I noticed later that the corner of the wall was hit and now paint is off. There is another nick in the wall also. This is a newly painted room. I wish I had followed up. Impressive customer services from initial sales center through technician pick up. I called them at 11:20a and the pick up job was completed at 2:15p. Uniform techs called to notify us they were on the way. They got here promptly, we agreed on a price and the job was completed in 15 mins. The two techs could not be more courteous and professional - 5 stars!

It was a mistake to use them. They were very late. We were given a 9-11 am time frame for pick up, but they showed up at 12:15. It also turned out to be a misleading marketing gimmick that their website says that you can ask them to take some items to donation centers. I specifically asked several furniture items that were in very good shape to be donated, but the workers deliberately trashed them along with other junk items. It was also very expensive for what it was. A small truck that fills pretty quickly for the full price

sI upset I used them for the first time yesterday They quoted me one price then when the workers came they quoted me a different one they were dishonest about and refused to help me very rude basically said either pay or they will leave refrigerator . I'm not mad about the one if I had been told the truth upfront and their attitude really was awfull.I will say the workers were incredible polite and went the extra mile they even took of my door because refrigerator didn't fit out and put it back on . I'm sure that wasn't part of their job I appreciate it so much unfortunately I will never use them again because the company like to play games

Fast and friendly service. The movers showed up when they had been scheduled (in fact they called and asked to come early) and got everything done in a quick and efficient manner. I thought the price was very reasonable considering all that they did. The only downside is that I have not received a promised receipt by e-mail, but I have the credit card statement, so no biggie.

THE GUYS WERE REALLY SUPER NICE, very respectful—but for one major detail—— upon removal of table on our sea wall, (now there are 3 guys) they left debris down there that I was not aware of until after they left & paid in full—-Hours later after they left I went down there only to find debris etc. I had to remove several pieces of wood & sweep up —-I thought that ur company specifically said u would clean up on all projects—-this was a very easy job for “3” but I was not impressed by what they failed to do —-I have no problems paying but I do have a problem w/ur advertisement re clean-up!

Very disappointed with the service I received. When the men arrived they gave me a price for the junk removal. It was a little higher than I expected but I have used them before and never had a problem so I agreed on the price. They needed to get another truck and come back but because all the stuff was outside they explained there was no need for me to be home they would call when done. They called me when they were done and first inform me there was more stuff then they realized and now the price was going up nearly $170 MORE than the original quote BUT because they ran over a small tree in my front year they would take $50 off. Needless to say I was not happy. I spoke with the manager who was very apologetic and I felt sincere who worked down the price more to compensate for the damage. I'm so disappointed because I used them as my "go-to" company and now I will rethink using them again.
