I drove my vehicle from SLC to Vegas, just as we got to Vegas, my engine blew. The only choice I had was to try and sell it. Having to sell my vehicle like this was very difficult for me. I called every place I could find for prices. I wasn't getting much because of the condition of my van. Even though the offer wasn't much at Cash for Cars, it was the best I was going to get. This place was the best offer AND the only place willing to give me my tires back so I could try and get $$ for them. When he got to my vehicle he inspected it to make sure the engine was really blown, which he didn't have to do. I was really thankful for that, i thought that showed good character on his part. VERY VERY rude apathetic phone workers. No Hello, No good Morning, nothing - instead of hello a man says "What year vehicle are you selling today?" I answer and I immediately am placed on hold with no warning. A lady with an even worse attitude and tone then comes on the line - again no Hello, How Are you, thanks for calling or even speaking clear, or loud enough so you could understand her, I almost could not even make any sense of what she was saying. I was told our 2002 Cadillac that runs with Clean title in hand was scrap metal worth $100 by check also - no cash. We do not care that they tried to cheat us badly on the value of the car. We would not even accept a higher offer from a company that care so little about their customers they can not be bothers to speak clearly, or even say Hello. Do not waste your time calling these people. Never do business with people who have so little respect and regard for the customer. Do not let these apathetic people make a huge profit off you. They wanted our car for $100 so they could resell it for thousands. BEWARE!!!!!*********
