Overall, always a good experience. However, my truck would'nt start, dead battery, and they said they would jump me if I had cables, which I did'nt because I loaned them to a friend. Just found it hard to believe a scrap metal yard does'nt have jumper cables.

Very friendly but no receipt. Did not ask. Tare compensation was -9.01lbs no matter if it was weighed with their blue trash can or if it was just their trash bag. Did not confirm poundage with customer. Just sign here. Understandable for quick service with no arguments with customers.
