i called this morning to have an abandoned mattress hauled away from our business dumpster area. In less than three hours they were here, my space was clean, and i am happy. They went above and beyond than just carrying away the large items but also cleaned the rubbish around it. The price was the best on the market and the customer service was 5 stars! Thank you, I'll for sure call you in the future! The above was from March. I called yesterday and today (July 11th), Junk King, again did a great job! Great communication. They're courteous, fast, and I feel that go above and beyond tidying up the area around what I'm asking them to carry away. They are my go to company to haul away stuff. Note to community in general: Please don't dump your unwanted large items at a random dumpster! The garbage men do not carry it away. The property owners have to call and pay to have those items taken care of. Not cool at all!

The two men from Junk King arrived promptly after letting me know they were on their way. They gave me a quote priced lower than I expected. They worked very quickly and had my property and house clear of junk within a couple of hours. As I was also disposing of a lot of old electronics that fee also came in priced less than expected. Junk King...... what can I say?? I received a phone call @7:27am the morning of my pickup which was scheduled for a 7:00-9:00 am window saying they were 45 minutes out. Mark, Jesus and Josh arrived at 8:12am. They were done by 8:32am. They charge by the pickup truck load (I had two) I thought the pricing was reasonable. I was given a price over the phone as to how much I would have to pay to have two televisions removed. $149.00. When the driver arrived he told me you charge by the pound and I ended up paying $350.00. I understand but it would have been nice to know from the beginning that you charge by the pound. I would have had it done anyway but I was shocked. Your people were polite and strong! Thank you for picking up our junk.

from the scheduling to the quote and the removal of our items everyone was very polite and went the extra mile.. Nate with his helper arrived as scheduled .. he was attentive to the items we wanted removed.. explained the quotes that we accepted.. they quickly got to work.. we have a chest freezer and they scheduled a return appointment saying they’d bring back the heavy item crew for that job.. we recommend Junk King and will use them should another house trash removal job come along. 2nd time we can't be more pleased with the help we received from Junk King.. starting with the lead.. Nate.. his professionalism was outstanding.. he looked at what we wanted hauled.. gave what we felt was a fair quote.. did the job which included a 50s hide-a-bed in the basement.. we also wanted to rid ourselves of a chest freezer in the basement.. he said he needed another guy.. made a second appointment and gave us a quote.. he came back at the time he said calling 15-20 minutes before.. while writing the check we told him we were planing to have carpet installed and did he know any movers.. they do that as well for a flat rate.. we called when we had an install date and they arrived on schedule.. can't say the same for the installer but that is for another post... again we totally recommend the Junk Kings... they also told us that appliances are checked an if working.. donate them.. not just trash them Bob Andersen

Nate and Eric were just awesome. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't leave a bigger tip than 20% on the app. Perhaps an "other tip" button would be good? They arrived on time, they quickly worked moving stuff out of my garage without damaging my car, and I believe the price they gave me was fair. Thank you for taking this hassle off my chest. I know my stuff will be recycled/reused and that is exactly what I was hoping for.

The cost is a lot for what I was having removed. I told them not to take a pile of wood and the price didn’t change which I was expecting. I did ask them to take a few bags and they left them. I don’t think their pricing guidelines are very accurate. The guys just seem to charge whatever they feel like.
