It was so effortless to schedule an appointment. Moving is a busy time, and I didn't have to worry about going through a long phone call to set up a pickup when I was in the middle of other tasks. They arrived right in the middle of the scheduled time window, and payment online was really easy.

After reading some of the poorl reviews I wasn't sure what you expect. I'm a time management person so that was a biggy in some of the reviews. I decided to try them anyway with a prayer... for everyone's experience is different. All I can say is AWESOME TIMELY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!

My appointment was on a today (a Monday) between 8-10am. We were having one item taken away (an appliance.) My husband took the morning off to be home for this. No one or called arrived by 10. I called THEM at 10:30 when I hadn’t heard anything. Had to call 3 times because they kept saying I’d hear back shortly. Finally, they arrived at 11:30–1.5 hours beyond the window. It was fine when they got here—pleasant, very professional and they did a good job. That said, if you have a lot to do that day or a hard time you need to be done, don’t count on them to arrive in time. They JUST left my home, making my husband late for his 12PM meeting. I know things happen but, at minimum, I would have appreciated that they call me not me have to keep calling them. I’m not sure I’d recommend this company to a busy professional with lots to do. I hope they work on this.

I chose this company over 2 others based on how easy it was to get an actual estimate and the overall price they quoted me. They were 4 hrs late but they were the cheapest option, booking an appointment was easy, the guys that showed up were friendly and worked quickly, and they charged what I was originally quoted. I would have given 5 starts if they had been on time, or if they were able to provide me with an update on ETA any of the 5 times I called to ask about it. I had a confirmed appointment for the 9am-11am slot, and had to cancel other plans because they actually showed up after 3pm. I could only get in touch with people at a call center, and they were quick to tell me (not always in a polite way) that all they could do was message the driver to call me. Customer service and punctuality will make me hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends.

IF I COULD LEAVE A NO STAR I WOULD BUT I CANT ,THIS COMPANY CAME OUT QUOTED OUR DEALERSHIP A ESTIMATE FOR THE CLEAN UP AND REMOVAL OF THE JUNK THEY JUST LOOKED AT ALSO SAID THEY WILL BLOCK THE DAY FOR US TO MAKE SURE IT IS ALL TAKEN CARE OF WELL FIRST THEY SHOWED UP LATE , THEN THE ESTIMATE CHANGED AND THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE ALL THE JUNK THAT THEY ALREADY QUOTED ME FOR WITH ONE TRUCK LIKE THEY SAID THEY COULD DO AND PROMISED ME THEY WOULD SO THEY SAID THEY WILL HAVE TO COME BACK AND THE PRICE HAS CHANGED ONCE AGAIN WELL AFTER I PAID THEM FOR THE FIRST LOAD THEY TOOK THEY PROMISED TO RETURN SAME DAY TO FINISH THE JOB AND CLEAN UP WELL WE ARE ALMOST A WEEK LATER AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT SHOWED BACK UP OR CALLED AND MY JUNK IS STILL LEFT TRASHY VERY DISPLEASED AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

Booked an appointment, never showed up are called, gave them the benefit of the doubt mistakes happen. Called them the next day to find out what happened , lady said one of there guys dropped the ball and apologized, she asked me to photograph what I needed done and send it to her, and that she would call me back with a price and a discount for the trouble and they would be rite out. I did that and still no response, this is now the next day ! At this point I wouldn't let them work for me if they paid me! Fake company do not call !!!

The crew was nice. My only complaint is they didn't offer senior discounts. Seniors are on fixed incomes and aren't able to do as much manual labor and need help in the removal of stuff from their property. I hope you'll start a senior (AARP) discount.

I hired this company about 4 months ago, although the movers were late, I understood that they possibly had another job before me due to the fact that I was scheduled between 12-2. But overall the job was done well that first time. I called them yesterday to ask if they would possibly be interested in doing another job for us on today 11/9/2017 and I was informed it would be no problem, and that I would be the FIRST client with a window from 7-9. NO ONE ever showed or called , so at 9:20 I called them, the supervisor nonchalantly stated that he would check to see the drivers location and call me back. An hour later I had still not received a call. When I called back, the owner seemed not to care very much that I wanted to cancel services. Nor did he give any explanation as to where they were, why they hadn't at least called or anything!!! We own several of these offices and you all have missed out on several business opportunities with our company. All we needed was a call to at least let us know. We had other service men coming to do jobs today and cleaning in that area after you all were complete. I could at least have given the cleaners a heads up before they loaded supplies and started this way ALL the way from peachtree city.

The crew arrived 2 hours outside of the window that was confirmed. They were not in communication with their dispatch or me as we tried to figure out when they would arrive. The negotiation for the price was questionable at best .I would not recommend the Junk King Atlanta. I gave them one star for being expedient when collecting everything.

The guys who came to my house were really nice. The only thing I didn't like was how long they took to arrive to my house. The window of arrival was between 11am to 1pm, but they didn't arrive until around 2:15. I didn't receive a call that they would arrive late. I had to call the company to see if the driver could call and tell me how far out they were because I didn't know if they were still coming. I typically wouldn't mind but I actually had an agenda that day and was trying to make sure that I wasn't late arriving somewhere else. Other than that they did a good job. I also appreciated the $30 discount, especially since they arrived so late.

Is this some kind of joke? I scheduled an appointment for July 3rd 10am-12pm. junk king was a NO CALL NO SHOW. Finally I called at 5pm to see what happened and they claimed their “truck had an accident and broke down.” ... I let it slide and rescheduled for Friday July 5th 8am-10am. I woke up early to wait on them. Nothing. Finally I got a call around 10:15am saying they were 20 minutes away. 3:15pm now and NOBODY HAS SHOWED UP NOR CALLED SINCE THIS MORNING. Fooled me once, but won’t do it again. Calling somebody else. Ridiculous.

Communication is the key.........Two thumbs down!!!.....No communication of time confirmation. 11-1 a window, I was on touch with them more than they me, to get ETA. They never arrived or called. I went with a same day service, that arrived within 45 mins. called back and cancelled "Junk King". Maybe they had a bigger job before my appointment, and they lost the phone on the back of the truck.

It appears as if most have had a pleasant service with this company and that's great. I was not so fortunate. I had an appointment this morning from 8-10 and they were no shows even though I called at the top of each hour to confirm. When I made my final call at 9:55 (remember they were to be at my property by 10), I learn that their drivers are in fact NOT coming and they would need to reschedule. NOTE: I initiated ALL contact with Junk King. They not once called to alert me of a scheduling issue. I told the rep that I would schedule with another company for a time more convenient for me and terminated the call. I then received an email from the call center stating that I actually canceled my appointment when in fact they did not keep the appointment. Poor accountability and effort but hopefully the experience provides a learning moment as I did offer constructive feedback to their team. I went with Stand Up Guys, by the way.

Love the website price estimator—it’s nice to get a cost estimate on demand without having to provide your email and phone number or speak to anyone, etc. Same day service! Don’t use this company. I had a set appointment and they never called. They knew this was an emergency clean out due to a fast closing on my house. Called to ask them where they and Joe informed me that they would call me right back with an ETA in a couple of minutes. Needless to say they didn’t call back. Also he was all confused about the house that needed to be cleaned out. He mentioned the billing address that he had requested. Poor, poor customer service. Not worth wasting your time with this company. I found another company that came right out and gave me an estimate and cleaned my house out the same day with no hassle at all. All I can say, is just don’t bother, unreliable and customer service is terrible.

I wish I had a positive experience to share, as we booked an appointment with Junk King based on their reviews. Their service is absolutely terrible. We had an appointment LAST Saturday for them to show up between 1 and 3. We began calling around 2:30 to see where they were, and the call center told me that they had no idea where they were and couldn't get in contact with them, but someone would surely come out to the house that day. We called again around 6 to see if there was any chance someone was still coming, and the man we spoke with was very rude and didn't seem to have any sense of customer service. He basically said we were out of luck and didn't know what to tell us. For whatever reason, we took their advice and rescheduled for today between 1 and 3. And lo and behold, they didn't show. Again. So I called the call center, spoke to Tiffany and Ana. Ana said "Oh, I think that truck is broken down but I'll call and check". So I waited for her return call. When she called back, she said the truck was broken down and they didn't know when it would be fixed and I should just reschedule (again) but give them more time to get it together. I asked simply why no one had called us to let us know, and she said that they were calling everyone and were trying to get to me but there were a lot of customers. She said "Well, I guess it's a good thing you called and checked". Of all of the communication between me and the junk service, I had to initiate all of it and basically plead with them to give me some answers. Everyone we spoke with was rude and made it apparent that they didn't care about their customers. How are you going to have a two hour slot for "lots of customers" on the same day, and only one truck? It only takes a moment to call each customer and explain the situation, is all I'm saying. Use another removal service; I would give no stars if I could. They aren't worth your time.
