my daughter got bullied there
Lol all these privileged people writing reviews lived in amazing rich neighborhoods go to an amazing school and start complaining smh they wouldn’t last a second in east Dallas smh
Great school that offers a great education to those that are willing to work for it, and with the dual credit program built into the school there's great opportunity to gain college credit while still completing a high school degree.

Sucks don't ever bring your kids to Allen high school unless you hate them..the principals and administrators will never hop off their backs. They always give them stupid punishments for little things. It's a political school and they will always judge you based off one mistake. You do one bad thing and they will forever look down on you.
Ugh

Stupidly big marching band
BEST FOOTBALL TEAM IN THE NATION
Great school, great teachers, and great administrative. My son loved attending!
ayy lmao
They had really dusty ceilings. #notimpressed
gr8 school, enjoy the education, minus one star due to a black kid that looked at me funny.
It's an amazing school. You should join the freedom. Don't miss the fun.
Instead of asking students to write their Congressmen about tougher gun laws why dont you try teaching them what the second ammendment is all about? Or is teaching not part of your curriculum anymore?
this place should be closed. customer service is terrible. old lady gave me a yellow sheet and said serve this at lunch and im like female dog who the frick are you.
Best school to play sports
dumb rules at the school but we are pretty good at football
i cant wait to go there but people be writing depressing reviews so we'll see
Charged me $45 for a parking pass.
they have toilets in the juul rooms. dissatisfied.
Allen high school is he*l. (I went there till March this year) They might have a huge football stadium and the school is REALLY nice and most of the teachers are good, but that doesn't mean it all is. Honestly pretty much everyone there are snakes and you shouldn't trust anyone. It's so big you don't see somebody you met yesterday ever again. And it's a really depressing place to be, so much that it distracts you from learning and sends you down the path to antidepressants instead. I don't recommend sending your kids there.
The facilities itself are interesting. It seems like the often pick the cheapest bidder for whatever project they can, most evident in the cracking of the Eagle Stadium, but those characteristics continue on in the High school. The facility is often dirty (granted the students here aren't helpful as they usually could care less about how they treat the school), but also general issues are obvious, such as water leaks EVERYWHERE, to the point that even a pipe burst flooding the entire A Hall wing. Otherwise, the cafeteria experience can be interesting. The food is quite alright, but the time you spend in line can be quite frustrating considering how a lunch break only is 30 minutes, and you can easily spend 20 of those minutes waiting in line. As far as teachers go, AP teachers are always my favorite, and most teachers love the school and the kids. A few outliers can definitely ruin the experience, but otherwise, it's nice. Regarding parking, it is a hassle for what it's worth. As a student, you must purchase a $45 parking sticker (which the sticker they give you is so cheap it rips just trying to apply it to your window) then if you're not early, you're in a fight to park close, or you can be like me and park far away at the stadium in order to get to and from really quickly as there is less traffic. I do think something like a parking garage would've been a much smarter use of land, but you do with what you've got. Anyways, it's a good school. Kids treat it like garbage as kids do, but the PAC is a beautiful environment to be in, and the newly renovated hallways make the experience much nicer. It'll be nice when F and G hall, as well as the cafeteria and gyms follow suit in the renovations. Otherwise, it's a good school. I'd recommend it.
Great facilities Great opportunities for students, teachers, and the community Great systems in place to help incoming students feel welcomed and educated on expectations and opportunities

The general education program just does not prep you for college. It allows you to generate lazy habits and still pass if not even do well, which can be really bad when you step up into college. Now since this is a statewide if not national issue, I will not count this against the school. The facilities are very nice and there are many resources available. Now the school gives a "we want all your money" vibe. They care more about you showing up at the right times of day so they can get higher attendance (which equals more money) than they care about what it is that you are learning and how it is being done. Also they charge you for EVERYTHING and I mean anything they can. Why do they need you to pay for you to park at the school, everyone pays a ridiculously huge amount for a parking pass that is required and with that same cost one could park right next to the school or way out in the boondocks. Why even charge for parking in the first place if you're not even guaranteed a spot? That idea is just ridiculous to me.
Eh. Cool theatre. That’s kinda it.
It IS A SCHOOL. nuff said
Allen High School: While this school has so much diversity, and its been great helping me be me, the school is just too big... the school is split in to the group who dominates all the events, yes I'm talking to you white Christan majority, and others, it makes you feel uncomfortable to do school activities. Even if I'm on level doesn't mean I'm uninterested in my education, and just because I'm a senior doesn't mean i'm checked out for the year. Yes I'm talking to you coach, who is the defensive line's coach for the state champion football team and I'm 99% sure they invented the class just so you could stay at the school during the off season. WAY TO much money going to the high schools athletics, the redone cafeteria and making the school look good, and material objects. Not enough going to the English department. I seem to learn the same things over and over again. Whats the point in trying? Yeah I get how to write a thesis statement what about classical lit? And they wonder why are writing scores are one of the lowest in the area...
"It's okay"
High school campus goals. Bruh... their field!???
Eh. Cool theatre. That’s kinda it.
Where can I find motivation to finish the semester?
Besides crazy people attending here like Abigail Leveine-Kutche, John Boutell, Hesam Fard, Rozheen Zebari, Peshaft Zebari, Mittan Barzani, Shakir Zebari, Shinwar Tovi, Zagros Barzani and Singer Barzani trying to ruin my life. This is a good school. Those individuals I mentioned are dirty and shady people. They wanted me to fail and not succeed. Instead, I did the opposite!!!!! In addition, it’s not okay to going into hookah bars, going to nasty clubs, and getting drunk. Instead, being involved in sports, Church, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and music will prepare you for the future folks. It helped me out a whole lot! Single parent household people like me are the true definitely of American Story!
When I came to high school I didn't have anyone yet I stuck with myself The Allen isd has helped me so much since i been here i have got so much help and I Amit there isn't a great deal of effort but that doesn't stop me it up to you the teacher aren't going to baby you like they did in middle school but talking about that rich kid there are so many in Allen high school and it fine but they get new cars there parent baby them and there are those that fail and don't care But Allen is perfect place but the only down side is being on a team due to how many people go to Allen high school and being the only one and also don't be think that you make friend because I been here for 3 year at Allen high and only made 13 friend and only one close friend because the parent treat there kid like they are there money and give them thing that aren't in contrast
Best high school in Texas with the biggest band, best football team, and most expensive stadium. Students at this school have access to the best of everything, including education. They just need to take the initiative to take advantage of it. The only criticism I have is that it's almost impossible for unambitious students to fail in on-level (not AP/IB) classes. It takes an active effort to get less than an A, especially in History.
