Had agreed on a price and was giving an ETA of 45-1hr to pick vehicle up 2 hours went by nothing had to call to see what was going on was told I’d receive a call back another 3 hours went by and heard nothing. Not professional and very bad customer service. Not only did I waist my time I missed and event sitting and waiting around.

Such a waste of time. Called at 10:30am and got a price quote, said they would be there in a few. 2pm somebody finally shows up. The car I was getting rid of had a lot of little problems (Door panel falling off, electric lock not working, cruise control loose, stereo didn't work, small exhaust leak) but still ran great. I only wanted to get rid of it to avoid the hassle of selling and because I got a better car. The guy that showed up made up a bunch of stuff that was wrong. "Whole engine is shot and the converter is gone" (neither of which is anywhere near true) then tried to lowball me into $100 for a working freaking car. You will get more than that just selling the rims off! And the battery was brand new in it. After waiting him out and getting him back up to the quote price, he purchases it, then he tells me he will pick up my car later and just leaves it here. The guy even sounded like he was mad that he had to come buy my car when I called on the phone. Don't waste your time with this loser. I don't know how anyone gave this company a 5star rating, it has been the worst experience I have had with a wrecker service.

Called 4 days now trying to get our car picked up. The guy ignored my wifes call numerous times and has said he is to busy and "will do it if he has the time....." Update: They got back to me after day 5, its a far drive to where I am and only reduced pay by a little. Thank you for finally coming just the wait and lack of communication of the time frame for pick up would be my only concern.
