This is one of the best places I have ever recycled! Location - I finally figured out that u can see the bldg. If you Look for the very large red bullseye on the roof of the building located on the left hand side of 28th Street and Elkhorn Blvd. If you are driving from Watt avenue towards Rio Linda HS (as an example). Best set up and customer service I have experienced recycling!!! I really appreciate that the workers walk up to you and will assist you in removing your recycling bags and separating glass, cans and plastics. Always really quick in and out service. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to take your recycling and scrap metals. Friendly and helpful staff, organized parking and fast service. ID required for scrap metal only. Copper scrap does have a 3 day hold before you get your money. Other than that everything else is paid out cash on the spot. Shaded unload area with misters to keep you cool. Very well ran recycling place with above average and very fair prices.

My daughter introduced to me to this place and have gone back ever since. Why???.....We have never had to wait, friendly/fast staff, we don't have to presort ourselves, and my favorite part...they pay cash on the spot, instead of giving you a receipt that you have to go into a grocery store to receive the funds Going there again today! Bit of a drive, but there is nothing like it in Rocklin.

Quick and easy. They have large baskets to dump your bags into and if they can all the attendanta will try to help you get in and out as quick as possible. Might come off a bit rude,but i assure you they just want to get as many customers as possible. I dont recall them ever not being busy.

Got there when they opened up on a Thursday. The staff was very helpful and I had all of my scrap metal, bottles and can measured quickly and was back on the road with cash in hand in less than 20 minutes. Thank you DC metals for having a clean yard and friendly, helpful staff.

I collected almost 10lb of copper wire from electronic repair over last 6 months. It was regular insulated wire with no connectors or plugs. They rated it at $0.15/lb and I have to comeback 3 days later. It should cost at least $0.68/lb. Thieves!

I will never do business there again. The worst exchange process ever. They make you feel like a criminal trying to recycle. Rates aren't clearly posted and there rules aren't either. Waste of my day and time.

Some of the employees need to learn how to treat customers. Been going here for a very long time so my husband can recycle copper. He got cussed at because he came by 20 minutes before closing time and they were already closing the gate and he wanted to come in to recycle, but would not let him.
