We brought our cans when it had barely begun to lightly sprinkle. The cans weren't wet, and the guys unloading never said a word. The lady ripped us off by paying wet rates. Never again. Ozark Steel is better and more honest. Take your business there.

While yes there have been junkies shoot up behind dumpsters, they've usually been respectful to me...usually...as with any recycling place your gonna take a risk of a flat tire...they do help you seperate your stuff though but you do need to watch them and the scale as ive had a previous issue with that...i weighed myself on a home scale that does tenths of a pound and their scale does need replaced or they need to be inspected...the only way your gonna get the best price is if your bringing in over a ton of whatever metal you bring...as for the customer svc, its not bad, at least the front counter lady...i needed a power supply for a laptop and couldnt afford $100 on one so they let me go through the bin to find the one i needed and they only charged me the price they paid for it, anyone knows you cant beat that...as for brents review...shut up brent nobody wants to hear from their god damn employees

These guys need to get better organized. Had wheel weights, the scrap yard sent me to the battery place after waiting for close to an hour. Then the battery place puts a magnet to the weights and says no take them to the scrap yard, we won’t take them, they are mostly metal. Well, a magnet will stick to the metal clamp of a lead wheel weight all day long. I’m done with these guys, use can man in springdale from now on.

I'm not entirely sure why there are so many negative reviews. Sure, the place is dirty and some of the employees are a bit rough around the edges, but it's a recycling center - what do you expect? I bring my cans here and usually get a good price.

My boyfriend and his brother went there to turn in cans and they were rude as hell to them! They said they red flagged them because we accidentally had a broom head in there. They were rude and obnoxious! We will not ever waste our money or gas to give you low lifes business again! Sucky customer service!

I read online that they buy used wood pallets. Loaded up 15 pallets in the rain, gonna make a few extra bucks, not only did they not buy them but they were very rude about it as well. #thanksfornothing #falseadvertising

This is Killila, Vaughn Recycling is the best recycling center in Fayetteville AR with the best prices on metals. The negative reviews are from yucky people who bring in dirty ol cans. Great people and great prices!!!

The people that are working here would have to be the worst and most disrespectful people. Because when your going to recycle cans of course they aren't going to have a pleasant smell!! They need to see who they have working their it makes your business look bad! Just an advice! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!! Rude!!!!

Seriously... these guys bust their butts all day every day! They help unload your trash and give you money for it! I remember turning in cans as a kid to them. They will always have my business. Make sure you don't show up right before lunch... Be real, non of us like being late to lunch and they don't get to just show up late after wards because then people wouldn't have the great service they provide on the times they post. 10 minutes till 1 is not a good idea!
