No call! No show! I had an appointment with them from 2 pm - 4 pm on a Friday that I had off from work. I was working around the house and finally looked at my watch to see it was 4:30. So I called customer service. The nice lady on the customer service line sounded surprised since she could see the appointment on her computer. She put me on hold so she could call the guys that were supposed to come give me a quote. After a few minutes, she got back on the phone with me and told me that there must have been some kind of technical error. She told me the guys giving the estimate were not aware of my appointment and could not come out today. I would not ever recommend a company that cant keep an appointment. They wasted my time and my money since I'm an hourly employee where I work.

1800 Got Junk was fair with pricing. They had appointments same day or next day. The cost for hot tub removal was lower then a pool store. Hard curtious men determined to remove the hot tub. My only concern was for the men. They should have supplied them with dollies and proper equipment to help load large items onto truck. These men were left to push pull and drag. Please supply your men with better equipment they are hard workers but their job could be so much easier and productive with better equipment. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING

I would advise making sure you have a sizable amount of junk to get rid of. I had an upholstered chair and table. No one wanted it. I was told over the phone that the drive may reduce the price since the amount of junk be hauled away was so small. It still cost me $99 to get rid of the chair and table. I doubt I would use the serve again. It may be more suited for larger clean outs. Ask your neighbor, if they want to share the service.
