I have been working at HBS in varying capacities since 2010 and I cannot begin to express how much joy I have in coming to work each day! I have spent the past 5 years in Preschool with our school's youngest learners. It is a pleasure to see their love for learning grow through the two years with us. The teachers here put the child first; utilizing developmentally appropriate practices and innovative approaches, all of our learners reach their full potentials. I highly recommend our school to all families looking for a quality learning community where they will feel welcomed, valued, and supported in their child's academic and social-emotional development.

Our daughter attends pre-K at Henry Barnard and she loves going to school. Her teacher is wonderful - I can’t speak highly enough of her. I love the educational philosophy and the school has so many great things to offer - each week they have tech ed, art and Spanish for example. The school community is very active with lots of fun activities for kids and families.
