So I was recently employed here and unfortunately I had to leave last week due to family emergency! I have to move out of state,but the time I was here was amazing! This yard (140) has the best 7 people to work with!! Great team and your coworkers are like family here!! If I had the choice I would not have left but like I said I am moving to Mississippi! My coworkers coworkers make your bad days great! Seriously I've never worked anywhere before that your BOSS makes sure your birthday and work aniveannive are celebrated!! And the holidays.... Wow I had the most fun during Chrismas. We got lunch bought for us we played really fun games and just enjoyed each other like family!! When I first started I thought my job was going to be hard to learn but the 2 lady's inside made sure to teach me the right way and they never got mad about me asking questions if I was stuck and didn't know what to do!! The yard guys even help you if you are stuck! Overall the best place I've ever worked at!! If I ever move back home and there's an open spot I would be applying again!! I'm going to miss my copart family!! And if you ever get the chance to apply at the yard do it!!! You will not regret it!! I love y'all and miss y'all already!!

Horrible customer service. So rude from the time I walked thru the front door. I was expecting a professional establishment and did not see that from the office staff. Long haired blonde acted as tho I was bothering her and that she hated her job.

I've bought several vehicles from copart auctions, with this location being the worst by far. The blonde lady at the counter told me the exact amount for the cashier's check, and to be there no later than Friday 4:30 pm. I was there first thing Friday morning, she took the check and said now 50.00 more for a late fee. She was rude and unfriendly. The manager at this location, Jeremy refused to offer solution even though I showed up with the exact amount, and earlier than expected. My sale was approved and the deal was done afternoon Tuesday Jan 9th, they stuck me with a late fee of 50.00 late fee (after they took my cashier's check!) on Friday Jan 12th 9:00 am. I've spent a lot of time trying to get it straightened out. Jeremy, you and your office personel are unprofessional, I want the late fee refunded imediatly. Be careful buying any equipment from here. They will not palletize it, which makes shipping it very difficult. Plus they will charge you daily while you struggle to find a way to ship it. Not worth the effort.

the employee's were helpful BUT, they have absolutly no reason to fork a running corvette with no damage, being sold on a rebuilt title.... they created damage @ copart by poking a hole thru the floor of a 2007 corvette... this damage i now have to fix, it was caused by neglegence,there is a big difference how a total wrecked car and a running viable auto should be handled,these handlers should be liable for gross misconduct,and stupidity.
