Best recycling place around, lot better to deal with than advance/Almac, they pay better, and their checks are always good. Lot more professional place than advance or bobbys has ever been.

They were very nice. Moving my sister down south. Junked her van. They quoted her 248.00 over the phone. But never mentioned towing fee. She could have used her insurance to get it there. Instead they deducted $80.00 for a towing fee. The girls were very nice though.

Terrible !!! Called and asked about a dodge transfer case . They told me they had 2 trucks there for that description , and the transfer case would be 90 dollars . I drove all the way over there to find out they were both 2 wheel drive trucks !!!!!! I mean they don't even know that a transfer case is for a 4x4 . Rediculous how can you give a price for something you don't have ?

Once you buy an item you cannot get a refund....only have 1 week to exchange part but if there's not another part then your out of luck....not a whole lot of cars too choose from....I bought a brake booster for 2000 Honda accord well it was no good. And could not exchange it plus there was no other Honda accords with the part I needed.....I strongly do not recommend buying parts from dales....

People are very nice. It's not real big so it's cleaner than most. They pay a few cents less for aluminum cans than other places and you need to separate drink cans from other cans because drink cans pay a little more than the other cans so if their mixed you receive the lesser amount. But I will come back

It’s not terrible. But I won’t be back. 3 people spoke English and one didn’t know where anything went so was essentially no help. NOBODY communicated with anyone. I’ve been around a scrap yard plenty of times and still had trouble. I’ve gotten more money for less than what I took off at other places compared to this one. I like Hollywood Recycling LLC in Clarksville a lot better and would recommend them over this place.
