their time
Easy to get around. Can search so you know where to go.
I bought a radiator recovery tank when i went to pay the lady ask me if i needed the cap which was on the tank i said yes she told me the cap was extra this cap is part of of the tank sounds like a way to get over on you!!!!!
Got what I needed, at an affordable price.
Nonsense to charge just to get in to yard...but got the part.
I love this place. Always find what I need at a great price.
Very busy and not too many employees acted like they were happy to help with anything , most vehicles look pretty well picked off too! Only good thing we had from the experience was the golf cart rental!
They wasted my entire day. I took today off to get my car out of here. They said 8-5. I called at 1 and they gave me a time frame to check in if I haven’t heard from eanybody. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU!!!! They said between 530-6. I CALLED BACK AT 6! They replied the driver will be here at 8. THEY CLOSE AT 8! How do I communicate? I get they are taking junk cars but don’t waste my time!!! They have horrible service and won’t own up to it!
Cashier had a bad mouth at check out she was smart off we had questions she was smart mouth
I didn't expect them to be open on a Sunday. I'm sure glad that they were. I needed a few different parts for a few different vehicles and I was glad that they had a pretty large selection.
Probably the best salvage yard I have ever been too. Really well organized, staff and mgmt are on top of this place. Really impressive.
Need better customer service at check out.
A lot FULL of scrap metal from all types of vehicles and automobiles with a friendly and quick check out service. Everything organized in aisles for easy searching.
Went in and got what was looking for quick.
I'm just trying to know if they have Acura MDX parts
I got everything I needed!
do you have any motors for a 2006 chevy equinox ?
Good. Pricing can't beat it ...
Great fine people
I would give you a 0, but it is not an option.
OK. Could be better. Management could great people more friendly. If you talk to them it seems they are to busy to respond to the customer. The employees are always Willing to help. But not management.
Great place. Golf carts are available so you don't have to walk if you don't want to. Great selection, pretty clean yard. Large import section. Gravel yard so wear good shoes
Almost always open. 8am til 6pm (last admittance at 5pm. No LOCAL PHONE NUM. Best selection of cars of any junkyard in DaVille.
Hate I made it 30min till close on this day but it was enough time to get what i needed for that day
Let's just say rude ,I went to get a 1 inch flange egr delete ,while in line I was speaking to the guy in front of me about my project and the young cashier overheard us ,when I came up to pay she said $12.00 egr ,I tried to explain to her that's it's a water line but she rudely interrupted with I WASN'T SPEAKING TO YOU ,or WAS I SPEAKING TO YOU, I just left I will never go back and I WILL ADVICE OTHER TO STAY AWAY ..AT EVERY CHANCE I GET ...ITS NOT THE MONEY EVAN IF IT WAS $20 ...ITS MANAGMENT NOT DOING THEIR JOB ..
Peaple are very rude on that place. And descriminate. They workes don't know nothing about the place or what they have. Is not worthy
Great place! Helpful and courteous staff. No car parts laying on the ground near the cars or mud pits under the cars like in some other places in town. Website is easy to navigate, just wish they would have pictures of the vehicles on the lot similar to LKQ
wonderful place for parts Carolin Kayla and Brittney helped me alot and the golf carts are great
Good place too find car and truck parts good price
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is looking for your exact part. If you don't know what model cars have interchangeable parts for your vehicle, you're stuck driving there. The automated line will not help you there. If I could speak with a person I would definitely give it 5 stars!
Super friendly staff, Teffiny is the best, everyone on this location is helpful and treat people with respect. This is my number 1 choice store. Definitely will rate it with 5 stars even 10 if I could. As for the prices I don’t think you could beat that. Thanks again for everyone in that location for their help.
Prices that are a fraction of even used parts let alone oem. Not perfect as their inventory system leaves alot to be desired, it's a gamble as to if the part you need is actually available, but well worth it. Will return and recommend to anyone.
Beautiful females and helpful
Best pull a part I have ever been too Britnay deserves AC it is to hot for that woman in that office lol
It's a great store Bianca is always so helpful
Cool place, nice people
Really like pull a part very friendly staff, and reasonable prices on there car parts.
kept clean and well graveled. Old and newer cars on the lot. If you need they probably got it. If they don't and then they get it they'll call you
tony was great helped me out alot with what i needed
Well organized salvage yard enjoy dealing with this business.
It's a great place for parts and the crew is very nice and polite, kayla is great at what she does
Cut a quarter out of a car and the yard guy Leo was incredibly helpful, he came over and safely reset the car with his lift so we could cut it out where we needed it and do it it a safe manner, very professional, very kind and courteous. Price's are very reasonable and all the staff were professional
I Have no problem with finding the parts that I need.
Great selection. The golfcarts are fun to wreck, but they could have been faster.
This place is well organized. Good customer
Always a great experience whenever I come here! Helpful, informative, and consistent.. some of the things missing from many establishments these days!
This place has good parts nice people and fast service.
My favorite place to go to for used car parts. Wide selection of car make/brands. Well organized and clean with gravel landscaping. Good prices. Visiting for years.
Pretty well organized and folks there are helpful. Price for parts are too high for what you get.
Wonderful staff! I like that the yard is so clean and organized. Prices are decent. My #1 go to place for used parts.
I have been to PullApart many times, you have to work for what you need, but you will most likely find the part you need! The staff is always cheerful and ready to help if you need it! Be ready to do some walking!
Friendly staff and great prices
Thank you for a very helpful experience! All personnel were very helpful and nice. Special thanks to Leo, awesome guy!!!
Friendly staff and good parts, loved the service!
We went for the first time today. The staff was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful and welcoming. Made us feel like we were VIP customers right through the door. They helped us with interchangeable parts information due to the fact that our specific vehicle was not available for parts at any location close to us. They helped us find what we needed and helped us check out and be on our way as quickly as possible. They are great!! The prices were great and our experience was great. Thanks guys!
Rent a golf cart. Find the parts you need easier. Great staff always helpful.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful
Great place all kinds of cars
Friendly and helpful people and very good mangement
Great place to save money on car parts! But make sure to bring the tools you need.
I wish they would quit going up on prices everytime i go it keeps getting higher
There is absolutely no way to speak to someone at the store before going in! All calls are transferred to the "call center" which cannot answer my question. "only the store manager can answer my question" absolutely ridiculous! They expect me to drive 45 miles rather than giving a number that goes directly to the store! Horrible company with horrible customer service. Someone with morals and the know how to run a company should take over this joke of a business!
By far the best salvage yard. Have gone there for years and never disappointed.
(Translated by Google) Very good (Original) Muy bueno
Miscellaneous auto parts purchased. Prices reasonable, kind of potluck to find what you need. Always seem to do well. I recommend
Well run establishment with helpful and friendly staff. Everything is organized and very clean. Highly recommend.
I pulled part i needed. When i went to pay the part was expensive 20.00 less than new. They shouls hAve prices posted instead of wasting my time and my nails taking off the part. Im sticking to 16th street junk yard.
Have tried twice and have not been able to get the information I wanted. I used their automated system, which was malfunctioning--it interrupted itself and then kept saying "I didn't get that " and hung up on itself. twice.
Great place with great people
Nice people always helping out letting you know where you have to go. Had a great time. Thanks
They are EXTREMELY rude! Will not be going there again or recommending them to anyone
Clean, organized, friendly staff!
Nice staff, bought my dying car, easy transaction.
Very good
Awesome great service n great pricing
Only junk car yard I go to!
You have the most unprofessional employee s that I have ever experienced
Awesome place
Me and son went to find parts for his car and my car found everything i needed in one spot love this place
Great place. What they do better than the rest is allow you to know what they got on the yard and how long it's been there. Extremely helpful info. Makes them the only one really worth going to!
Large selection of used car batterys.used cars for sale.
The parts are all damn near destroyed what you are looking for
Pulled a good part but would have got a lot more if the 4 cars i looked at did not have have hood damaged by idiot's trying to get $5 part
Very clean,good products,am very happy with P.A.P.
Very friendly peaple and helpfull. I got what I need.I'm so happy
Really very handy to have around love it!! 4 stars
Good place great people
Nice place to go to when looking for parts. They have kiosks at the main entry where you can look up the model of car that you need parts from. The kiosk tells you how many of that particular car are in the yard and where to find them. If you need then they'll even rent you golf carts that you can use to go around in the yard. They even have tools you can buy from them if you need tools. It costs two dollars per person who enters the yard and when you come back with your parts they are very reasonable with their costs.
Always satisfied when I visit, never have a problem finding what I need
Very nice people there and they usually don't bother to charge you if it's for very small things I enjoy going there very much the cars are always easy to work on all the tires are always off
Courteous staff, yard well laid out. Easily find what you're looking for either online or at yard entrance.
Easy go in find your make and model and go see if it has what you need
Good place. Organized sections for vehicles.
The people here are amazing! They know why and I just want to say Steve is a wonderful guy all the staff are polite smiling friendly and very eager to assist anyone in need!
Friendly staff. If you know what it should look like then they will more than likely have it for you
Got 3 times as much for my car from a different service. Don't sell to them.
2 dollars to get in, and then you can just go around and find anything you need. Cars are divided by make, import, etc. Pricing is really reasonable.
This place is highway robbery. Employees needs an attitude adjustment. Little over a year ago I wanted to buy the whole car and wouldn't work with me and after my last visit last week I will never return.

You can find all you need for your car
Fair prices, found exactly what I wanted.
That guatemelan fat lady at door where you pay is a nasty lady. Bad attitude she has and treats the customer like crap. However if you can get past this lady or they can get rid of her place is awesone. Cheap parts you pull yourself other places you just have to stand there and wait for them to pull part and overcharge for it
Great place

This review is on behalf of a coworker who went to Pull-A-Part yesterday. She arrived fifteen minutes before the business closed and ordinarily they wouldn't have let her in to start looking, but they saw she was riding on a doughnut tire and let her in because it'd be unsafe for her to drive home with it. She not only got the wheels she needed for her car, but she got two tires as well, and the price she paid was 1/4 of what she was quoted for a single rim by the dealer. Good service and good prices make for a powerful one-two punch! A+ Pull-A-Part, and when I buy my A/C compressor in the near future, I'll be going to you first!
Good selection easy to work with . Nice people
I've been going there for years I just don't like the prices being raised
Charges $2 per person just to go in with no guarantee that they have the part and no refund if you don't find it.the boss said all junk yards change this fee for insurance this is a complete lie, every one I've ever gone to or called dose not charge this fee. When I said I'll go some where else, they said you'll pay more anywhere else. Wrong they quoted $21 for the part. Very next junk yard charged me $10 with no entrance fee or attitude. I'll never go to a pull-a-part again. DON'T BE SCAMMED call other junk yards before you go.
Nice and helpful customer service. If you cant find the car they will help you.
Picked up some great finds at great prices
Great
Great selection
Simple, fast, and easy! Gone like that and got my money
Had parts needed at the right price
Got a good tire an rim for my car decent price
Good deals
Great place to shop for used parts
It seemed to be a good place clean as far as working on the vehicles there all propped up at decent height. Ground is big rock clean good cars not trashed beat up cars everyone else has already stripped down none of that there all around a great place to get affordable used parts for your ride if you have mechanical ability. I thought it was a nice clean environment from the places I have been to in the past.
The place is great. Whether you're a weekend mechanic, or a seasoned vet; pull-a-part will usually take care of you. This place is a great DIY junkyard for spare parts. Always a great time.
Well I had a great experience with the staff at pull a part they was very helpful
it was okay service but not find the part that I needed
(Translated by Google) They are not friendly (Original) No son amables
PAY MONEY to enter?! I think not. Wish this had been clearly stated on their website wouldn't have wasted my time driving there. Perhaps if I could have gotten a LIVE person on the phone..... Oh well could've, should've, would've. Certainly won't go back there are plenty of other yards that don't charge you just to walk in.
Great place to get cheap parts. Service was good, didn't deal with the phone system or any rude service reps. Got a fender, emblem, and VSS plug for 48 dollars.
Fix your phones; couldn't get through. Also update your website with vehicle descriptions and pics.
Easy to get to cars.
This has to be the trashiest most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with, customer service tells you that the hauler will give you a 45 min window and then once the day comes for your towing the hauler will choose his own time to call you and if you don’t agree they hang up in your face as if it’s your fault they wasted there whole life just to grow up and haul junked cars, growing up your word is your bond and so far pull-a-part your word is garbage. I’ll be sure to tell everyone how you guys conduct business
Clean safe cheap
They have the parts. Bring lots of tools. They have none. I'm
Cheap and fun
Everything is set up nice but .could definitely label the aisles better, and plan to walk a ton lol
Cars are easy to get to and around. They have a system to let you know where a particular vehicle. Little bit of a gamble if they have a specific part or not.
they had what i needed but wouldn't let my son in because he wasn't over 16 and it would've helped out a lot with getting a fuel tank out of a car.
A great place to get good parts cheap. And is fun going in and searching. I always have a great time and like the low prices.
Awful service! ! It is too many places in Jackson to deal with such subpar, rudeness.
Great place for car parts. Plenty of options.
It would nice if they posted that anyone under 16 is not allowed on their website. Wasted time and gas driving there to be told my 7 year old wasnt allowed.
They were helpful and nice... found an almost new battery staff was friendly and patient
Nice selection of jeeps
We got 4 tires almost bran new for around $150... I love this place
Very polite, just wished they had an on site mechanic. For people whose looking for last minute part; this is the place, but no tools. Still very nice people.
Its like the game go fish. Sometimes you get lucky sometimes you don't. Always great to vist for a part and look around.
DO NOT sell them your old car!!! Called them to arrange a pick up and sale. The sales person was rude and spoke to me like he was doing me a favor taking the car off my hands Offered me $200 for my 2008 Mitsubishi. Called two other places in Charlotte and got offers of $375 and $400. Both places were polite and willing to negotiate. STAY AWAY
I love this place, no mud puddles to lay in, all vehicles are on welded jack stands, cars are inventoried and mapped in computer at the front door. If they don't have "that car, truck, or SUV" you need specifically, they'll notify you when they get it in, just ask at checkout desk.
Always a good experience. Very friendly staff.
Poor inventory system. You can't know if the part you're looking for is there until you pay to enter, walk the lot and, unless you have some mechanical expertise, contract a mechanic to go with you. If you're looking for an external part of a particular color you can't know they have your color until you go in and find the vehicle. Good place for experts and regulars. Bad place for novice and the occasional part hunter.
yeah I had to walk through a lot of inventory but I found the part that I was looking for but didn't have time to take it off ya go there you can get what you need got to go back tomorrow if you have an email call the corporate office will send you a free pass to get inyou can either print it out or leave it on your phone short and you can get in but you got to have two people remember that I went to need I need another person it would let me know but I found somebody walking in them
Excellent very good
Has an excellent choice of car parts. I recommend the place.
Overall an excellent concept and helpful idea to benefit the community. I go here regularly to buy discounted pre owned parts for vehicles I work on. The staff has always been helpful and the cars are easy to locate. They also offer a wide variety of vehicles. Thnak you Pull-A-Part.
Worth the time and money
Got everything I needed and more.
Very satisfied. Gave me a great quote over the phone and all went well without any hitches. Super easy.
Great prices
Great parts surplus
Love this place they had every part to get my VW Beetle back together again
(Translated by Google) I like x that is very far p go to walk jejejejeeeee not !! Not true I like x q is well organized what I searched for I find it fast I go to Houma La. (Original) Me gusta x q esta muy lejos p ir a pasear jejejejeeeee no!! No Es cierto me gusta x q esta bien organizado lo q e buscado lo encuentro rápido yo voy de Houma La.
Two bucks just to go in and see if there's anything you can use. Which there isn't, everything in this yard is picked clean of useful parts before it ever reaches the grounds. Half the vehicles listed on the web site aren't there. The phone is disconnected so you can't call with questions. Rude, slack service. Waste of time.
Good price
The staff is helpful and pleasant and I can always find what I need.
I had called pull a part about selling my car i was told that they had an open window between 8am and 5pm the guys that were picking up tge car called me at 1146am and told me it was going to be 45min befor they got here so i waited about and hr and a half befor i tryed calling back the drive when i had called the number they called me from it didnt even ring went right to voice mail so i tryed calling pull a part who got in to touch with them and they had said i didnt pick up my phone this wad well after i had talked to them at 1146am and was told 45min so they tell me the driver can come back out a little later today so i waited till 430 and called back to see what was going on and they tell me im going to be one of the last ones and it would be about 7pm befor they get here it is now 823pm and i still havnt hurd anything from any one and at this point in time dont even think they are coming after i had put my hole day on hold to be here when they came got to say i will nkt be dealing with them any more even if they do come get the car at this point i am extremely upset with this matter and will not send any one to pull apart for no reson....
Nice place, just couldn't find what I was after. Will go back.
Great place great prices and very accommodating when one of my tools broke and then loan me one
Nasty attitudes. And they hardly had any parts a waste of time.
Made it just in time. Needed a compressor and got one!!! A good one!!!!!
It was great, we have been there several times and it just keeps getting better thank you for everything you do for us and everyone else
Very helpful☺
When I am not able to get the parts I need through my employer I go to Pull-a-Part. It is always a pleasent visit. The staff is always making someone laugh and they are very helpful. The whole facility is kept extremly clean inside and out in the yard as it is very well organized.
Awkward and hard to navigate, but overall a decent parts yard.
My experience was, overall , good. I got what I was looking for, parts in a pretty good shape, fast service, they take care of their place (cars decently lifted) . A little bit overpriced maybe, but it's not the most expensive place around here.
Very good with helping you find the part and car your looking for.and great prices
Went to the pull a part today to pick up a water pump pulley for my buddies car. Took a couple friends had a blast. Would recommend them, Large selection. In fact one of my friends also picked up a part for his car while we was there.
Found one part i needed and a couple extra parts. They do need to ac the lot it was hot
Don't recommend at all for car buying. Set up appt, rep said rear wheels is all that's needed, driver showed up with other news. My license was stolen, and I have a paper temporary license. Long story short, I was given info over the phone, and it changed upon pick up. I apologized to the driver for my attitude, but anyone would have been pissed with the given circumstances
Parts haven!
I have been to this location several times and can unfortunately confirm that the customer service is horrendous. During my most recent and last time visiting the Pull-a-part in charlotte, i was disrespected by a young kid working at the entrance. Also, while purchasing an air box was charged over $20 more than what the part was supposed to cost because the gentleman at the register was absolutely convinced that a metal flap in the air box was a, "computer." Overall some of the staff is unfriendly and not very well educated about auto parts; however, the prices are pretty good if you are willing to deal with the rest. It's a shame that this business is allowing a few bad apples tarnish their company and drive away good customers.
I found my part an clean no problem.
Great selection of vehicles, Very customer friendly staff, and very easy system to learn.
Great place to find parts cheap.
Not at all what it used to be its the same price as other junk yards and the websites is inaccurate AND the phone number is for Georgia they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS
Good selection of cars
Good
Not bad, you have to get the part yourself like stated but, personnel was helpful and courteous. Go online and check their inventory first and look for the newer arrivals. It'll make life easier.
My fav place EVER
Decent prices. People at the court terrible are usually real freindly.
Clean and organized but crowed
I was trying to sell a vehicle and sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and calling Bannons
They have a lot of good parts for the money
Great place for parts but the young ladies who work checkout are horrible. They dont scan your card upon checking out or give receipts because they are too busy socializing. Couldnt get my core because of this. The white guy who prances around in the vest looks like a pedophile and makes no effort to assist customers. This location is like Walmart when it comes to getting questions answered.
Gigi and Bree helped check us out today! Absolutely amazing ladies! Love pull a part. Best junkyard around hands down!
Vehicles well organized on rock roads. Wide isles. Cars up on blocks makes pulling most parts easier. Ice cold water!
The phone system sucks and you can't group to a person to ask questions.

We are locked in the yard after hours.. Why wouldnt people who work here do a yard check when they close .. When ur working on a car nobody is looking at the time.. its 8:44 p.m we have been sitting here two hours waitn we have called police . Weve called corprate and thats a joke aswell.. My kids are home alone and we are stuck here.. . T.N.
They had most of the things I needed
Its nice for the convenience, parts are way over priced and could be purchased online new and cheaper.
Give them 3 because you cant speak to a person. Its damn automated and i have questions that i need answers too.
They had impeccable things
Most of the cars are already stripped of what I need
Although the rest of the car was in excellent shape for its age, my car's motor was damaged so we agreed to sell to Pull-A-Part. The car was at the mechanic's, so not convenient for meeting the tow and the mechanics wanted it off their lot. By 10:30am we made arrangements with Pull-A-Part for same day pick up. They do pick ups from 11 to 5pm and you are not given a specific time- they call you 45 minutes before they arrive. My wife spent her whole afternoon chained to her desk because you cannot miss the call. No call and no tow. At 5:40 I called customer service and they basically said "oops", we'll do it tomorrow between 2 and 5 pm. At 11:45 (which, as you can see, isn't between 2 and 5 pm) the tow driver called my wife, so she went to meet him. At 1:05 he still had not arrived. I called customer service again and they called the driver and learned that he had just arrived. "We're sorry for the inconvenience, alright" in the least apologetic tone was all the rep could muster. The process of selling was easy, so that was good. The price I got was quite a bit less than I expected, but I was in a rush to unload it. The thing that killed my experience and this review was the awful customer service.
Tammy Webber was very helpful and the only one who actually cared about taking care of me. Because of her I will be back!!!!!
Damn if they prices are getting high. Header assembly and driver headlight scratched and peeling coating off lens 78 dollars and not the same prices as listed off their website. B the last time I use these guys. I understand d business and politics but misinformation and price gouging is just not wat we in the community of self car repair are about. Sry fir the bad review guys but I'm not satisfied with this outcome.
Great prices...
It was kinda expensive for the part I needed
I have pulled a lot of parts for my Volvo from this yard. The lot is in good order and staff is professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and save money by getting parts here and all the while learning how to work on a car.
after they relocate import cars they all way to back and long walk. They do have nine place. They are little pricey
Ok
Large Selection of modern day vehicles except Dodge charger rt. Didn't have any but I was still able to get most of the parts I needed by cross reference & I love the prices.
They always have older model cars in stock and they are friendly helpful
nice place and have everything organized
Found everything I needed
Found what I was looking for people working could use personality but not everyone is nice
I love this place!
Good yard. Clean. They get a long line to checkout in the afternoons, usually only have 2 cashiers. :-/ Overall, I visit often.
Best junkyard I have ever been to. Thousands of cars, at least 3 times bigger than u pull and pay.... maybe 6 times larger. THEY HAVE GOLF CARTS!!!!! Costs $5 per hour to rent. Initial deposit of $27 or so, then you get back the money minus $5 per hour when leaving. I will probably never see another junk yard this great. U pull and pay is the next best thing. But they are much smaller.
Good service, good selection, and they rent out golf carts for $5 and hour. They also have a pretty good selection on used cars if you want a complete car and they stay pretty honest with you. Got a dent free hood that just needs primer and paint
EZ to find the car, the parts, and good prices.
They have most of the parts you need. And all employees are very respectful and help.
Great, exceptional customer care from Chris! Need more customer oriented people at check out. Those Spanish ladies are not making it to Hollywood.Pull Part needs to re-evaluate their prices...and educate the associates, some parts come as units. Minimizes the run-around with the ladies at checkout.
Good
am looking for chevy s10 v6 motor
Always convince and good prices
I love this place. They make it easy
Need better customer service!!!! Don't waste your time or money on this company.
Great customer service. Friendly people
My husband always gets what he needs except for a keyfob y'all need to leave em in the Cars lol
Good place,4 older cars,2006 and before
as always, if they have your car you can find it in a well laid-out yard
There is a woman that works there I don't know her name but she tried to hook up with my husband so ladies if your man is married you better go inside with him if you don't want to loose him to this trashy woman she will even offer to go to a motel with your man very unprofessional place to allow this to go on
Best junk yard around best prices
Local part to a national junk yard chain. They generally have a large selection and good customer service as well as prices.
Thank you to the young girl Flossie I believe her name was, very nice!!!!.Another female was there very rude going to raise the price by 100.00 came from Anderson cause it was cheaper, could of gave Anderson the business. Was told to hurry up that she wanted to leave.Rung up at 2:14. The guy that put the part on the forklift told them they had to get a vehicle seatbelt to tie it on the forklift, found out he had chains to tie it on.Not very friendly ppl.
Me and my husband goes to pull-a-part all the time to buy parts on today i had accident spill has spill the the workers had gave me the mop and told me to get it up and so I did but when i did the 4 workers was laughing and making jokes up
Found the part I was looking for. The price was fair. I will use them again
Never buy anything from here, they don't honor receipts and try to say you bought another part beside what the receipt says and you brought back. Stay away. Their crooks
Website is awesome! Easy to use; all info included; clear, simple, and common-sense explanations!
You'll pay to get in and rarely find the part you're looking for.
Customer service was good, they greet me and welcome me to the place and i found what i was looking for. I needed a tire with a rim.
Large selection of auto batterys.
Very well kept place, friendly people, friendly environment. Great place to pick and pull your own parts!
Lots of vehicles that are accurately located on their kiosk.
One of the cleanest no it is the cleanest no trouble getting through the rows.
Bought a tailgate today, and I was charged for every part of the gate, like the gate straps and inner panel. Ive never had this happen before at a junkyard. This is a ridiculous way of piecemealing to raise the price.
Iit's a well organized salvage yard. You can get all sorts of pieces and parts for a good many types of vehicle. Their web site will tell you how many of a particular vehicle they have and the row numbers to find them. Less expensive than buying new if they have what you want. There is a $2 entry fee unless you join their club, then it's only a buck.
Nice place for a salvage yard and pretty organized.
If you need replacement parts for your car, this is the place to go. A self-serve kiosk helps you find your makes and models, wheelbarrows make it convenient to lug anything back to pay for. And nothing beats used parts for your used car.
Big selection and organized. Some employees aren't the most respectful though. Only reason for 4 stars. Check and see if you can get the part you need cheaper online before you go. Some things cost almost double what they cost to buy new. Check around 1st.
Was very helpful during check in andout.as go for details on car parts.they have away building trust their out put of knowledge. But I don't like the point of them not lifting the engine out of the car for.
Great friendly people, good information about what you want and prices are very reasonable.
I was able to found me spare tire for my saturn.
Well organized space and a polite staff.
I've come here since they opened and today was my last day. I had purchased a "REAR AXLE (FWD) - COMPLETE ASSY 99.95 16.00" (that text is copied from their website) and the lady behind the counter started to ring up brake calipers, brake pads and when she started to ring up bearings I stopped her. 10 minutes of arguing later with her manager and pointing out the website prices vs the bait and switch they were trying to pull netted nothing. At this point I lost my cool and called my boss for the legal assistance my company keeps on retainer. Seeing that I was serious about not being shafted he did me a "favor" and "gave me a discount" by charging me for the complete axle AS a complete axle. They've pulled similar things before and I go there as a last resort, but asking $250 for a $140 sale was just insulting.
Ok so as far as the pull a part experience, super great found what I was looking for and a few things that I didn’t know I need but I got them anyway all vehicles are off the ground and the staff was very friendly and helpful!! I got a rear bumper & 2 door panels for just over $80 will be going back ASAP to gather up more stuff thanks pull a part
I like pull a part better than the mall at christmas
This Pull aPart is helpful and friendly. We never realized how much until we went to the Pull aPart in Columbia, SC. They go through your tool bag upon exit and try to charge you for anything you have that might be considered a part.
Good place to get used Auto parts right off the car
Been several times, staff is consistently rude.
They need to update their lists of in stock vehicles on the lot as we called before we arrived to find they didn't have the vehicle any longer. Hadn't for months but they were able to find us a comparable model in another brand to pull parts off. They did end up helping us find what we needed after an hour of being told to look, that it was out there...
Very nice people and a well organized yard. Saved myself a lot of money by pulling my own part and it came with a 30 day warranty.
Very clean and organized, friendly helpful staff
trying to find out if you guys sell car batteries can't get anywhere with that, automated system I need a live person to correspond with just wanna know do you sell car batteries that automated voice mail suck
The check out girls are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever seen how they have a job I have no clue never ever friendly they treat you like cattle that's in there way. The manager is double rude with zero people skills . the rest of the staff where nice and do treat you good. But the manager just flat out sucks
Great place to buy used auto parts
MAKE SURE YOU ITEMS ARE "MARKED" DURING CHECKOUT!! I had recently returned from a deployment, when I noticed my old Ford's radiator was leaking so I went to Pick-A-Part vs paying 175$ for a new one. Found a radiator took a pic of it and the truck to make sure it would fit before buying it the next day. Brought it brought it home washed it flushed it with radiator cleaner. Ten days later I installed it, after the truck warmed up I realized it had a tiny leak and when the truck reached operating temp the pressure would cause it to squirt coolant. So I went back to exchange it with my receipt, they wouldn't accept it because the item apparently hadn't been marked or the mark had been washed off, I showed the lady pics of the day I picked it, it got to the point where the manager ended up watching the surveillance video and saw me walk up to the counter with the radiator and he said "I cant say that's the same radiator". So I ended up wasting 55$ on a busted radiator. They lost my business.
A large inventory of cars and clean for a salvage yard.
Great parts at great prices.nice people.
Vets get the admission waved! Excellent. They have tons of junk there ;). The only thing i wish for, was more stock of older stuff, but who has control of that?? Keep it up!
Very organized and clean
Pull A Part is a Joke They charge Cores on parts that do not even have cores such as a electric radiator fan motor, call any parts supplier none of them charges cores on a fan motor. Place is a rip-off and I will also be starting class action over the core charges do to the fact its a scam because some of the parts that they try to charge cores on are parts that it cost them to dispose of, which they know you are not going to bring back anyway. Charge 2.00 to get in your tired from being in the heat removing the parts, then you wait in line all sweating and dirty only to get poor customer service and and charged fake cores. There is not no real savings at pull a part, even if you find what your looking for.
Err one keeps telling me there are plenty 06 Kia Sportage an I travel all way out there they even say they have the Sportage there I get there the people are too busy with others an no Kia Sportage I was hot
Most cars and trucks off ground easy to get what you want if found. Plenty good people workers and customers
We came at 3:45pm and one of the worker refused to let us in despite their closure time at 5 pm
Well run establishment with helpful and friendly staff. Everything is organized and very clean. Highly recommend.
The crew is awesome
Friendly, helpful staff. Surprisingly organized and easy to find what you are looking for.
I visit this location of Pull A Part at least once a week. I repair vehicles for a living and I buy a lot of used parts for myself as well as my customers. Of all the do it yourself salvage yards in the Nashville area I have found this one to be the best. It has the best selection of vehicles, the most clean and well organized yard, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Being open 7 days a week is a very big plus. I recommend this facility to people all the time. Look forward to my next visit!
I love coming here Kayla was a great help and the crew is great
Always find what I need. Very friendly staff
The first time icame into thw store clueless .bianca up front showed me where the car was located even took the time to instruct me on my car issue.
The people are nice and friendly they won't haggle with you on any part prices and there's no dedicated line so you can't talk to anybody there really sucks I don't want to talk to I want to talk to a person we need to bring back personal service business
It costs $2 just to walk onto their property, and $5 an hour to rent a golf cart to get you around their property. The people there are not very friendly. However the used part I got was really cheap, you do have to go out and find the vehicle which they tell you the general area but you do have to find the vehicle and remove the part yourself.
Wonderful staff and customer service. Took very good care of me.
Had a great experience looking for parts for my Son's Aveo. It was nice that they had golf-carts to rent to make it easier for getting around the yard along with a list of locations for similar vehicles to expedite your time there. Also, the customer service I felt was excellent as they were very helpful answering our questions.
It was a great experience people were really nice and I got everything I need
Pretty nice staff on hand. Cheap access to the lot for what we needed to get done. I did not know they also sold driveable vehicles for cheap.
Very kind and helpful. Seem like honest and fair people. Wil do business with them again.
Zzz v rev Ravtt. I,i d's n fall fx David g.zeeeve t dads vtd San vz lvt
They pretty much have any part you may need.
The staff was awesome, friendly, and helpful!
Organized but for a junk yard prices were Way too high. Had to put back 4 different things because it was cheaper to buy them brand new.
The staff are so helpful! The yard is terrifically organized and amazingly clean. I enjoy my experience when I visit. Thank you for doing a great job.
Mostly always have the part I need.
This place is probably fine but their selling department were horrible. I suggest selling your car to another company.
Friendly staff, very helpful.
