First of all I would like to give the owner Mr.Fisher props. He contacted me and made every attempt to make things right from the bad experience I had at his establishment. He personally reached out to me and apologized and offered to make it right in any way he possibly could. Thank you sir for taking time put of your busy schedule to make sure each and every customer is satisfied. That means alot in todays society to be that devoted to your business. Looked on website Sat. and they said they were open. Borrowed a truck ca me by and they were closed. Website said Monday hours vary so I called. I got that all customer services were busy so I borrowed truck again, closed again.I called today explaining what happened and to see if they could give me a coupon like they used to honor. I was told no and that hey were closed on all major holidays. Well then fix your phones and website, I forgot that I was a mind reader. I will never be back and I have been using them fo 15 year now.

My brother in law was employed there. When he left he was told to turn in his uniforms and he would receive his $500 deposit back. He has yet to receive his $500 deposit on the uniform return and he is owed 2 days pay. Every time they contact Tom Fisher he makes up a lame excuse of not being in the office. All they want is what is owed to them. Tom Fisher has a very negative attitude with his employees. He thinks talking down to them makes him look better.

Really like this recycling place people there they they're there to get you out fast I pay very good price very courteous people do anything they can to help you just loved my visit there would recommend anybody going there that's got any recycling to be done very good place to go very good people could you know I'm go in there and fix some of the potholes they've got the roads and stuff but no it's it's a scrap yard I enjoyed going there would recommend anybody else going there that wants to do scrapping

Bunch of crooks. They haggle their prices with you. They know their crooks cause they get mad when you ask questions. They low ball worse than any other company I've dealt with. I despise this company with a passion. Do not take your scrap here unless your doing it for charity......example: I let my wife take a shed we tore down to Recycle USA and they categorized it as 800 lbs of tin when it was 800 lbs of aluminium. Instead of getting around a $800 check, they gave me $42 and said have an awful day.

We love this place we go a minimum of once a month. We make enough to have breakfast and go to the thrift store. We think this place should bring children in to see the process all the cool items and antiques people just trash. It is educational and fun!!!!
