To start off, I am not too intelligent when it comes to cars, but I figured how hard could it be to order a part for my Honda Civic. I called Terryville Auto Parts, where I was asked a series of questions to get the right part. When I got to the last question, I did not know the answer and the salesman Jimmy asked how dumb could I be if I dont even know the part thats on my car? Blown away by the question, I asked to speak to the owner where I hear "Jimmy" put the phone on the counter and yell out, "Hey, some dumb N word wants to speak to you." Wow, I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life, and at this point I simply hung up the phone. Why would I want to talk to an owner who hired this guy? Your only good as your help and I have to say, is about as poor as there is.

I would disregard any negative reviews of TAP. Joe started my work ticket for a couple of interior parts for my BMW Z3. I could not be more happy with his timely and orofessional service. The parts seem to be organized and catalogued in their computer system. Quoted price for the parts and freight were very reasoanbale. The parts arrived faster than I expected and were packaged beyond my expectations. I have not had a smoother transaction with any other auto dismantler. A++

I have had some bad experience with salvage yards in the past, so I was hesitant to buy a full set of power leather seats from one 800 miles away from me. I dealt with Matt. He was fantastic. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I pulled the trigger and bought the seats. They arrived when he said the would and in better condition than I expected. Their price, including shipping was better than two local you-pull-it type yards. Definitely the first place I will go for any car parts in the future. This place is fantastic! I worked with Frank with buying numerous parts for a Thunderbird we were rehabbing. Over about 5 days, we purchased numerous parts including 2 seats, 2 interior side panels. steering wheel, center console, airbag components and sensors. All the parts were in A condition as advertised!!! Even when they didn’t have a part listed for sale, Frank went the extra mile and searched and located the part. In addition, they delivered the parts to our Auto Body shop the next day each time. We were happy and our client was ecstatic!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I spend over $1000 for a set of Lexus wheels. They were supposed to come with the TPMS and wheel cap as agreed on phone. However, one wheel came without the TPMS and without the wheel cap. I called them and they told me that they don care. Never gave me anything back. They just hang up. Very disappointed. I had to spend another $100 to have those parts.
