Terrible customer service, called and ordered a part to my shop, a day after the promised delivery date I called to see what was up. I got left on hold for 20 min, when they picked up they told me they'd have to give me a call back because they dont know anything about the part or where it is. They never called back so I called again and was told the part I had ordered was no good and they didn't send it. I recieved this news 3 days after I was supposed to receive the part.

Terrific place wow. Needed a blower motor that was unavailable except by special order. Got one at Sid's and he even had someone install it in the car for a really good price. Highly recommend.

GREAT Staff! Super helpful! They've got the normal cluttered office, with parts everywhere. These guys know their stuff. At other local yards you can describe a part and the guys still have to look it up before they know what you are talking about. Here, before I could finish describing what I needed the gentleman behind the desk already had a list up of the different replacement parts he had cataloged on their yard. The mechanic who pulled the part even came out to my vehicle to make sure that he got the exact trim pieces and fittings that I might need. AND There was NO EXTRA COST for the fittings and hinges that I needed!!!! To top it off, they have a multi-bay garage that does repairs as well so if you can't do it yourself, they can do it for you with their gigantic inventory of parts!

Very helpful Staff. Justin doesn't mind taking time to look into parts availability and application for specific vehicles. JB will walk around the yard with you to help you find the parts you need. Very educated and informative. One of the best used parts places I've dealt with. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service. Called and ordered a part was told by Justin I would have the part Monday. Not only did I not get the part but I called everyday and was told there dismantler would call my shop to ask how to remove the part because he couldn't figure out how to remove the part. NEVER got a call. Stay away.. Call someone else.

The people at Sid's Auto are awesome They came threw when I was in a time crunch for new tires. They really helped me. I left the decision of what tires up to them and they delivered. The tires I got I expected to be not so good because of the price. BUT WOW. To my surprise they are everything I've ever wanted in a tire and then some. I couldn't be happier with the entire situation
