This place has 19th century customer service and sensibility. I made the mistake on walking in to the office on their lunch break, and after enduring their ramble for about 20 seconds I got a blank stare from the ring leader followed by "what do you need" and then unhelpful answers. The kicker was the accusation that I was stealing upon checkout, and a demand to see my tool box. I got no apology for my tool box being full of only my possessions, just more dirty looks.
