Horrible!!! I was on the phone for 40 minute's, every option on the automated phone service gave me the same message "the mailbox is full". I just wanted to ask a question about drop offs. That's okay, if you guys are too busy to answer the friggen phone, then I'm too busy to send you my recycled materials and my hard earned money!!!

When you schedule service they do not show up, don't even bother to notify you and when you call them they just keep rescheduling you week after week and not showing up. According to Supervisor Rosalba "that's life and things happen" so "she does not know when they will provide service again". DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
