I’ve had to deal with Northwest Towing 3 times in the past 24 hours to deal with 2 different issues. All three times that I called the receptionist who answered the phone was rude. I spoke to three different people and all of them had a short, impatient tone when speaking to me. One of them even started an argument with me. Both of the drivers I had were nice enough, but the attitudes from the receptionists were unprofessional and off-putting.

Very helpful driver came with a flatbed to toe our classic car for repairs. He had knowledge it could not be pulled from the back and worked to roll it for a front hook up. That is what you need for a toe qith a vintage car.

He was professional and efficient. He even helped me finish securing my vehicle on the trailer. Would definitely recommend!!

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is full of crooks and jerks . The lady at the desk was a rude and should probably not work in customer service. The truck was on 2 flats and they already charged me 370.00 but wanted to charge an additional 55.00 just to move it from one side of the gate to the other . Never using this tow company again and will suggest the same to everyone I know .

Walked in and got immediate attitude from the young girl working who wasn't very helpful. She was more interested in her dads phone call than helping. Visited 3 times but still can't get the car because "no one is there to take me back to get the car" they need serious help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who had his vehicle stolen the other morning. They found his vehicle parked in a handicap spot at a doctor's office. They made my dad pay $125 to not have his truck towed away. The police were also there and stopping the man from towing my dad's truck. However, he still had to pay the $125 to get his truck back. My dad decided to go into the business to speak with the owner to see if he could be reimbursed since his vehicle being STOLEN and parked there were not his fault. The owner accused my father of having "something" going on with the person who stole his truck and embarassed him in front of everyone in the office. Why would anyone treat someone like this?? Where is the customer service?? Where are the people looking out for good, law abiding citizens??? What a terrible, terrible company. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!

Northwest responded to 10-20 very quickly and pulled my Lincoln Town Car out of the snow fill ditch I put it in. Everyone from the dispatcher to the wrecker operator was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are always fair, I call Northwest anytime, anywhere when I'm in a pinch.

I was in a car accident and needed my car towed. The bill was a bit pricey so I asked if it would be possible to pay part that day and part the next week. They were able to work with me and I paid what I could today and they handled the rest! They were also very nice when I had mentioned I had things I needed to grab out of the vehicle and someone took me back there within 10 minutes!

Needed a jump and the driver came fast than I thought. Also cost less than I thought. I thought it would be $55 but it was $45. It would have been nice to get a quote over the phone but I'm happy that it was all over so quickly.

Called Roadside... They said it would be 30 min I received a text saying it will be 10 min till they get here within that 30 min period. I waited one hour after the initial 30 min period. So an hour after they said they were going to be there I decided they weren't going to show up and I better start walking home. I had to walk through downtown and a not so good neighborhood known for robberies and shootings to be able to get home. It was 45F and raining, as I walk in the door about 30 min later I am informed they contacted my wife to tell her no one was at the car. With that time added it was a total of 2 hours of waiting and they said they would show up in the first 30 min. I wish this was the first time this had happened with NORTHWEST but it isn't, so If you need someone to rely on its not this company.

I would give them a big, fat ZERO stars if it were possible. They charge WAY TOO MUCH, and expected us to drive it from their back lot to their front lot with 2 flat tires. And when I asked how much it would be to tow it from the back to the front, they wanted an additional $55. Seriously? I guess $370 for the 4 mile tow wasn’t enough for them...

Absolutely ridiculous AAA service, was given the run around for an hour and a half on a Wednesday night for over two hours just to jump my car on the highway in the winter. I called to see what was going on and they seemed annoyed that I asked where they where. It seemed annoyed like they didnt want to talk to me want to talk to me since they are getting their money from my insurance already. They claimed the wait was because they get police calls that matter much more. Step your game up. This is sad.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER hire this company.I should have consider all other "1 star" reviews, before I called this number. Just one star, is way too much for this company. I want to advise other potential customer (victims) to avoid this unpleasant situation. I called NW Towing and inquire about towing a truck and empty trailer for 35 miles. Hailey said $585, stating that they have a driver ready to hit the road. Based on the availability I agreed to hire them. In order to send a driver Hailey requested credit card info (just to have it on the file) , which raised a red flag. She insisted that this is the standard procedure, I provided it. After a while, seeing that the towing truck doesn't show up as promised, I called back again. This time Hailey was "not available" anymore, but Dawn offer to help; she said that the driver was on his way to pick up my truck, but the police called them and asked them to remove a wreck from the Interstate, and that was their priority now. I could wait for someone else to be available. Another hour went by and supposedly, another driver headed toward our truck. This time would have taken 40-45 min. After other hour and a half I called back again and Dawn said that it would take between half an hour and an hour to get to the place. It was clear to me that if they didn't do it within 4 hours, they would keep lying to me; at this point, I decided to stop this charade. I asked them to cancel the order since they didn't keep the the word. They agreed but they would charge $250 for doing nothing. When I called my bank to stop the payment, I surprisingly found out that they charged the card way ahead of me canceling the service. Once they got the card info, they charged it. Because of all this delay, I had to pay another company extra charge for getting the service "after hours". If this company wouldn't lie to me, I would have had another company doing the service. They made me missing an appointment at the service repair shop, wasting a full day and paying extra charges on top; they kept promising me that someone is heading towards me, but never showed up. For this only, they charged $250. I am wondering if this company exists for real, do they provide towing services, or they make money only of charging "service fees" for doing nothing.

Mike is the best operator I’ve ever worked with. He moved 4 cars in the time it normally takes to move two. I can not recommend him and Northwest highly enough.

I would never and will never suggest Northwest Towing! I recently got stuck in high waters on a city street (luckily I was pushed to higher ground) and Northwest was the first I called... I was hung up on 3 times in a row! I understand that it was a busy night with others stuck in water but do not make me wait for 2 minutes on hold while I’m in a panic and then hang up and do that 3 times! I called Nye’s and they answered my call immediately, reassured me everything will be okay, and someone will be right out (they did pre warn me about how busy they were so it will be awhile). Northwest will not get my business and I will not suggest them to anyone.

Everyone who we dealt with has been rude. Wouldn't let us into the car to try and get our belongings out. Was involved in an accident that was the other parties fault and this company was harassing us about paying them for the towing. Would not recommend at all.

They pretty much run an extortion business. When you can't afford to get your car they give you a huge fine which they turn over to collection. If it's a "family owned business" I can only assume it's a family of jerks.

The guy who towed me was awesome… However, when I called to ask a question about a receipt that I was never given, I was on hold forever. Not a big problem, I don't mind waiting for them to look up the information… But the second woman who got on the phone was just plain rude. They got the job done, but they are seriously lacking in customer service skills in that office! Too bad, this could've been a five star review!

They've saved my butt multiple times. I used them 3-4 times thru AAA. The estimated times are usually 10-15 min too early but very fast once on scene. I looked up thier prices as I've dropped AAA and they are VERY fair and reasonable compared to other companies. Thier number is saved in my phone for sure.

I just had my car towed by Northwest. After trying to deal with Nye's, I decided to try another towing company. The woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and nice. The man who came and picked up my car was friendly also. A much better choice than Nye's.

Charged my daughter $235 for towing, city, and clean up after an accident. Call A&A Towing next time you are in an accident. 288-2270. It was $125 for towing only. A&A would Tow it for $55 to go 3 miles. Ripoff. Lady was rude today when I called after I asked her why $235.

Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. They never quoted me a price over the phone. And didn't tell me how rediculously high the price would be. So after the tow truck driver gave me the price i was shocked. I called them back to polietly ask if there was any way they would work with me on the price and the man on the phone put me on hold to ask the OWNER of the company. And they said no nothing not even for military. Needless to say I don't want to do business with a shady company like this again. But the towtruck driver Shawn was amazing and very understanding. But I don't recommend using this company ever again.

Northwest Towing & Recovery is a family owned business. They're very unprofessional and they're thieves. DO NOT TRUST THEM! If you want to deal with depression and anxiety then this is the place for you. They will tell you one price and charge another and make up a reason to why they have charged you that price. These people have no feelings. They do not care. They’re very hungry for money and will do everything in their power to get every penny you own! I hope and pray that God makes this family pay for every pain they have caused my family.

Called AAA at 9PM because I needed to tow my car from a parking lot. First arrival time was 10:07PM. Called when they didn't arrive or call at 10:30. New arrival time was 10:49PM. Called at 11PM when they didn't arrive or call. Finally arrived and finally at my destination at 11:30PM. I do not usually write negative reviews, but this was very ridiculous. I was alone and scared for over two hours with no calls of help coming to me. I had to call every time. My phone almost died in that time. If it had I would not have been able to call for help. I do want to thank the ladies on the phone I talked to who were helping me figure out solutions should no one come to get me. They were a 5 star experience, even though I was not having one overall.
