This company saved me from putting a $450 part in my car that has $150k miles on it. I never thought I would feel comfortable ordering a used auto part online but they made it so easy and transparent. They showed videos of the car it came out of and made it easy to determine that it matched the manufacture date for my car. I received the part the day after I ordered it, and with a 6 month no cost guarantee that no junk yard would ever match. The follow-up has been amazing, and the staff super friendly. This is my first time leaving a Google review...I hope that speaks to how great my experience was!

The least helpful junkyard I have ever contacted. Tom's advertised a vehicle on Craigslist, and said to email for prices of parts. Friday Morning, I asked "how much for the tailgate, rear bumper cover, and rear passenger door?" of the car in question, even providing Tom's stock number. Despite this, "Edward Pol" could not handle it. He needed to know what my year make and model. Fine, I gave it to him, and again asked for the prices. THen he said he needed to know how it was optioned. One, why could he not ask all this info in one email? Two, He does not need any of that. Just give me the parts of the car in question. Its my business what I am driving. I did not want to spend all day emailing him, so I got the parts from somewhere else who does not care if I have fender flares or not. Fixed my car on Saturday. Fast Eddie really enjoys useless emails, because he emailed me Monday. Took a hissy fit that I went elsewhere. Told him I moved on, and he again emailed back pissing and moaning. If you like dealing with the temper tantrums of a 13 year old girl, talk to Eddie. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

Purchased an ECU/PCM from them for a 2000 Accord project that I have with a full 2002 Acura TL Motor & Trans swap that I had been working on. Shipping was great and it arrived quickly. Flash to 11 months later, I open the package from them with the ECU I had purchased which is the final part I need to get it running. I then have my car towed to the dealership for the ECU to be flashed to work with my car keys as they have a security chip in them to prevent theft. This is standard in all 98-02 Honda Accords, 00-03 TL's, and CL's. Low and behold, they did not provide me with a VIN # from the TL that the ECU came out. Because of this, the ECU/PCM they sent me cannot be flashed by the dealership to work with my keys. The ECU is thus a useless hunk of metal without the vin#. You can also confirm this with any Honda/Acura Dealership. I called Tom's just looking to exchange the ECU for one with a Vin #, not for a refund. I figured exchanging an product that was not usable for one that would be usable would be fair. But because it was past 6 months, they just told me that I was SOL and that I could purchase one at full price. Pricing was fine and shipping was quick, but do not purchase from them if you will have to deal with them on a customer service basis.

Ordered a steering rack from them VIA Ebay and what excellent service. I will update the review once I get the rack put on but I had expressed my concern with them prior to ordering because I ordered a previous rack from another Ebay seller with completely bent tie rods. They ensured me the rack would come in good condition with good tie rods. The inner and outer tie rods both came in very good condition and the shipping was very fast. Definitely will do business with them in the future for other needs.

We needed to purchase an used ECM for a customer and Tom's was the closest place that had it. Always nervous about using a new vendor, add vendor is across the country and " I don't know about this" factor really goes up. Wow, was I wrong and experience couldn't have been better. Part was easily ordered, and email soon arrived confirming what part was ordered along with pictures of actual part. Then tracking number arrived, and later a follow-up email making sure everything went well. Only regret, they don't have a closer location. Anyone who's needs a foreign salvage part I highly recommend you check Tom's out.

Not Your Father's Junkyard (though those were fun way back when.) Now I don't have the time to fool around. I was in the market for a rear drive shaft for an 05 Subaru Outback,. Ordered twice from another online seller. Nice new ones, except one was the wrong size and the guy supposedly ordered one according to my vehicle's VIN. Fail. Too short again! I requested one from Tom's Foreign Auto Parts and they had one available for pick-up from of their warehouse right after a weekend. Right Part, Right Price, The FIRST Time.

Seems like a great site to me! I ordered a power steering pump for my audi, only had it installed for a few days so the longevity of the part remains to be seen, but it does work so far (knock on wood!) and was a FRACTION of the price of any other option. I really like how they had videos of the cars they took the parts out of, which allowed me to pick a pump that came from a car with no front end damage and low miles. I would definitely recommend them when you are in a pinch and need a part that is crazy expensive to buy from a shop/dealer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I tried to contact this company for over 5 times, I made a phone call and send plenty of emails(they only replied my email for the first time and disappeared)and finally i got in touch with the guy named Ed Pol, WHO IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. And he said the transaction cannot be made online, I have to call them and give them credit card to make the transaction, DON'T DO IT, YOU KNOW WHY!

+FAST shipping +VERY Reasonable Priced +Very Quick Response Times +Polite and Courteous Ed is great. I've only corresponded with him via email, but thus far he has helped me the best he could. It's kinda disappointing to see even a handful of negative reviews. I haven't had an issue yet and given that their return policy/warranty period seems to be very lax, I'm sure they would be willing to accommodate any problems that may arise with the part. I'd recommend them!

I ordered a passenger seat from Will for my 2004 BMW X5. It arrived very quickly via FedEx freight, and in exactly as described condition! No surprises, and no disappointments. Ordering process was super-easy, and he was actually friendly (a rare occurrence in the salvage business). Seat was well packaged, wrapped in plastic, and secured to the pallet with nothing broken. These guys know their stuff!
