Had to deal with another company that tried to scam me about my catalytic converter, I called Midwest the next day and he was very knowledgeable, even asked to send a picture of the converter and he was honest. He even called me the day of the tow to not only confirm the tow but to also let me know a driver was in route.On time. Courteous. Professional.
