My kids went to this school for a year and our was a nightmare. My spn has aspergers with a sensory processing disorder and can't handle noise or people touching his things due to OCD. The Scholl knew this i had merry with the teacher a few tines and the principal and other administrative was always too busy to meet. My son had a freak out in class pretending to shake asking like he was having an attack because his friend messed with his papers the teacher touched his shoulder and my son yelled. "You're hitting me" they made a huge thing putt of this. The School called a social workers and demanded i take him to the crisis center or he could not come back to school. When i tum him to the crisis center the the therapist thought it was a joke that i was bringing him and called the school with me sitting in the room. He was so upset that not one person ady the school wad trained to handle or calm down a special needsespecially when that school had a occupational therapist on call. All my son needed was simulation from a OT. The crisis center therapist wore us a letter and sent us on our way. He knew outta wad nothing as be wad upset the school graded the was they did. Once s well there wad a call saying a kud for snatched a d kidnapped walking home. Where are the crossing guards? Not there top protect kids. Some weeks there were 3 missing calls. It was so frustrating! I couldn't wait to live my kids back to pleasant give. I've had nor one problem worn pleasant grove.
