Worst customer service and help I have ever had. And I left without the parts I had the money to pay for. I was going to have to pull my own parts. I buy a lot of used parts for restoration and buy from salvage yards all over this place is off my list to get parts from.

They have had two days to get a motor out we went Saturday to pay for it and they would have it ready on Tuesday well guess what it's not ready and all we're getting is blah blah blah it's hot this is freaking Florida no s*** I know it's hot all they're doing is excuses excuses this is unsatisfactory they got their money now it's not important meanwhile I'm still without a truck because I need a new engine we will not do business with them again don't bother

Very poor service. Said they had the part called several times. Each time I had to explain what I needed. Waited for call backs. Never happened. I hardly ever leave feed back. And this is not the first time I had problems. Terrible service. They do not take time to help businesses.

Not only are the slugs at the yard well trained and experienced in consumer shafting, but they have an EXTRA special fella, the mobile Trolling, that goes and BUYS the junk cars from people. Ol'Slick talking, low-balling, "just be honest, what all is wrong with it, Im a mechanic, and im gonna put my niece in it for her grad", slimey used car UNsalesman. I forgot his name, it was like Chad or Darryl or sumthn. Claimed he was married to the owners daughter. Must be how he is so educated and holds the title of Customer Sodomization Technician Supervisor. Anyway, hopefully your smart enough to read the reviews, because you certainly will be, should you have any dealings with this Rusty Dildo Utopia. Here's a hint, how many of the positive reviews have a single thumbs up...

Called this company was told they had a number of rear bumpers that would work on my vehicle that were in good condition . Drove 45 miles one way to get so call rear bumber in stock that that they claimed was in perfect condition. Was point to the ford section that were piked on top of each other. Left on my own to find the part i called about from there web sight. None of the vechiels i saw had a bumper they described on web sight being in mint condition. I would not recommed this place at all not ever for a lug nut.

Drove all the way from Palm Coast. Nobody there wants to help you! Couldn’t even tell you where cars are. The yard is a complete mess. No lanes or walkways. Cars slammed against each other or on top of others so you can’t pick a part if you want to. Not the smartest people working there. The younger lady there is awesome though she really does try to help you. I would never return. LKQ pick a part or Ace pick a part soooo much better.

purchased a used engine and had it installed after pick up it was noisy and smoking and the owner took it back in without question and found the problem to be the catalytic converter and fixed it for very reasonable cost and has been excellent ever since. service was spectacular and went out of their way to make us happy

can I do less then 1 star... sold me a motor and Trans and not 3 months later the engine threw a rod transmission leaked a quart of fluid a day!!!! and he told me it wasn't anything he did.. the truck was over heating and it took them 3 months to do the work and the truck went back three times... the motor and Trans that was in the truck before they did work was better.. oh and now I have working issues and ground problems. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to have work done

This is absolutely the worst yard I have been to .... I've been her 30+ times and only once did I find the part that they said was out there then now I call to get a motor for a car and over the phone tell them I can only use the dual cam modle and I can't do anything with the single cam they tell me its in this car ok can you send a tech out to put eyes on it to make sure its a dual cam and it took them 2 full days to call me back after they kept telling me its a dual cam just come pick it up and when I get the call from them turns out all they have are single cams ... Now my question is why does your computer tell you that you have 4 dual cams and 2 single cams in your yard yet you really have 5 or more single cams and 1 dual cam that's mostly stripped ....... The person putting info in the computer has but one job and they fail at it

My husband has a hobby of restoring vehicles, new and old. He sends me here often and I drive from Gainesville (over an hour) to get there because they always seem to have what we are looking for at the best price. I was amazed at the amount of vehicles this place has. After doing research, it was no surprise they always have my part - they are the largest privately owned Salvage yard in South East! There was a circumstance when they didn't have what I needed but they recommended me to another salvage yard that had the part. I was surprised they gave someone else my business, but many other yards go to them for parts that their yard doesn't have. The whole experience fascinates me and once I got to know the family that owns it, I will not look anywhere else for my parts. They're amazing people and their inventory is unlike any other. I highly recommend.

In all reality it sucks to have to write a bad review because that means that the person had to go through a bad experience. I can't even begin to say how bad my experience was at BNS. I went in there and they didn't let me know when I called originally that I could do credit card authorization over email so that the part could be pulled by the time I got there. When I got there I told them I had to be at work and that I would wait but I was on a time limit so after dallying and dallying the chick at the front grabbed her cigarettes and walked outside to get the part after I mentioned it again. The owner said "yeah she grabbed her cigarettes and I know her it definitely might take a minute" so I asked if he could send somebody else out and he did. Well 45 minutes later the part still wasn't there and I had to get back to work. I had my friend go pick up the part before 5 o'clock and I didn't know it until yesterday, but when I went to change my headlight it was for a totally different car! When I called to say that it was the wrong part today, the older man (maybe he's the owner I don't know) argued with me that I didn't know what I was looking at and was I sure that I was putting it on the right side? I told him of course I'm sure, the passenger light, it doesn't fit of course it's not the right part. I asked him to text me a picture if they even have the right part and he said we do. And I told him I didn't want to take their word and could he text me a picture. He said he would And then he said quote "I know you have anxiety issues it doesn't mean you have to take it out on us." I said what?! And I will bring the part back but I will not get a refund and not give these "people" my money ever again. I cannot believe how unprofessional and unreliable bnS is. Never go here !!!!!

Had the back glass replaced in my F350 with one they pulled from the yard. This place is always busy, but the employees have a great handle on things. They pulled the part for me the day I stopped in and made an appointment to have it installed the next day. The whole repair job only took an hour. Prices for parts and labor were very reasonable.

Junk yard is not organized at all.. I called ahead for a price on a part and was told an amount if I pulled the part so I went and after 2 hrs of searching for a compatible vehicle in the mess of a yard I finally found it, pulled it, took it up front and they told me a price $20 higher than when I had called! They told me oh that was just a starting price n goes up from there depending on condition. Load of crap. At least I found the part I guess..

They're super busy, so I am apparently one of a few people who understand how difficult it is to return every call, promptly. With that being said, Scott has always gone above and beyond to make any situation right with both parties. This is a USED parts place, they warranty and stand behind everything they sell... if it's the wrong one, they find you one. I can't complain, they're doing a great job up there!

Called monday for a trunk lid i wanted to pick up on Wednesday. Drove 2 hours to Wildwood to pick it up for them to say nobody could pull it for a couple days. If i i could give 0stars i would.

Definitely horrible customer service. They jerked me around on the phone all day leaving me on hold then the phone system hanging up on me. Told me they were going to call me back and they never did. Truck is still broke down and no help from them. Horrible communication!

Dont waste a trip unless you need cheap bent rusted junk. Practically everything there is damaged beyond repair. The vehicles are so close together you couldnt pull a part if you found one. Many are even stacked on top of each other

They have also searched for other stuff they didn't have at other juckyards! They called it parts locating service. I love this place.

Needed front driveshaft for truck Cocky old hippy dude runs deskfor yrs says where located and go find one yourself,also INQUIRED REGARDING needs for my Tahiti said Idk & don't wanna know about Taurus's So my roommate and I both have poor vision and I am on SSI disability Roommate was wearing his big bluecompboot due to a fractured ankle After much digging in the heat by ourselves with driveshafts atop ea other and thrown about with no organization, we found a fit PD $80 Saw sign on wall to the RT about 7 d returns So I thought good, if not RT can get $ back I live on $735 MO SSI due to disability Repairman called next day & said ,we can't use this,the UV joints are all bent in So, we take the 30 min or more drive back & the hippy old dude said ,we don't give cash refunds only exchg store credit I showed him his 7 d sign and he said but look at this sign taped to front old wood area by register stating,no returns,exchg only or credit & proceeded to say you picked it out that way I said you never should have had it for sale in that condition and should inspect things before putting them for sale & should too have noticed it at time of sale I asked to speak to owner,he wouldn't budge but said he'd send his worker to look for one out back and callus It's been days & still no call& might add when I first got owner,the dude's immediately butting in saying He picked it out Well took truck to jungle driveshaft in Leesburg & they took care of it along with Bruce Matthews at Leesburg autotransmission and repair $253 later I tried to tell the WW salv yard owner,I really needed my$, I'd already put $225 into the back shaft repair and was disabled and roommate couldn't work due to obvious broke ankle & that he never should have had it for sale in that condition There signs contradict themelves They don't know but my son's a fraud detective & I'm turning them in to everybody & everyone They will be going out of business I thought most everything looked rusty and junky to start with. Even in ofc,Ialmost tripped in theirBR which was filthy This has been a total nightmare They don't care about you All U R is a sucker to take $ from Roommate owns business, self employed TREE, Landscaping plus Services and we know plenty about bus ethics & that word of mouth is a HUGE thing

I am a disabled Widow. The transmission went out on my truck. I searched hi and low locally to no avail. I live in Silver Springs, bordering the Ovals National I called B&S and he (the owner) told me "C'mon down, we probably have 2or3 laying around back there. So I paid someone with a truck to take me down there. They didn't even have it pulled yet, so I had to pay someone else to take me BACK down there. We picked up the tyranny, brought it home only to find out that I had been given the wrong one. Now, I have to pay someone to take me there AGAIN to return it. And here is the kicker....after THEY gave me the wrong transmission, and never had the proper one to begin with, the heartless thieves charged me a $100 "re-stock fee". I think they should be arrested for misrepresenting themselves in the first place. Thank you very much. Cynthia Super

Way over priced on everything. If you don't show up in a mechanics uniform, he's gonna try to run you through the mill. Not a place to send your wife to pick up anything. They will tell you a price over the phone, and double it by the time you get there. They will assure you they have what you are looking for, but it's no where to be found when you get there. Anything they can say to get your money, they will say it. On average, he is 20% under new prices. Do yourself a favor, an buy new, or find another junk to deal with. Even if you have to drive an extra hour to another junk yard, you'll still lose less than dealing with these guys.

No zero star option , but Horrible , tried to buy a window 4 times , was told to come back twice in the same day , to lazy to get a part . Afraid of rain I guess. Plus idiots , but had us drive there on 4 different occasions and did not help us in anyway. Said they had the part we needed .
