Worst experience I have EVER had. I have been waiting over 8 days for Coparts to pick my vehicle up after getting into a wreck. I was told they would get it Saturday, and when I called them Monday they said they made a mistake and didn't release it for pickup!!!!!!! I was told someone would be out either that day or the next. It is now Tuesday, and their dispatch confirmed she is not sending anyone out today. This is completely unacceptable!! Customer service is extremely rude and Coparts CLEARLY does not care about doing their job efficiently.

-The office crew is very good. -Takes forever to be loaded in such a way that we fail to deliver -Some front loaders don't have customer care...treat customers rough. -The front loaders act as if they are forced to come to work -I don't like coming to pick cars there coz I feel abused by some front loaders

This is the most useless customer service system I ever seen in any Copart offices that I have been too in America. All the staff's were on their computers, while customers that want to make payment are standing for hours... I don't know if they have any active management or not... I overheard one of the customers that want to make a payment said "if you complain about their non-chalant , they will ban you from the premises and tell you not to come there again" I hope the Copart head office should do something about this Indianapolis branch..

Terrible experience. We purchased 4 tractors through Copart and Copart damaged the oil pans during negligent and careless loading, despite paying the nearly $2800 in buyer fees! One would expect proper loading with a premium this exorbitant. What a complete scam. This issue was immediately reported to Copart, and 3 months later they weaseled their way out of it by claiming that the driver we contracted should have inspected the equipment prior to leaving the yard. Ridiculous that a consumer must babysit an auctioneer during loading to avoid getting deceived and cheated. Allow an extra expense for negligent loading of your purchase.

I think the BMV has faster service. I went in to look at one car and it took me over an hour. Most of the time was just waiting for someone to help me. The funny thing is there's a lot of posters with customer service emphasis on the walls.

I am a nationwide auto transport broker. I sent a carrier to this location to pickup a car. Storage fees were due on the car. My carrier had cash - but not the exact amount. This ridiculous business has not ability to make change when they deal with cash only! How stupid is this? Ever hear of Zelle Transfer? Every bank offers it. My driver said to take the extra and apply it to the dealerships account. He could get his change back from the dealer when he delivered the car. Nope - they couldn't even do that. What a nightmare dealing with Copart. Buyer beware. Lesson to dealerships - do not do business with people who do not know how to treat people. Absolutely unprofessional how the people at this location handle things. Cash only - no way to make change! Dumb!

My insurance company used copart to tow a vehicle that burned in my driveway, copart contracted a third party towing company "DLK Towing" who showed up two days late...... they showed up at 8:30 at night drove their truck through my yard and parked on my landscaping timbers while towing my vehicle. Terrible service from copart and dlk.

I had to go here because my insurance company sent my totaled car here. It took 2 visits to retrieve my belongings because my insurance company had to approve Copart prying apart my trunk. This means I had to wait in a long, slow line 2 times. They only had 2 people handling people with vehicles, but you get to watch all the other employees having a fun time behind the counter. Not my favorite experience, but maybe all car part places are like this?

Bought a car because front end .... which is what we needed was perfect.. fork lift driver picked car up from the non-damaged front and ripped the bumper. Wow.. they just dont care.
