DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL !! This is the worst school you can ever go to. These teachers constantly start trouble with my brother and send him home knowing he has epilepsy. They stressed him out so bad he had two seizures at home because of it and it’s not fair these teachers are bullying my brother !!!! This is his last year and all he wants is to graduate and get his diploma but they’re not allowing him to and it’s not right he does his work his grades are good !! These teachers are just bullies.

i feel like even thought Shea high seems like a bad school is ISN'T because i go here right now and i love it as long a you surround yourself with a great group of people, go to school everyday and work as hard as you can i know that your time at Shea high school will be a good one and just to let you guys know i love Shea high school and i am glad that i came here :)

All of my teacher were not only wonderful instructors but cared for us at a personal level. It build me and truly prepared me for college. I lived some of my current favorite moments at Shea.

I was once a student at Shea, it is true i did feel unprepared for college but i made something of my self. The teachers I had were good some better than others but they had to teach to the class level. If you ask me I feel like its the students who need to start taking responsibility for there own actions, like one of my teachers always said in pre-calc class, "Be Accountable & Responsible" for your actions, and to be honest most of the kids aren't. For a school with little resources, its hard to teach with low funding, if the gov. pumped billions into education rather than defense i wouldn't be surprised to see the Pawtucket school system change.

I graduated from Shea in 2004. I firmly believe the students broke down into two groups. Those who cared about their education & wanted to go on to better their lives. The second group were those who treated school as a joke and didn't care about their future or want to make something of their lives. I had some great teachers who did a fantastic job. However if given the chance to do it all over again I wouldn't have gone to Shea.
