Ordered services from 1-800-GOT-JUNK last week and was scheduled for the date and time that I requested. The day of my appointment arrived and I wanted to reschedule for an earlier time. One phone call and one minute on hold was all it took to make it happen. Excellent! Lyman & Luke called me twice with updates to their potential arrival time and they STILL managed to arrive 7 minutes early. FANTASTIC! They looked at my junk, gave me an on the spot estimate and began their work. They carried items from 4 different rooms on two separate levels, plus the lanai, and finished the job in less than an hour! They sang, laughed and lugged my junk out of my house smiling - I can't say enough good things about these two, hard-working, young men. Although he was a couple of hours later than expected, he kept in touch with me during the day so I did not worry about why they had not arrived yet. Respectfully, I felt the price quoted was very high - all my items were easy to access in a single small area at the entrance of my property, and took just a few minutes to load. Unfortunately, because the things (buckets, boxes, tools, etc) were bulky, they took up room in the truck which I understand was how the price was set. But it still was nearly twice what I expected the cost to be, and very hard to afford. After loading everything, though, Jordan swept the area on my driveway where the things had been, and left the area clean and neat.

Had an old massage chair that we needed to get rid of. Too heavy for my wife and I to get to the curb for bulky item pickup. Shawn and Tony arrived and were the nicest guys you could ask for. They took my massage chair and loaded it into the truck. Yup, those guys are really strong. Whole thing was over in about 15 minutes. Cost was as discussed when I made the appointment. They do ask if that is acceptable. If you do not accept, they do not take the item and there is no charge. I also got a discount from a door hanger notice that I got last week. So, in a nutshell, they are friendly, courteous, fun to talk to, and really strong guys. Yeah, I would use this company again.
