Terrible. Waited 40 minutes after our scheduled time to tell us that their truck was broken. We rescheduled for the next day. Waited 20 minutes. Tried calling them multiple times with no answer. We checked their website, but they weren’t even open at our scheduled time. Find another company, don’t waste your time!!

Called to tow a vehicle to scrap yard. Lady flat out lied and said they dont know of Big Island Scrap Metal. Its not even 10 miles from them! Scrap metal said 150 approx. to junk the car. They want to charge $200 (not including tow) and they keeping the car for parts. ?? YOU COULD AT LEAST BE HONEST. NOW I KNOW YOU ARE OKAY WITH LYING TO CUSTOMERS!

I left after waiting for over an hour for a part to be pulled that I had called about a couple of hours before arriving. I was called the next day to say the part was pulled and that they would need a $20 deposit to hold it until I could pick it up, so I gave them my credit card number. When my partner inspected the part later that day, it was clearly NOT in the condition that the manager described it to me over the phone. We did not purchase the part and I was still charged the $20 deposit! Then they refused to give me a refund based on a policy that was never described to me, and neither did I sign anything to authorize the charge if I had decided to decline the purchase. The manager tried to use the fact that it was an old part on an old car as an excuse for the lack of information given about the nature of the deposit I paid. If I would have known that I would have been charged $20 for labor to pull the part regardless if I ever purchased it, I might not have given him my credit card number. I was really hoping to find a great used car parts place, but unfortunately, my experience was sub-par.

Crappy service phone number never works. To make people drive all the way down to ask a question and then they say the don't have the part. Fix your phone problems and answer calls so people don't drive all the way there for nothing......

Parts desk lied about the condition of part. The part was not usable. When I asked for a deposit refund they refused. I won't be going there again and I don't suggest you do either. I did contest the charge with my credit card company and got my money back, no thanks to Ryan's towing.

These people are garbage, they are shit theives, I wrecked my car and was put in an ambulance and never had a chance to retrieve my tools.... They with held my tooland continue to hold my tools which I use for my jobs everyday. They are absolute pieces of shit... No more aloha, smartass clerk's that don't have any common sense.... Worthless is this place... THEIVES!!!!!!

This has to be the most useless junkyard on the planet. Ive tried 3 times to get parts from them. no one answers. no one calls back, or they say they dont want to sell the parts??? useless! go on craigslist for half the price.
