I went here through my 3rd and 4th grade year 9 years ago. I was a new student coming in before winter break coming from Indiana. The bus rides to school were terrible because everyone would pick on you and be racist. The school was like a prison almost where it was dark and dim in some hallways and I got in trouble every week there. They were very disorganized with how they did things like no talking at lunch while the music is playing which I believe is bs because people should have the freewill to talk among themselves and by reading the comments they still do that. The principal at the time was Mrs Barth and she was amazing. She went to Catawba Trail Elementary back in 2011 where most of her staff followed her over. I went over there too and to be honest it was way better than North springs so I would recommend Catawba trail!! By the way, like I said earlier, this was 9 years ago and things change so the atmosphere may have changed

I went to this school years ago, it had its ups and especially down. The way how they did it with the music at lunch was kind of boring and unnecessary, however when we went out to play everybody wanted that to happen because the teachers were pretty bored and didn’t want to teach at all... but a little fact: I was the one that banned Reece’s football

Amazing school. Love the faculty and the STEMS program is amazing. Admire how hands on the Principal is as well! One of the best schools in Richland 2 school district.

Im in the 5th grade and what i think of north springs is it is pretty good the hours go by very fast also I think at lunch time it can be well sometimes dumb because there is this thing were the music come on and we cant talk so that is kind of boring also there some nice teacher and some strict but if your good they will treat you with the same level of respect.I will say there are some fun hands on stuff to do and science my favorite.also if you go there have lots of fun. I love this school. The faculty from the principal all the way down to the staff, are very professional with the adults and very loving with the kids. They make it a point to take care of the kids emotionally and educationally. Great place for the kids to grow and learn.
