Prompt, friendly, courteous and professional! I first used this company in January 2018 and was very happy with my experience. Tetris masters maximized the space in their truck and charged a fair price. Today I used them again and the level of service I expected to have was surpassed. Hector, Alex (and Rich) do a great job! My unit was recently painted and they took extra care of my walls and trim when they removed some items from my home. I highly recommend this company!

The service was so well that I called them back for a second time! At first it was only to be a quote. I wasn't going to go through with their service at first due to the price. However, they acknowledged the promo code I entered via computer when booking the quite and ended up lowering the price a bit. Since they had some room left over from the earlier jobs, I told them to go ahead and take the couch and little chairs now. But, bc it was only supposed to be a quote they did not have much room for my other table and mattress sofa. I called to have them removed and was able to book an apt first thing the next business day! Albert and Ant were wonderful. So wonderful that I requested them again for the second pickup, I ended up only getting rid of the sofa and kept the table so I only had to pay for the one item removal fee. They made sure not to let my cats run out the door, and also were very cautious driving the truck not to run over the stray cats that I feed in the neighborhood. These two men are the face of the company and I could not have been happier with it. I really hope the boss or owner sees this and gives them a raise or at least buys them lunch!! If it wasn't for them two I would not have gone with this company the first time, none the less a second time! They really deserve it!

When the men showed up at my house one of them was very angry that I had so much to haul away. They had not emptied the truck before they arrived and therefore, did not have room for my junk. When I asked what time they would be able to get back after emptying the truck, he began to yell at me and tell me he couldn’t make any guarantees about returning. He was incredibly aggressive and rude. The other man was very apologetic. I had to speak to management for 30 minutes before getting them to agree to send someone back.

Contacted this 800-Got-Junk number to remove a very heavy, old side-by side Sub-Zero fridge from house. Note: other 800 junk haulers did not return my calls; only these guys called me back. I went with them based on their follow-through & what I considered a reasonable proce quote given the nature of the job. Four young men from 800-Got-Junk arrived on time and quickly broke down big fridge into component parts (with their own tools) and removed fridge from house and into their truck. Work was carefully done - no scratches on walls, doorframes or floors. Given my own experience with this company, I give them high marks and recommend them to others. ES

A small size dump truck came to my house. They couldn’t lift the bag even though it was under the weight limit for pickup. The truck didn’t have an arm to pickup the bag so two men had to pick everything up and try to throw it into the dump truck. We had a tub and toilet which they had to smash to get into the truck. They made a mess all over our driveway. The bag worked great, the pickup was fast and easy but the service itself was not good. If the bag was lifted like it was supposed to be then I would have given it five stars.
