To the most recent review . I’m the scale operator you dealt with today . First of all I apologized for your inconvinience which the wife accepted and offered for you to speak with the manager, you declined, three times . Actually slid my managers card back at me after I offered it to you. Funny, you don’t mention how irate your husband was and even mentioned how he wanted to “punch” our employee . Also didn’t mention how furious you got when a customer of ours couldn’t help you when you first pulled Into our yard . Again , sorry for your experience but we do strive for excellence here at Evraz Recycling . While we can’t make everyone happy we do try and unfortunately things happen but to say I didn’t help is absurd .

I regularly take my recycling here and the staff is super friendly, and very helpful. The front office take the time to try to get to know who their clients are, and keep the main office exceptionally clean Its a very relaxing atmosphere.

We went here because of the positive reviews which was a VERY poor decision. When we got there the guy who came out to get the metal was yelling at us in broken English telling us what to do, he smashed my husband's ankle and finger with a car hood after my husband told him to stop and wait so he could move it. You could obviously tell the guy was being rude and short with us and didn't care one bit. At the end we brought it up to the guy inside and he said "Not much I can do, I'm just the scale operator." No apologies what so ever. It goes without saying, we will never be back to Evraz, worst customer service ever.

I’ve been to every scrap yard in town and have been coming back to Evraz exclusively for years. They are far and away the easiest and most helpful to deal with. The only attitude you’ll find there is the one you bring in with you.
