Junk King is great! I used them once before and was very pleased so I called them again. We chose Junk King due to the environmental focus of the company. It was worth the money to know that our items weren't just going directly to a landfill! I have been thinking about getting rid of some household junk and a big outdoor hot tub for months. What took months to think about took a day to accomplish. I called Tuesday to set up an appointment for an estimate and was given a late Tuesday afternoon time slot. I met with Tom and agreed on a resonable quote and then made an appointment for Wednesday morning... So within 1 day mission accomplished START to FINISH. Throughout the process everyone was polite and professional.Not only were they on time they would call you before there scheduled arrival time to let you know where they are and what time they should arrive. Which was exact to the minute. The crew did a great job removing everything especially the hot tub and they also did a great clean up after everything was removed.would I use JUNK-KING again ? I decided Saturday at 12:00 noon to have our old hot tub and shed full of junk in the backyard removed. I called Junk King, and by Sunday 12:30 they were gone! The shed had been bolted to a wood base, which they left unmarked, and they hosed away 8 years worth of dirt from the ground on which the hot tub had sat. I'm happy with the job done and would not hesitate to call them again.

I have nothing but positive remarks! The job was to remove a big old hot tub from a completely fenced in patio. Tom and his staff were incredibly professional. Communicated clearly to me on timing in advance, and then everyone showed up on time... Tom broke the tub down piece by piece, quite efficiently, and then his guys came later in the afternoon to haul each piece out. They swept and cleaned - when they left, you wouldnt know that this thing was ever there beforehand. The price was exactly as communicated and reasonable.
