They offered to pay Me for a vehicle. Came and checked it out. I signed all the paperwork. I asked about the check & He was like Ok Ok. Pulled His Truck forward & was ready to hitch mines up. I again asked Him about the check. He was like Ok Ok. He walked to Hiz Truck came back & handed Me my Title. Why, I'm assuming because there was no check. It took like another 5minz for Me to get all the signed papers back from Him before He drove off. I'm not sure if He had the check & wanted to keep it for Himself or maybe They never intended to pay Me in the first place... Get paid beforehand Ppl or They'll get You. Ok....so I do a lot of yard hopping and came to this location to scroll thru and see what they had. This is not my first Pick a Part I visited, but to my surprise, they chaged me $5 to get in!!!! Are you kidding me? But I paid and went in. I specielize in BMW/Mercedes parts so that's what I looked for. I know it's not their fault that there's no inventory that I am looking for, but the inventory they had was very old and barely standing. The quality of cars is far from good.... I am sorry to say, I will never go back to this location, ever! Drive 60 miles south to San Bernardino or Ontario or Riverside...way more qualty cars with maybe 30 day layover. Not a 90 or 180 day sit around...forget it!

I was searching for a back/rear window for my car and out of all the places this is the cheapest price I found. On top of that, I accidentally left my wallet on top of the counter when I went to look at car parts. After I came back, not even realizing that I lost my wallet, they returned my wallet back to me. They prevented someone from stealing the wallet, gave it back to me without a single dollar missing, and wouldn't even accept money as a sign of gratitude. All in all, good price, and even better workers!!! Thank you!

Haven't been to a wrecking yard in over 40 years. Didn't know they charge just to get in but three bucks is nothing. The yard it's very well organized compared to what it was back then.

Bought a motor there and was told I have 30 days to return it. It has a spun bearing, which means its junk. They claim i have to buy an extra warranty to be able to exchange it. Not only did I do the labor to remove the broken engine from their vehicle, but I paid for it with cash. Stay away, they will rip you off.

The customer service was terrible. They tried to rip me off like I didn't speak English. The intake manifold I purchased was a 2 piece part so they tried to charge me for 2 intakes. I had to argue 20 minutes to get the correct price.

I will never come here again after one of there employees threw lug nuts at me and repeatably bad mouthed me because i didn't understand what he was saying. Called management later on in the day to explain the incident and its like i was talking to a wall the whole time.

These guys are horrible, I go there to pull my own part and they don't have any prices on everything so I pull out a part from a transfer case and go to the counter for the price and the guy tell me I have to pay for the whole transmission I can just buy a part of the transfer case, that's after a painstakingly hour and a half of labor to take it off and I'm not needing the whole tranmission and to top it off I would have taken the whole thing if was any good, but it wasn't the clutch packs where all burnt anyway, they have a nerve to ask me to pay for the whole transmission after all no one in there right mind would buy that thingin the condition it was , I was doing them a favor by paying something for that, I just wanted the usable parts, so I didn't buy it, now it's worth nothing, lol...

although it's convenient to have a pick a part in hesperia, their inventory is shot... it's as if Hesperia is their final destination before they actually recycle the vehicle for scrap but still manage to gain a profit before doing so which is good for them but kind of a waste of time for the customer. their prices are extremely high compared to other locations down the hill,... but as i said already it is convenient if you can find something worth your while...

Looked up the vehicle I needed to pull parts from, their inventory said they had it. I went out to the yard, couldn't find it. Went back inside to get help, terrible customer service. 4 guys standing around talking. Finally got helped and guy looked up car again, showed it in their inventory, but I told him it wasn't out there he said oh yeah cars don't stay long here, maybe a couple of days.If that's the case they should update their inventory more than every 2-3 months. I drive 35min to get there, paid to get in because they said they had the vehicle in inventory. I can understand if parts were already pulled I needed but the fact I drive out there and paid to get in based on them telling me it was there.

It's a junkyard not clean not a place for social gathering but, my friend and I did find some great condition parts for our vehicles that would have cost us twice or even three times as much new. Word of advice wear steel toe boots and Jean's and long sleeve shirt you will get dirty and minor cuts and scratches.

They are very unprofessional rude and not willing to help the customers even after I talk to the manager he was no help at all he was the worst manager ever I was returning or trying to return a part I gotten about a week . So because I didn't have my receipt he didn't want to give me my money back even though the part has the LKQ writing on it. Before I went in there I called the 800 number for the Pick-A-Part and the person that has spoken with said I did not need a receipt just talked to the manager and take your part with you. Which obviously is not true which I found out cuz the manager was giving me a very hard time he should be fired honestly he was not very helpful

On 3/29/19 we bought a few different parts and when we got to the register Jonathan assisted us. As Jonathan was looking up some prices for the parts a Julio whom apparently works in the back started micro-managing Jonathan on what he was doing. Julio kept saying the panel we got was more money and was looking for something more to charge us. We were originally quoted 24 dollars and Julio called it a roof rack which it was not, for 31 dollars. Then he proceeded to watch and jump in on every part that Jonathan looked up. Talking in Spanish instead of English so we would not understand what was going on. When we finally got out of there they REALLY inspected our toolbox on our way out, but instead of assisting me to get out the door the security guy walked away as I struggled to shove the door open with the wheel barrow. Maybe I am old-fashioned or I was raised to respect customers/elderly but they would not open the door for me then they made the comment "Too bad you didn't get the warranty". I have been to a lot of LKQ's but this is really a bad way to treat people. I finally got thru the door and then one of the workers finally ran around to assist but it was too late. Just a note they didn't have any other customers at the door when I was trying to exit. Jonathan I really appreciate your help because you are an asset to their company for the great service you provided.

Still the best place to get the best prices for auto parts. Once inside the office an employee will inspect your tool box for unwanted items. Then you pay $3.00 and sign your name for entrance to the yard. You then look for the vehicle you need parts for. Once you have located the vehicle and inspected the part(s) you need you can now start removing them. Assistance with heavy heavy items is available (with a truck) to bring them to the office. This place is open everyday and there is 40 percent off prices on holidays.

I see other people leaving negative comments about high prices or slim selection, and I find that absurd. Ive gotten lots of parts from here and saved a ton of money. Yes you may not find what your looking for, and yes you have to pull the part yourself, but its a junk yard, what do you expect? Its just a place to find a used part at your own risk. You dont want that then go to autozone. Oh and also, the customer service has always been friendly.

Best self-serve used auto parts yard in the High Desert Hesperia / Victorville / Apple Valley area. You can go on line and look and see the price on parts and also look at their vehicle inventory to see if they have the year and model of car truck van to get part off of. Just be sure to look and see when it ways it was made available to know how much is missing from others that got there before you. Have bought lots of parts there over the years.

They are very unreliable. I called and made an appointment for them to come pick up my vehicle on Saturday between 8am-11am. They called me on Saturday morning at 8:40am just to make sure that I had the title and get the CA# from it and a few other questions. She assured me that they would call 30 minutes before they arrived. I waited until 10:30am and called them back to get an ETA. She let me know that the driver got a late start and went out to another city first for another pick up. I let her know that I would need to reschedule (I had to go to my nephew's birthday party). I ended rescheduling for today (Sunday). She mentions to me to make sure I answer my phone in the morning when they call or else the driver will move on to the next pick up. I reminded her that I did answer when she called me earier that morning. She just repeated herself to make sure that I answer. It almost seemed like she was trying to make it like it was my fault they didn't come to my house first. I never missed a call from them. So here I sit on Sunday morning, at 10:40am, and still have not recieved any calls from them. If they are suppose to call 30 minutes before they arrive, then it's obvious that they will not meet their 3 hour window AGAIN!! Guess they didn't care enough about making money off my clean vehicle. I guess it's a sign that I need take the time to sell it myself and make more than what I was offered by pick a part. Even if I make the same amount, it's worth it to not give this company a second more of my time to waste. Now at 10:47am, I received a call, but not to tell me that the driver is on his way, but instead to tell me that the driver is at another pick up but I am next on the list and she cannot confirm when the driver would arrive but that she will let me know. I let her know that that won't work since I had an appointment. She responded with "they do not know when the driver can do the pick up because they use a private company"... So don't schedule appointments if you're not sure they can be met! Horrible customer service! You don't blame someone else for the problem. You are the ones who choose to use this private company. Own it! Don't try to pass the buck. Just goes to show how unreliable this company is. I'm sure they knew much earlier today that the driver wouldn't meet my appointment window, but yet they choose to call me 12 minutes before the time window ends to let me know?! Bad customer service! So this company is not one that I would recommend nor ever use again! If you have time that you're able to let them waste, then go ahead. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Im very upset, this was my first time coming into this pick a part and desperatly looking for a specific part. But they dont have any computers to have on record and i forgot my tools and ask if they have any service to recieve the part and i was willing to pay for those services, but they said they dont have any and they recommended me somewhere were that they can come to the pick a part and retrieve the part. So they gave bad directions and i couldnt find it and ended with no part with upsetting experience.
