Called 1-800-Got-Junk for my grandmother who is a hoarder. The 1800 junk guys showed up and I talked to Aaron. He was a very nice guy and I walked him through the house. I thought he would say, "oh heck no thats way too much" or quote me some ridiculous price which I would've understood because the house was a nightmare. However, he was very professional and gave me a great quote and his guys went to work. Wow did they work quick! They were like robots communicating as a team. Jay and Sean were right on time at the front end of my 2 hour window and were very professional. They quickly got to work and were very cautious about preventing damage to our floors especially when removing a VERY large and heavy water heater from the basement. It's so hard to find places open on Sunday, but 1-800-Got-Junk is open!!!! I sold my house and needed to get the garage cleaned out (15 years of "stuff"). The guys came, Aaron and Gage, and they were very professional and personable. They quoted me the price and I said go for it! They fill almost every inch of the truck to help me save money. I appreciated that very much. The asked me several times throughout if I needed anything else done/moved, etc. Later a 3rd guy showed up, and started helping them finish up. They left my garage as clean as it was the day I moved in 15 years ago. Very professional from start to finish. They saved me a lot of time I didn't have. Should offer a different pricing plan for single items or offer the minimum pricing for a single item. I understand they do their pricing by volume but there should be exceptions to that rule. Joel and Ed were great picking up our junk. They were very clear from the beginning on what they were doing and upfront charges. The office in Indianapolis called me ahead of time to let me know the time they would arrive and also called me 20 minutes before they got here. Great communication and Service. I would highly recommend them.
