I had a great experience they went above and beyond to get the dumpster to our house.the truck broke down and they used a tow truck to get it to us on a Fri afternoon.we would have been in trouble without them.used them twice will only use them.

I'm proud to have this service available. Living in a rural area is difficult in dealing with garbage and been environmental savvy. The company has always been cordial, minor charges for extra garbage if you notify them first. They are prompt, notify you of changes, and reliable. I highly recommend. I like the added service of providing you a large garbage container for you garbage.

We have had our dumpster for 5 months. It is suppose to be emptied every other week. Our's hasn't been emptied in over a month and i have called in and they won't empty it. This is not the first time in these 5 months that I have had to call either. Also our dumpster has holes all in the bottom that night time animals are digging the trash out of and stringing across our yard. I called for a replacement and they said they would get one right out, and never did. I would not recommend!

I have been a customer for years but the past few months the service has been awful. My bill is drafted from my account each month. Two months ago they stopped picking our trash up saying our bill was unpaid. I called and there was a problem on their end and I was told it was fixed. Now, two months later it has happened again. I have called the Heber office numerous times and always get put on hold for 10 minutes and then asked to leave a message. I left 4 messages and no one would ever return my phone call. Looking for new service.

Been trying to contact this company more than a month for new service, left numerous message. They will not call back. Glad i figured out hiw they were before i done buisness with them

My neighbors and I compared bills. One of our neighbors is not and has not been charged for half the fees such as fuel cost , administration fees and so forth. Their bill runs $88 quarterly while mine runs $125. The lady I spoke with stated that the neighbor has a senior citizen rate added to theirs which I quickly replied to let her know they are 30 something year olds with four kids. And even IF they were seniors or legal citizens for that matter, they still should be charged the same standard fees like everyone else. She told me to talk to her manager, who BTW has yet to return my call after leaving a detailed call back number. Was hoping something could get resolved. Been trying to contact this company for almost two weeks about establishing service, we have emailed and left messages, and have yet to recieve a response. Guess they don't want/need the business, and glad I now know how this company works, so I can avoid any future issues with them. Guess we will call the next place! Constant problems - billed me for 2 weeks for their container that they didn't deliver. If they miss picking up your trash you can't get a hold of anybody because they won't answer their phone just let it ride on Muzak - looking for alternatives

Utterly incompetent!!! Seems that they cannot find my driveway at least once every other month! Then the can sits there overflowing for another week, or until they decided it's convenient for them to come get the trash. Complaints are of no use with this bunch, it doesn't register with them!! Absolutely useless! Looking for another company!!!!

Poor customer service. Waited on phone for 10 minutes and 38 seconds. Just to get a voice mail saying they value my call please leave a number and someone will call you back. If you value my call or me as a customer hirer some people to answer the phones.
