I strongly suggest the ALC if you are going into technology, amazing atmosphere, great teachers, hands on learning, there are COUCHES in the classrooms! and there are fun college credit courses. Digital media, Computer programming, Engineering, Robotics, Aviation, and more!

This is the hidden gem of Nebo schools. A perfect place to get a head start on college, or for non-tradtional students, those who do not fit into the high school experience - special ed, different interests, etc.

This school was very boring. I was super bored all day. Also Ordinary Student kept copying all my work. Also I wasn't allowed in the bomb shelter. I really wanted to see the bomb shelter some day. -1 star for no bomb shelter access

Without a doubt the greatest school I have ever attended. Incredible faculty and staff who truly care about their students. The curriculum is interesting and teaches real world skills. Definitely an ADVANCED learned center.

Awesome opportunities for all Nebo high school students. My children have loved the hands- on learning experience here. The teachers care about their students and are always providing engaging curriculum for them.

The Advanced Learning Center, run by Nebo School District, gives high school students an amazing hands-on look into the newest fields of work in the 21st century. Anybody wishing to get a good head start on fields such as robotics, engineering, medical, and computer science, should take classes at this school. The best part is that most of the classes offer college credit for the work you do, and most of the classes don't cost anything more than a typical high school class.
