Paid $9.49 for a seat switch that I could find online for the best price of $93.27. Tried it out in their parking area and it worked fine, though I could have exchanged it for credit if it didn't.

I have never been to this yard, but I am writing a review to counteract the 1-star rating that one reviewer gave this place, just because they denied access to the yard within a half-hour of closing. Seems like a reasonable rule to me. But, seriously, how can you complain about their hours, when they are open not only Saturday, but Sunday as well?? Few auto salvage yards are open Saturday, never mind Sunday. Do you work seven days a week?

You have one employee who likes to wear a yellow vest that hates to make you money. apparently checking out at 5:04 pm is a no go even though I was willing to pay cash. Awful business concept becuase I had a wheelbarrow full of parts ready to pay and he continued to say how he would like to go home. he referred to it that this is like a casino once it is closed its closed. Thankfully a nice lady helped me and was willing to take my money so I can leave with the parts I needed. I hope his customer service improves so your business can make a better profit i was only attempting to check out not pull more parts after close.

Inaccurate vehicle location from clerk, unknowledgeable staff. Asked for multiple vehicle locations and all interchangeable parts vehicles and was printed out same exact info as first vehicle. It's like they pretended to actually type in data and print out nothing while looking u dead in the face like they care. Was denied sale of parts I had spent over 4 hrs pulling because staff had failed to announce closing time warning. Would go to other salvage yards if I could avoid this one.

Good auto salvage place. Decent prices for parts. I've picked up a several items for my sons truck. Unfortunately like most places they dont have much in the way of Nissan truck parts which is what I need. If your looking for most domestic vehicles though you should give them a try. The only thing I dont like is the fact that you have to pay them to even allow you to go look at the vehicles to see if you can find what you need.

I'm a car guy and over the years if there's something small or even big that I just don't want to pay full price for a new one, I come here! I love this yard. They have such a huge selection for makes and models. They always have what I'm looking for!

Yards and customer service has been going downhill since schnitzer steel took over years ago. The prices significantly increased at that same time. However the Vancouver yard has proven time and time again to be the worst out of the bunch. Mostly due to the employees. Those complaining about what you get paid for a car you sell to them... Yes, they only pay a couple hundred bucks. Then they remove fuel, oil, batteries, wheels/tires, and catalytic converters. Make 3-500 off of those items, pay a couple bucks to dispose of antifreeze, pay an employee 20 bucks or so labor for this, place the car in the yard, make a few hundred (probably about a grand) off the parts, then sell the remains for what you were initially paid.

For those with a pain for the thrill of the repair, this place is cerebral. The light scent of antifreeze and oil is ever present in the gigantic warehouse and boneyard. Two bucks to just walk around; the customer service guy was helpful with instructions on getting around, and when it turned out that the car parts I needed weren't available there he checked other locations for me.

I've used these guys in the past with moderate success. Today they offered me $215 for a vehicle worth 10k (low blue book). After I told them the vehicle has a brand new 10k engine they told me the vehicle was worth $215 for scrap! What a rip off! They would pull the engine out and sell it for 8k. I understand making money and did not expect anything near full value but this is a scam. They gave me more in the past for a 2000 Intrepid with a seized engine.

The Vancouver manager is horrible. The guy won't give back money for the cores. He will first tell you that you don't have enough part for the full core, then he will tell you that you've already returned the core. He will also make you drive into the yard, fearing tire damage, and unload your own core. He says he doesn't want to move the hoist or help. I'm not sure why he would be ripping people off on the cores, maybe he's pocketing the money. My experience with the other 2 pick n pulls I've been to have been great, but the Vancouver manager makes me never want to return to that location. Do yourself a favor pick n pull and get rid of this guy, you're loosing customers. He must be ripping you off as that's what he is doing to your customers. He also never called me back as he promised to rectify the situation.

Got an awesome deal hear if you buy in bulk they make a great deal with you. Bought a hood front passenger qtr panel, front bumper, passenger headlight for an 04 civic, and a set of after market headlights for an 07 cobalt. Lost price we would have paid $765 we left only paying $185. Theyre stock is pretty good as well.

There is a wide variety, and often multiple vehicles for you to find the parts you are looking for. The prices are fair. Be advised the gravel providing good drainage for the car storage is the size of potatoes, so good boots are a much better choice of footwear than sneakers.

Why pay retail, when you can find your part here, for a whole lot less!! Every time you come there is something different. They have it set up so finding the parts for your vehicle is pretty easy. As long as you bring the right tools for the job, you'll be ahead of the game. When taking the part off the wrecked vehicle, you learn how to put it back on, or more importantly, how NOT to put it back onto yours!! Friendly employees!

My friend and I went there hoping to find some parts for his Volvo and they didn't have the Volvo model that we needed to find. Otherwise it's one of the most organized wrecking yards. All the makes and models are put in order together so you can find them easier. They even provide yard wheelbarrows to put your parts in! They provide parts service of locating what you need at any of there other wrecking yards.

Pick n pull is a scammy place but it's all we have basically for you pull it parts. People help you find the car at minimum but seem very transactional and Un friendly. Selection flips way before a car is picked clean and users rummage through similar cars to pick multiples of the same part for resale so you maybe unlikely to find what you needed on a common car.

I go here all the time and usually get pretty good service but for some reason this morning it was far from that. The attendant up front deflected every question I had. I sincerely wanted to spend my money there but for some reason I was told that the manager would decide how much to change me for the part, but only after I went and pulled it off of the vehicle. I politely explained to him I only have so much money and really would rather not waste a couple hours of my time pulling the part just to possibly not be able to afford it in the end. I couldn't speak to a manager and the associate told me he doesn't know what to tell me. I've was doing business with Pick-n-Pull before it was Pick-n-Pull. It used to be U Pull It. It's a good place to pull your own car parts although I'd advise bringing your own wheelbarrow out, their carts are very heavy steal carts eaven empty. Holiday weekends, they have 1/2 price sales!

Bought a AC Blower motor for my wife's 2004 Honda Pilot for $37 from the Baseline location in Little Rock Arkansas I installed The motor that I purchased it was also bad. Went back to get another on and it was the only Honda Pilot they had and manager said he could give me store credit. I told him I didnt need store credit I needed another blower motor and that I would gladly take another one if he had it or needed a refund so I could go to O'Reilly's and purchase another one. He still only offered store credit. Will never purchase another part from them again

Went out for Labor day sale yesterday. Bought a door and finder, was charged extra for door mirror which had just fallen off. Charged full price core charges. No cool drinks in any machines. Workers were rude, refused to let me use wheelbarrow to carry door and fender 50 ft to gate. Had to turn around go thru line, go to another gate 100 yrds away . DixonRd U-pull it is always extremely friendly and and always willing help. Would rather pay full price at Dixon than deal with rude and useless employees at Baseline. That stupid policy that they have not letting ppl in after 4.30 is simply a JOKE! I live in Newport and its quite a ride for me to begin with. Also i have to get out of work earlier to make it there on time. So when i was there at 4.50 and they didn't let me in I get it. This time i got there at 4.31 and they said that the yard is closed. By the time they were telling me there policy AGAIN it was 4.33 so they said its tooooo late now and there is no way I can get in. Shouldn't have to pay a dollar just to look. Very difficult to find tires on wheels or wheels here now, they let tire shops come in and buy them in bulk weekly and they take the wheels off and package them to send off for recycling. U-Pull-It opened another location on Dixion road after selling this location to them, it is better in terms of the issues I mentioned here.

I had the most HORRIBKE experience here and I will NEVER GO HERE !!!!!! they made the mistake of calling the wrong phone number two separate occasions when I had taken two days out of work in order for them “to call me 20minutes before pick up 12-4 to confirm “ driver called wrong number I call pick n pull right after at 130, the receptionist has no personality and said their driver could not come get my car as they were across town. I asked the front if they could atleast let me use a jack so I could re-position there stands. My wife sold her car to this company, and that part went as expected. Quick and easy once we got the proper paperwork together. However, the car needed to be towed from the property, and they gave us a 3-hour window for when they can come pick it up. That's a little frustrating, but they're picking it up for free so that's fine. The problem is that they couldn't even make it within that 3-HOUR window during a WORK DAY, when it is only 15 minutes from their location. But it gets worse! We called 15 minutes before the end of that window and they promptly responded that a driver was "on the way". By this point I am pretty frustrated, but since they are only 15 minutes away it's no big deal. ~1 Hour Later ~ "Where are you guys?" And it turns out that no one was actually on their way. So, not only did I miss 4 hours of pay for my actual job that isn't babysitting a driveway, but I also have a car that I don't even own anymore collecting dust in the back. Nice job, guys. Edit: They didn't even show up that day.

I do appreciate their computerized inventory, the printout they give you of models of car you're looking for, and a map that helps you quickly find the vehicles. So, overall, I give them 5-stars! Current staff is not very knowledgeable now but much more friendly than before. Databases are almost never right. Walked out into the yard on several occasions with a list of cars I wanted to check and ended up finding two or three more that weren't on there, or not finding any of the ones on my printout list whatsoever. I've learned that if you want to find something you just have to pay the two dollars, ignore the staff and go look for yourself. That is, if you're willing to spend your time tearing parts off cars, and then getting charged out the ying yang for used parts that you could find online, guaranteed, for just a couple dollars more and not have to lay upside down in the gravel for an entire afternoon. Now that I've done some research and have a solid line on GOOD parts I will hopefully and most likely never return to a picknpull.

It's the typical junk yard, dirty and usually older model vehicles pre-2005 in most cases. Vehicles are placed by manufacturer with the largest portion being Ford, Chrysler and GM with a decent selection of SUV's and Minivans but not many of the higher end vehicles such as Mercedes, Jaguar (almost never), Volvo, Infiniti, etc. - they have a selection of used tires and sometimes batteries in addition to parts you take off the vehicles yourself, bring tools and know how to get what you need.

I use Pick & Pull often to save money on car parts. You can get parts no longer available from the manufacturer for about 1/10 th of it's original cost. Of course this requires one to remove the parts ones self. Someone with no mechanical ability would have a problem with that.

Well I liked it because I was able to get the part I needed at my convenience at Half Price compared to the Standard Auto Parts store the part that I got was almost brand new and the staff was just helpful enough two make it so I could easily an excessively get to the parts and cars that I needed to I will definitely be going back to pick and pull for our future needs also the inventory is well-stocked and you can even get parts that you can't get in other auto stores as well as minor fixes and cosmetic parts. But it would be nice if they would be a little more reasonable on their stock because it is a wrecking yard and all the cars they get are for free they don't pay for them but I see that you have to make money but you shouldn't have to get bent over on some of the parts that they sell if they would actually act as though they were a second hand discount or disclosed store instead of a top-of-the-line fresh from the factory dealer that would make it a much more pleasurable experience.

The yard is a long way from the office. The carts they provide are very heavy and the wheels stick up above the bed of the carts so it is nearly impossible to lay large parts down. It is a steep uphill path back to the office so it was very difficult to push heavy cart uphill. The cars are so close together you can't open the car door (which was the part I needed) so I had a very difficult time getting to the bolts. I had to go buy special tools meaning I had to walk back and forth from the far end of the yard several times. I would only go back in an emergency.

It's not good for handicapped people. Has lots of parking look out for nuts and bolts in the parking lot. Screws you may end up with a flat. It does have automatic doors. It's pretty hard to get around in a wheelchair. Parking lots are gravel. Prices half-price to new. Call for the part you want. Make sure that the pricing stays the same. Pick-n-Pull on Truman road is a better junkyard but it has the same problems but you do got asphalt parking there. What can I say it's a junkyard. And both junk yard sale cars and trucks. Whenever they have them. Remember when you buy junk cars from them and trucks it cuts the price of the vehicle in half because it is a salvage vehicle. Don't think you're going to make money on it.

What kind of wrecking yard pulls off all the tires and wheels before putting the cars in the yard for sale? Nevada Pick-n-Pull does! so you can't go there and get any tires and wheels except the few on their overpriced rack. An employee told me they get more by recycling them and that Carson does the same. which is complete BS because scrap is under $100 a ton. Plus there is a fee to pay to recycle rubber tires. I called Rocklin CA Pick-n-Pull and they said they don't do this in any of their CA locations that they were aware of. The person in CA was totally Baffled by them doing this here in NV. Now I have to go to CA to get the 14" steel rims and tires I need!

If i work hard for my money and buy something i should be able to return the part and receive a full cash refund with the correct return procedures applied properly!

The worst place you could go if you're needing parts for your vehicle. They have no idea what parts are on the cars that they have in the yard. The vehicles are neatly arranged but once parts are taking off very dangerous. Nobody ever answers the phone and the check-in check-out system where you have to pay to get in is ridiculous.

If you value your time, dont call these guys. They will answer with a real quick "picknpull can you hold?" and then they'll put you on hold in the middle of answering the question. Then you'll stay on hold for a REALLY long time before you have to hang up. Probably faster to drive there - even if you live in across the state.

Not sure why so many people complain about showing up at the last minute and expect to get a part or items that will take longer than 10 or 15 mins. I've never pulled a part from a junk yard in that short of time. The staff has turned over and this location has great people working for it. You are treated nice and helped with whatever you need. I called to ask if they had specific parts for a 2003 Toyota Corolla and a woman answered and said they had 5 cars that did so I drove over. When I arrived to check out the yard the man who greeted me was curt and rude. When I finally walked through the yard they only had 3 cars with the parts and one of the parts was super damaged. Overall I'm not very pleased with the experience I had there. It was my first time going there and they did not give me a very good first impression.

I view the builders and seldom have the chance to check them out. Rush, rush, Rush! Staff are too busy go address my interests in cars I am I interested in buying. This place is not run very well. They have one line going in where every has to wait on folks doing returns before they can even get in the gate. It wastes everyone's time. There should be a separate line for returns. And those needing parts lookup should have a separate line too on the other side. Imagine going to Walmart and having to wait until everyone at the service desk has been served before you can even get in the door. This is what going to Pick - n-Pull at Baseline Little Rock is like.

Trying to sell my junk vehicle but everytime my husband or i speak with someone on the phone here we get different responses. Vehicle was broke down at a gas station in Sherwood. I called to see ablut selling was given a a Quote and told the Yd tow at no additional cost. When my husband called to schedule to meet he was told they couldnt pick up from that location. Told if be could have it towed there by closing at 6pm he cluld sell or then. Got it there and told the lady already left. Had to be tgere by 5:00. So I called and was told they stop buying at 4:30. Called bacl to ses of thats everyday lr just Sundays. This time got another lady who rely informed me 4:30 wasn't correct its actually 4:00. And 4:00 everyday. So what is the official time yall stop buying vehicles?

I come here alot to grab parts for my Jeep. Plus I'm a reward menber. I do it for hobby. Customer service is horrible, I was profile and discriminated. Twice I came by and they used a stupid excuse to search my tool boxes. " they said they were looking for jacks and burners" in a eletric tool box the size of a laptop bag. Plus told me to move all my tool. So they could see the bottom. They found nothing twice. I knew they were looking to see If I stold something, using a stupid excuse. I could have rejected the search. But I just wanted to rub in their face that I'm not a thief just because I don't fit their profile. Now they humiliated me and waisted 1 Hr at the register going thru my tool bag instead of pay for the stuff I needed. Now I will report them to Attorney Generals Office and will never set foot there again. I DO NOT RECOMEND TO GO HERE FOR CAR PARTS. TRY DIFFERENT JUNK YARD. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND THEY'LL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE TRASH. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT ALL.

This is basically a 1 star since it is because there is 1 worker out if many that doesn't belong working there, I cut my hand and had blood everywhere and I was told that " It's not my PROBLEM" by one employee, I tried to explain I have a blood disease and I was trying to look out for the employees and the customers and he didn't care but luckily there was a woman there that work there and she took care of it so people should know this OSHA should know this they should have a first aid kit in a place like that like I said it was only one employee out of five and anybody that goes there probably knows what I'm talking about the manager is excellent and everybody else is excellent but One Bad Apple and sometimes spoil the whole bunch thank you!
