They have a great collection of essential technology products as well as some eclectic items. The volunteer run staff is very patient with patrons that might not know much about technology but, are willing to learn.

great place and it has helped me build several computers. if you are in need of some older parts they have them and then some. if anyone believes this place to be a bad place just check it out and you will see it's not. they do tend to be a bit short handed so don't expect to be handed every single thing right away. all in all a great place that's trying their best to help the community.

Very friendly with lots of great deals to boot, and not just with computers either. I plan on volunteering as well. They need more of these places all over the state. It was well worth the trip from Fort Smith,AR.

Staffs are friendly. They will help you thoroughly with your computer problems. Also, you can find dirt cheap electronic stuff in here.

Horrified at what happened today. Staff, myself and my child were berated and humiliated by the "boss lady". We were on a tour when my child asked how much a gaming system was. The staff member was nice enough to grab it and take it up front to check. Here comes "boss lady" (Sherry Barracks, CEO which is appalling) yelling at both the staff for taking us to the warehouse and yelling at my child and I for being in the warehouse. We had no control over where we were taken and this was our first time there. And our last! This is classic workplace harassment as the staff member said it was okay for her to yell at him because she's the boss lady. No it's not, especially in front of customers. We were going to buy a TV and gaming system but obviously left after being degraded. I never write reviews but felt I had to speak up about this. How or with who do I file a compliant?

It’s nice place to buy used laptops.

Trung, you're awesome!

An AMAZING place where only volunteers get together, sell donated and refurbished stuff to keep the building open and make great things happen together. Come over to try and plug in stuff for an hour or 2 and place it in the "To sort" or "To recycle" bin. People there are wonderful. Prices are INSANELY cheap. They can fix your stuff, repair it or pass by to troubleshoot it for pretty much nothing. And... Best of all, yes. They do make awesome jewelry out of electronics. Just come check it out, it's pretty much always open for anyone to come and tour/check out the place!!

They do a great job

Very cheap good parts. Asked for a motherboard to test the heatsink and see if it worked to which the person watching me told the manager/owner I'm guessing that I didn't know which part I needed and then was then sassed for apparantly not knowing what I needed, but I can understand he probably gets that a lot and i can forgive it. It was a respectable sass. Will be back again for sure.

I have volunteered here three times now, I like the fact they are recycling electronics in whatever way possible, that they offer to "teach" people in exchange for volunteering, but in my eyes its another corrupt "non profit" and "charitable" organization. The staff members are not very friendly aside from Zack, I volunteered quite some hours in exchange for help with a laptop that I ended up donating because they didn't help me at all. Then acquired another laptop and just needed a keyboard, was under the impression their goal is to help recycle electronics and not add to ewaste, on top of that I was under the impression it was a charitable organization and when I asked if they could help with the keyboard. They said when they came back, that I could do volunteer work in the meantime, so I volunteered for some time, then waited. Then they pointed where their donated laptops were and said this is where I could find it. After I spent three hours waiting around and looking for the keyboard then installing it. They told me that it was ten bucks. I helped them, they wasted my time, they were rude, and failed to disclose all the information about how it worked. Charitable community-oriented organization my ass, they just want money like anyone else. I don't think people should be willing to donate money or anything else for that matter because they don't care, its about the money. And everyone just hands them free money because they're an organization. It's a scam for profits. I will not contribute to this place anymore and don't think others should either until they quit false advertising and explain they just want free labor and money in exchange for the false belief of helping the community and environment. They just realized people are throwing away money and would rather you give that money to them. It's a scam
