No number I had to call 3 other towing companies to get this one. The guy on the phone was not helpful. There is no directions anywhere online. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Last Friday during the snow storm my car died leaving work. My insurance took an hour to decide on an out of network tow service. It was in the 20s and getting dark with no heat. Could not get a ride out and train was cancelled, Phone dying, and insurance informs me it would be another 2.5 hours. Phone died. Walked back to work to charge. Called ace to find out updated ETA and thankfully he was almost there, and agreed to wait for me to walk back. ACE was much faster than eta given by insurance, maybe only 30 min from when hired. Driver was very professional, friendly and great service. They saved the day!

They continually responded quickly to my questions. Had a driver to my house in 30 minutes, 90 minutes faster than estimated. The driver was very friendly and knowledgable. I had nothing but a good experience with this towing company I was waiting for a tow company previously to this company being dispatched to me for about five hours and finally my roadside assistance decided OK I guess it is time to dispatch another company when it came down to the company to dispatch right afterwards I waited in total maybe an hour and my car was being towed from one state to another the guy that was sent out was definitely aces and that’s why I guess Your company is named ace towing because that’s exactly what you are and were in my case I am definitely thankful the tiw truck driver that was sent out was not only professional but he was proficient with his skills and pleasant and I would absolutely recommend this place and I would absolutely use him,them again thank you again ace towing

Excellent service...fast and efficient! I was broke down on the highway for 3hrs waiting for service. My insurance company contacted ACE Towing after another tow company failed to come through and he was there within 15mins. I will definitely refer the company to my family and friends. ACE towing was phenomenal! Owner and Driver (Jamar) was great to work with. I bent a rim and was stranded in the middle of the night but he answered and picked me up within 15 minutes. He took great care of my car and was very knowledgeable. He could of over charged me because I had no other options and it was midnight but he didn’t. He gave me a better price than what other tow trucks charge during the day. I highly recommend ACE and Jamar. I will be calling ACE for all my tow needs and I will be referring him to all my family and friends. I would rate 100 stars if I could.
