Operator offered zero help or services other than what the company can’t do or won’t do, eventually getting knowhere in the coversation, I gave up and tried to ask for other companies that could help me out being that they didn’t seem to want or provide a service to which the operator once again gave me no direction or any sort of help... phone call ended with me in disbelief and the woman on the other line unpleasantly ending our call.... needless to say I won’t be using their services any other of my general contracted jobs.... 2 thumbs down

My advice would be to STAY AWAY!!! Do you really want to deal with a company that is unresponsive and uncooperative when a problem arises??? Do you want to deal with workers that try to put the issue on you and try to charge you for the problems THEIR BROKEN equipment causes? Want to deal with a company that refuses to acknowledge something is broken despite the evidence of your eyes and does that until it is expedient for them to actually say "oh yea, now I see it" before addressing the problem? Want to deal with a company that puts your customers at risk of injury and exposes your business to potential legal ramification because of their NEGLECT??? Go right ahead, call them

After one whole year requested for their waste oil tank, their office just ignore it for one whole year, these people aren't doing their job at all. Thank you the better business bureau, after complain to BBB for what happened, darpro solution remove this tank in 2 weeks. Is that necessary complain to BBB about other business every time? I don't think so. but to this darpro solution, yes, they only respond to it. I driving around in Naples saw about 3 of these ugly huge darpro waste oil tank, usually abandoned next to dumpster, hope all those restaurant owner or the property management complain to BBB about this company not doing their job and abandoned all their equipment everywhere.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! This company is lazy inconsiderate of there consumers. Called DarPro and a representative answers and I question when they would retrieve the cooking oil she answers and states that I will receive a phone call the next day, ( which in fact did not occur) so I am heated because that representative actually lied to a customer.

Dar pro runs a very professional grease collection services in Nebraska. Our friends run a restaurant on the west end of the State, while helping them in their business i've had to interact with grease companies and they've tried smaller grease collection companies in the past. The problem with these "other" companies is, they run outdated equipment, they take forever to get the grease sucked out of the restaurant and complain the equipment is faulty. But NOT with Dar pro. Dar pro has been very professional, they run CLEAN stainless steel trucks, you don't have to worry about some other company driving up to your restaurant in a "tar truck" attempting to suck out your grease collection system and grease pits. The last company we went with, had make shift hoses, a "tar truck" and when they went to suck out the pit, the hose flung all over the place, splattered grease all over the parking lot and that was the last time we kept them. Dar pro, has clean hose systems, a well thought out system and it goes smoothly. Don't go with any other company, but Dar pro.
