The owner is cool, he makes rare appearances but seems alright. As far as working here; I'd recommend elsewhere for sure!!!! It's cool to learn new skills, but that's about it. It's very disorganized. Between Steve Bancroft, Steve Dickens, Ian, and Tony at the bailer there's a lot of confusion. They all have different perspectives on virtually the same task. No universal consistency on what the hell to do at any given time which makes you sort of THROW YOUR HANDS UP and say phvck it! Plumbing pipes are so outdated that when you take a $h!t you have to throw your TP in large barrel drum in a small enclosed space that reeks worse than a John at a concert. Steve Dickens, Steven Bancroft, and Ian make sly prejudice/racist remarks and jokes. Some of the Spanish guys are the same, they just say it in Spanish so the whites don't understand. This is a great place to work if you want to sell yourself short in life!
