This school is like no other. I just graduated at the age of seventeen and wouldnt have chosen any other place to spend the last four years of my life! This school is incredible and not easy to explain. I suggest you contavts the school and find out what they are about. Incredible!!!

Stirling Hepburn

I'm always amazed by what the graduates have to say during their commencement. The self-possession, awareness and purpose in them is clear and wonderful. It's like magic.

I am a junior at the Delphian School. I started in middle school and have been a student for four years. I have improved so much and learned so much! One of the first things that you get from Delphi is you learn how to learn. I never really thought about studying as a subject you have to learn, but it is very important. If you are going to be learning all day it is important to know how to learn correctly with the best results. I not only learned how to use this for myself but to help others with this as well. At Delphi I am always doing so many activities that challenge me and I have changed so much. When I first came to Delphi I was very shy and the idea of leading a group or even talking to a group of people was very scary. Over these few years I have done projects where I have taught a class, organized an activity, ran a dormitory for Middle and Elementary School students, ran a club, met with Senators and Representatives about important issues and even more. This summer I am doing an internship at the school. Every day I do all kinds of activities from teaching a drama class to giving tours. One of my favorite jobs is running my dorm. The girls in my dorm are from 8-12 years old and they are so fun! One of the unique things about Delphi is that it feels like a family with all of the students and even the staff members. Our dorm has become like a family even within a couple days of knowing each other. Delphi continues to challenge me and all of its students, and I am excited for another school year at Delphi!

I graduated in 2006 and loved the 5 years I spent in high school here. I made lifelong friends and was prepared really well for life. Love this place!

Liliana Maslennikova

I just love Delphian school! My son became so responsible and helpful. Now when he comes home he takes care about cleaning the dishes, taking out the trash helping me with my work, cooking and I dont need to remind him about it! He reads a lot at the school and also his English is way better than before. I see that he is changing and the changes are just great!

Delphi and is a magical place to get an education. The proficiency based curriculum and incredibly caring staff put you as the student in charge of your own education. There is no pointless memorization for tests. I am able to and use my education to better my life. I cannot wait till my daughter is old enough to attend

Delphian is an amazing boarding school that creates competent leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and most importantly learners. It's unique study program teaches students how to study by themselves at the best of their ability. It's different in a way that it gives individuals the essential skills of studying that no other place can offer. Students use those skills to work on their self-paced individual programs. Delphian offers a very broad practical program that is based on student's individual career interest. Students do numerous projects from community help to working with professionals in their career fields. Delphian has been an incredible journey for me and changed me as a person.

Delphian is THE education that gave our two daughters the ability to make their own intelligent and very successful choices of the work and life style that is fulfilling their dreams. I am so proud of them. Thank you!

Kelly Kertchem

I graduated from Delphian in 2001. It was a wonderful experience to be surrounded by other students from all over the country and the world. Besides the fact that it is a mastery-based program done at each student's own pace, what made the school unique was the focus on character--integrity, honesty, hard work outdoors and in the community, real responsibilities and trust given to students. Every faculty member was a friend to me, even the ones who were the toughest. To this day I consider the school and the people there (some of them marking 40 year tenures at the school) a part of my family.

If there is one thing Delphian taught me, it is the ability to THINK. To logically compare information and be the judge of what makes sense and what doesn't; what is applicable and what can be trashed. I am an actor and businessman and this applies in anything I do - from working with people or at a task, to studying information or making any form of decision. It is a life tool that is infinitely invaluable. I really realized this today, and I'm sure many agree, so I thought I'd share :) Gal Ezra - Class of 2010

I sent my son for the Summer Program and was very pleased with my son's experience. Too bad I didn't know about the school when we first moved to Oregon. If I had to do it all over again, I would have sent all my children to Delphi, but for those who are skeptical, I can tell you with certainty it's nothing short of an amazing school!!! -Lady Bella

I attended Delphian for high school in the 90s. I now have two children (ages 12 and 14) who both attend Delphian. My own experience as a student there was life-changing. I had previously attended public schools for most of my education, as well as two smaller private schools for short periods of time. In my prior education I excelled in math and science, but became bored with these subjects because I felt the class moved at too slow a pace. I became disinterested. On the other hand, I had always struggled with history and often felt lost in class. At Delphian, I was able to move at the pace that was right for me on each subject--sometimes I did courses faster than average and sometimes I needed some extra time. I became EXCITED about my education again for the first time in years! The other aspect of Delphian that was so meaningful to me was the connections I made with the faculty and students. I knew every single faculty member was there because they truly loved and cared about the students. I formed life-long relationships with quite a few faculty members, and these have continued to be important connections for me throughout the years. I still stay in touch regularly with many of the students I went to school with twenty years ago. There is something special about Delphian's close-knit community. I wanted my children to benefit from the same education I received, and so far I would say their experiences at Delphian may even be exceeding my own!

I'm very proud to say that I'm a grateful who's son attended the school. Even though it was only for one year and a summer camp, this school make a remarkable positive change on my shy and not as outgoing kid. After experiencing The Delphian School he's life just change and only got better and better. The study technology the school uses and the awesome activity programs is what makes the difference from any other school. I'll recommend this school to everyone no matter how good or not your student is as I had the best experience coming from a mom who changed her son from at least 5 different other public and private schools.

Prior to coming to the Delphian School, I really struggled in the area of math. I was supposed to be ready to do Algebra but got lost in my misunderstandings of multiplication, fractions and other basic math. What was even worse than the confusion was my fear of appearing stupid and my hopelessness about fixing it. So I was silent about the trouble I had and hoped no one would ever notice. It worked for a while. When I arrived at Delphian, it didn't work so well any more and my teachers definitely noticed. With a lot of work and a lot of heart-to-hearts with my teachers, I was able to see that just hoping it would all go away wasn't a good way to live my life. I saw there were tools I could use to dig myself out of the hole I was in. I could fix it. While math was never my favorite subject, I had the confidence that I wasn't stupid but that I could learn things and solve problems. I also found my love of literature and writing at Delphian. I was encouraged to read literature and talk about it and debate what I thought. Then I had to write papers expressing my own opinions on the subject. To this day, some of my favorite books I've ever read are ones I read there. Today my children attend Delphian and I am so happy to see them receiving an education in a school where it's safe to ask for help, where you don't ever have to worry about not knowing something, where a love of learning is encouraged and where they can see that they can drive their education. Though they are only 7 and 10, I see the beginnings of all these things building in them.

I graduated from the Delphian School in 2017. The eight years I spent there were filled with fantastic memories. Delphian is truly like no other school. At first I wasn’t sure what it would be like living three thousand miles away from home. Thankfully the students and staff made Delphian my home away from home. The staff truly care about your growth; and the students help each other study, do projects and so much more. At Delphian there aren’t cliques, just students who want to learn and help each other. It doesn’t matter where you come from or what you believe in, all are welcome. My favorite part of Delphian academics was learning how to study. I learned about the barriers you come across while studying and how to handle them. Here at Delphian you learn how to study any subject and how to apply it to your life.

Both of my children currently attend the Delphian School. My oldest is seventeen and will be graduating this spring, my youngest is enjoying her first year at Delphian. Amazing as it may sound, my relationships with both my children have strengthened since they've been enrolled. We've always had a loving, caring family. But they've both blossomed through the Delphian Program to become even more responsible, more thoughtful and better leaders of themselves and others. Though the challenges have been great, both my wife and I wouldn't have our children anywhere else for high school.

Amy Marshall

My daughter currently attends The Delphian School. She is in the Elementary School. Her teacher is always supportive, with just the right amount of challenge to keep her growing without becoming overwhelmed. My experience has been uniformly wonderful.

Delphi is a front group for Scientology. I know, I graduated from there and it took me years to shake all of the mumbo-jumbo they pumped into my head. Avoid at all costs.

Delphian has a great program where student comprehension and use of data studied is of paramount importance; students learn data, then learn to use it. The faculty helped my son find a reason to study and use the subject studied, be it math, science, history, etc. My experience with my son attending was that he developed a love of reading and writing while at Delphian. Faculty worked with me and my wife to ensure we understood how he was doing. The faculty's care for my son was evident because my son enjoyed school.

This is the perfect place to raise a teenager! - with so many years of experience and so many different type of teenagers that go through their corridors - the school does the best job ever. You then get a productive, strong minded, knowledgeable, confident, able (and much more) young adult.

Julia Shaw

I got the chance to take a look at the Delphian School here in Oregon. I went to the Delphian School in Los Angeles, and have always wanted to visit the boarding school here. It is so so beautiful, and all the students and teachers were very happy and productive. I had the opportunity to watch the choir perform, and to get a full tour from a student at the school. The grounds are wonderful, the program is great, and the students are thriving. This school left me with a great impression. My husband and I are looking at having children soon, and there is no question that when they are of the correct age, they will go to Delphian.

Mary Price

Delphian helped me reach my goal as a parent for my two daughters. I wanted them to grow up to be intelligent, well-educated, ethical young women who would be valuable members of society. They are indeed that and I know I would not have been able to accomplish what was most near and dear to my heart without Delphian!

Imagine a school where every student wants to be there. Imagine where every student wants to learn, to push themselves, and grow. Now imagine a staff who've dedicated their entire lives solely to the purpose of providing such a school where students are NOT punished for wrong answers, but guided where to find the correct ones. Where education is NOT based upon pointless theory but on how do we apply this in our lives. Imagine a school that is more a family, supporting each other, celebrating each others growth, honoring each others challenges. Now imagine a world filled with such people. Why wouldn't you go there or want your child to go there. For me, it was the greatest blessing of my life to have gone to this school. Chviito

Great school, great way to teach kids to be responsible for their own learning.

I went here for summer of 2016 for only 2 weeks and I had an absolutely amazing experience. I learned a lot and still had so much fun at the same time! I met new friends and i still talk with them quite frequently. I will be going again in summer of 2017, and I absolutely recommend Delphi to anyone who's looking to learn and at the same time, have so much fun.

My son has been a student at the Delphian school for about four years now. It never fails to amaze me how much the academic and other programs have benefited his abilities and confidence. In my opinion there just is *no other* choice when it comes to the future of my child.

I had a wonderful experience at the Delphian School. They not only taught me the knowledge but also the skills for my future. I love everything about the school and had a wonderful experience.

I graduated from The Delphian School in 2015. It was the best High School experience I ever had! The staff here are amazing and care about the students so much! It was like a second home to me and I will never forget about the moments I had in The Delphian School.

Both of my kids are currently enrolled in the Delphian School. They've always done fairly well in school, but now they are both thriving! Disabilities in math and reading have disappeared. They have a new excitement about learning and increasing their abilities. They are busy, busy, busy with projects, classes and activities. If you want your child to be happy, productive, intelligent, artistic and prepared for life, this is the place to send them!

My daughter was bored is public school so we decided to try Delphian for a year. Ten years later she is still there and doing fantastic. She has blossomed into a competent young adult and honestly I feel she has the ability to do anything she wants due to her Delphian education.

This school is for the unique person that is YOU. My experience here was nothing short of tremendous and life changing. Thank you Delphian School!

Yahya Abulohoum

I am a senior at the Delphian School. I have been going here ever since I left Yemen when I was eleven. My time here has been a rollercoaster that has made me someone I am proud of. I used to be a little boy who was full of energy but got himself into trouble with it. As the years have gone by, I have been challenged by the program in many ways. Academically, I have always had this viewpoint that I was much better practically so I compromised with myself on my production and quality of work in the classroom. This wasn’t a problem at first but as I started to expand practically, I noticed that there was useful information I could take from the classroom into other parts of my life. This realization has surged my production, quality of work and has changed my viewpoint on my academic ability for the better. I have really enjoyed being on student council throughout the years and have learned valuable things along the way. I have learned that shortcuts are a disservice to yourself and others around you, being a leader involves helping and providing for a group instead of just commanding them. Campus life, playing soccer in the rain and spending long nights studying, I have created memories that I will remember for the rest of my life. This place will hold a special place in my heart.

Best Decision Ever--a Delphian education for all 3 of our children.

Annie Forslund

Delphian is amazing!!! It's the best school to prepare your kids for their life so that they can be the best they can be at whatever they decide to do. I've been wanting to send my kids there for years. And we finally moved to Oregon and they started at the beginning of the school year. I can already see a difference in them. They are happy and more "grown up". They do all kinds of activities that they would not get a chance to do in any other school. They do field trips, archery, arts, forestry, choir,... and the academics are excellent! The teachers are so dedicated and so competent! There is an amazing complement of staff who all work in the same direction: giving the kids the best tools they can have for their future. I know without a doubt that this is the best thing I can do for my kids and the best investment I can put into their future.

Morgan Allard

This school is incredible! After 5 different schools and being told that I was 3 grades below in my reading ability at 12 years old, I ended up at this school. I'm now a better reader than most of my classmates at college and I honestly don't think I could have received a better education.

Alan Rothe

As a parent, I was very impressed with the individualized care my child received and by the fact that she could excel in areas she was strong in and spend more time working on areas that were more challenging for her. The faculty were super-caring and the program was strong on basics and yet application oriented, a rare combination these days.

My kids really enjoyed the art fun day they had! They participated in the aerospace challenge and had a blast they learned so much. It was an experience of a life time. Thank for enriching my children's education.

as a proud parent of a delphi grad and a current student, i can tell you first hand, that the education and experience the students obtain are priceless. students are continually challenged from all directions and emerge as capable, confident, ethical independent thinkers. it is not simply a tag line; it's the real thing. i couldn't replace their gains from delphi with anything other program and that's why we up and moved our family to make it possible. visit the school and see for yourself.

Delphian School has had a remarkable effect on my teenage children. Not only are they very well-educated in the basic school curriculum, they LOVE to study. Their personal development has also been amazing. They know how to organize and work and get things done. Their self-respect and their recognition of social and civic responsibility are remarkable in this day and age of selfies and the me-generation. I am so proud of the young people they have become, and I thank that high school for a big part of that.

Kim Perry

This school is different from traditional schools because the focus is on mastery-based learning and really understanding the purpose for what you're studying. Each time a student starts to study something, there's a discussion about how that subject will applied in real life, beyond the classroom. I love this because it makes everything relevant, and it puts the focus on real life. There's also a real emphasis put on catching difficulties at the moment they happen, vs. waiting a week or a month or a year to find out that the student missed something. The teachers are aware of the signs of mis-understanding, and they come right over to help clear it up. Both of my children go to school here and they are doing better than any other school they've ever been to. Highly recommended.

Excellent school with self motivated students

I brought my 3 kids and a friend to the children's art day and they had such a wonderful time. The students who were helping were so polite and wonderful we loved it. I really want to send my kids to the Delphian school some day!

I just graduated from the Delphian School. I used to go to school in China, and I started my high school education here three years ago. I am so lucky that I chose Delphian and it chose me as well.I found so many intelligent and hardworking people at the school. I thought I was good in many areas before I came to the Delphian School, but I have seen students who are outstanding. I saw the gap between those people and me, and it encouraged me to work harder. The Delphian school is special because although everyone has his individual program, our purpose is the same. We learn from each other, practice to become more competent leaders, and to find out who we really are. We work hard for ourselves, not for anyone else. The Delphian School helped me learn to take higher responsibility, use myself as the resource to solve problems, lead others, keep my integrity and show my integrity. I am grateful for all my experiences here. The Delphian School has provided me opportunities to fail, to learn about myself and to restart. I used to believe that a school only focuses on its top students, but Delphian totally changed that idea. Everyone at the school loves every student, and students truly care about each other.

Heidi Kemp

Delphian provides an environment that is inclusive, challenging and nurturing. Both my children attended the school and remain grateful for the learning and life skills they gained there, as well as their high level of literacy.

Po-Ting (Timson) Lee

I like Delphi a lot.

Alexia Lorenzini

I'm a sophomore at the Delphian School. While tutoring at Sheridan Elementary I noticed that many kids run into problems studying every day and do nothing to fix it. I helped a few of the kids using what I learned at the Delphian School. During math hour I noticed that a student was having trouble understanding how some math problems worked. I immediately got some paper and started drawing pictures for her that related to the math. This way she got to see some real life math problems. I did something similar with another girl who was not interested in what she was learning. I first used some glue sticks and pencils to demonstrate the math problem with real objects, with these I showed her several subtraction and addition problems. I gave her examples. Then, I started to draw pictures of flowers, stars and hearts to show more math problems. This got her thinking with numbers a bit more. She started to draw the problems as well. By the end of it she was very interested in what she was learning.

Before coming to Delphian I knew nothing about where life would take me.I thought of myself as a pessimistic person. I was overwhelmed with books and lectures. I knew I could do so much more, but I couldn’t. I started at the Delphian School four years ago and finally had hope. Delphian has been a journey. It was a journey not like any other journey. It’s been a process and a discovery. I was shown not only the world, but how I could fit into it. It’s about challenging yourself a little bit more when you are too tired to stand up. It’s about providing encouragement when you fall. It’s about alerting you when you are lost. It’s about waking you up before everything is too late. Delphian an has been the shining star in my life! I will be forever grateful.Yesterday, I was a student from the Delphian School. Today, I am a proud graduate. I would recommend Delphian to anyone. .

I cannot say enough about the Delphian school and what they have done not only for my sons education but for our family dynamic all around ! When we enrolled our son at the Delphian School in January he was a bit behind academically . His previous school had reported that he had passed his academic levels in math , reading , writing , etc but they had actually taken him through without him really retaining and comprehending the data . In less than a few weeks his teacher at the Delphian School had taken him back to where he did understand the data and moved him through the books ensuring along the way he could actually duplicate and apply it. My son is actually reading now !!! Proud mom over here !! They take field trips , they get to be in a science lab , do pottery, cook, and explore the beautiful lands around the school ! He is busy all day long and when i pick him up at the end of the day he is so happy , talkative , and engaging !! My husband and i are so impressed and our home life has just been thriving even more !! The staff at the Delphian School are the kindest , most loving , and caring people that take such amazing care of the students ! They email me , text me , send me photos and keep me informed daily! The exchange is above and beyond! This is truly the best school on the planet !

What to say? Delphian is one of the best, if not the best, solutions for a young person preparing for life. I say simply "solution" rather than using "academic" solution or any other modifier, as Delphian truly covers all bases. Yes, they are academic giants (how about a program where each student gets 100% in order to "pass" anything), but they're so much more. Life activities, practical assignments, social engagement, field trips (near, far -- global), athletics and physical development, opportunities to excel at every turn -- Delphian is a full-on, getting-ready-to-be-amazing-at-life solution. I love it. And I guess, maybe, that would be the thing I would emphasize most. The love. The absolute caring for each and every kid, the pure safety of the environment, the positive encouragement and validation as each young person makes their way toward self discovery and plots their way into the future ... honestly, if Delphian were teaching how to stack rocks it would still be the most amazing place to be. I would totally have my son there learning to stack rocks. :-) So, what to say? Go to Delphian, that's what I say. Your future will never be the same.

Amber Skjelset

I attended the Delphian School with my younger sister for their Summer curriculum during my early teens. I enjoyed it immensely! What you learn is great and the activities are awesome (horseback riding, pottery, painting, gymnastics, all sorts of sports actually!). My sister and I still talk about out experiences and how independent we became from being in such a great nurturing environment. I honestly can't say enough. It's worth arranging a tour to visit or checking out if their programs fit what you want your to achieve in an educational experience.

My two children attend Delphian and I am so happy with the education they have received so far. I love being able to easily contact their teachers and how the staff sincerely care about the students. The campus is lovely, safe and a great place to get an education.

Before attending Delphian, I attended a number of other private schools, public school, and even homeschooled for two years. I had attended school in Canada and the United States. I can honestly say that attending and graduating from Delphian was the best decision I have ever made. I was an artist with very little patience for math and no interest in the business side of things. Delphian made me so proficient in math and business that I was able to successfully run three businesses after graduating, being directly in charge of the finances and keeping them solvent with ease. That does not mean that I neglected my passion for the arts--in fact, far from it. The Delphian program is so rich in art that I was immersed in it on a daily basis, participating in three different choirs, music, orchestra, drama, and a very rich literature program. Following graduation, I was able to pursue my passion as a writer and am now a freelance writer, just had a short story published, and am currently at work on a novel. Delphian is not your run-of-the-mill education--I gained life skills that I use every day. Things like integrity, leadership, ethics, and how to reach your goals. I learned the satisfaction of hard work and tenacity. I attribute much of my life success thus far to Delphian. I consider the teachers like family, the campus like home. It was an experience I will never forget.

I enrolled my daughter in the day school in January. She is 4 years old and is in Kindergarten. She is already reading words! She has been learning music, art and cooking. I am so pleased with her progress and I am thrilled that she is learning and having fun too!

I was lucky enough to get to go to the Delphian School shortly after it opened. It changed my life for the better and the educational experience was beyond anything I'd imagined. I had a high IQ and had always struggled in public school, it was so boring, so nothing. All my public school teachers had either nothing to offer me or were actively angry that I needed more and tried to shut me up. In contrast, the Delphian School was academically challenging, rigorous and fun and all the social baloney of public school was missing - no drugs, no drinking, no fighting, just everyone having a great time learning and getting to stretch their intellects without limit. It wasn't just ok to be smart there, it was encouraged. I would never hesitate to recommend this school to anyone. Also, this is a SECULAR school - it uses the study technology and organizational administrative management policy created by the founder of the Scientology religion to teach regular school subjects such as mathematics, reading, science, etc and they're not just up front about using that method, they're very proud of it. There's nothing hidden there, just study methods that work, very well.

Colleen Brookfield Mitchel

The Delphian School is like no other. Since my daughter has been attending she has become so enthusiastic about studying and academics its unbelievable. She has made so many friends and her social life has improved by leaps and bounds. She is happy and loves all the activities and school trips. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants their child to have a stellar education and a lot of exposure to international students and a wide pool of subjects and extra curricular activities to satisfy a growing child's mind. My daughter is 12 years old and has been boarding since she was 11 years old coming home on the weekends.

Delphian School has prepared me well. I graduated back in June and got into prestigious schools such as UC Davis, Fordham University, and Boston College. Right after graduation, I got a summer internship at a local real estate company. I'm currently attending Boston University and doing pretty well in school.

Lila Welles

This school is incredible. You get to change your studies to focus on you interests in life, and what you want to do after school, but you also make sure you can actually use what you learn. I was able to learn something and then turn around and use that information to do something.

Paulo Garcia

I went to the Delphian School because my parents wanted me to spend a year off my country. I come from Mexico and going to Oregon seemed exciting. The school enchanted me. I was fascinated by how things worked and the opportunities. I actually decided to stay and graduate. It wasn't until my second year that I started to notice "weird things." Some students started to act like very weird. I was now on Form 6 and started to see that supervisors ("professors") and staff members knew everything about us. I soon found out about what Scientology was and started to dislike some of the things that the school had. Soon I realized that I had no privacy while I was a student at the school. The same students would write a so called "ethics report" to the Ethics Officer. An example could be if you complained about your student service. This would go to the EO and then to your supervisor, Faculty Advisor, afternoon classes professors, etc. This would happen for every single thing that you did wrong. Depending on how bad was the situation written in the ethics report, you would end up at the Ethics Office. There, you have to write up what they call O/Ws. Basically, you have to write down all your wrong doings. If you refuse, you go to a series of talks with different staff members until you give up and end up doing it. So not only they now about your school related issued, but they also know about your personal issues. I once heard a student who was asked to write down the number of times he left class and went to his room to masturbate. The school was no longer a safe place for me, since it felt like living inside George Orwell's 1984. The student body turned into a surveillance system. I could not express myself freely without getting into trouble. I was alone. So I started to show my disagreements and express myself outside school. Since I was isolated from society (living at the top of the mountain) I used social media. I started to post on Facebook and Instagram. I thought that could be a safe zone. But it wasn't. I was getting in trouble for posting stuff on my own Facebook and Instagram. People were writing ethics reports on me because of my posts. What were those posts like? I wasn't attacking the school or anything. I was just being myself. If student's did not like my posts, why couldn't they just unfriend me? I thought I had freedom of speech. Later I found out that not only students, but staff members were monitoring me. January 2014 was when I, a Form 7 student, was kicked out of school for posting a picture of myself with a plastic knife on my PRIVATE Instagram page. Later on I found out that the same staff member that dismissed me also had a picture on her photoshopped as a devil, with a knife and red eyes on her Facebook page. The school that I once loved and protected turned into a horrendous experience. The school isn't cheap, and yet students are forced to clean the entire campus, plan the student activities and even cook for the rest! If you have any questions you can email me. Thank you.

I graduated from Delphian in 1998. I had a wonderful experience at the school and value what I learned and the time I spent there. Additionally, the friends I made are lifelong friends. Delphian offers a unique educational experience, and the best way to understand what it's all about is to take a tour while class is in session. I'd recommend going on a clear day if you're able, as the valley view is beautiful.

Delphi, is a wonderland for students.I can say nothing bad about the school, the school itself is different and perfect. Like no other school on earth, the school makes you want to go to class when you wake up in the morning, the school makes you think that learning is so much fun, the school never make you feel boring about learning, believe it or not, I even have fun when I'm doing the course I hate the most in other school. Delphi makes you love learning. The school is magical and full of fun, at Delphi, you'll never feel boring, cause there's always something to keep you busy. Once you get in that wonderful school, you'll never want to leave, it is a wonderland to me, and I believe it is a wonderland for all other students to go.

My daughter has been attending the Delphian School since last November and she absolutely loves it!! She's so motivated in her studies, loves doing her homework every night and looks forward to going to school each and every day. I love that the school offers a bus service from McMinnville, it's incredibly convenient. They also do so many fun field trips and weekly activities like gymnastics and swimming classes. I highly recommend sending your child to this school, it's been one of the best things we've ever done for our daughter.

My daughter matured beautifully while attending Delphian. She had always done well academically but this school's program helped her gain confidence and self-esteem during her teenage years when those qualities were in short supply. She went on to excel academically and socially in college and is now quite successful in her career.

Umm, this "school" is a Scientology educational facility.... If you want to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn how to rid yourself of Xenu's body thetans, I guess you could go here.... If you want to live in reality, it'd probably be best to stay away from Delphian and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This school is a dream come true for Parents and their kids who desire a better education!

My son loves it! He is very happy and his education is skyrocketing.!

Small class sizes and wonderful, caring faculty and staff. My 2 elementary-aged children love all of the hands-on experiences like weekly field trips and an incredible science lab! The older students can board, so they've also met people from all over the world, right here in Oregon.

The Delphian school literally saved my kids lives! They were struggling in school so much so that my daughter thought she was stupid and could not learn. She was told she had dyslexia and would not be able to do math or read out loud. After a short time at Delphi, she was reading out loud, flying through her math classes and gained her self confidence back. She told me after one month there that she learned she can learn and that she knows she is not stupid! Thanks Delphi for helping her become herself!

My grandson is blossoming at Delphi ! I cannot recommend this school highly enough - it changes the lives of its students and therefore, the lives of parents and relatives. I feel I am giving my grandson the best possible chance to be successful in life, and the career of his choice.

I love this school. There amount of involvement and dedication to a childs learning is unmatched in the education system from what I have seen. This is especially so with the curriculim that is established for the high school level students. The school has amazing grounds, which are in a distraction free enviroment for the students to learn. Overall, I would suggest this school to any parent who wants their kid to succeed at their education and utilize what they have learned to its fullest potential.

I graduated from the Delphian School four years ago. My educational experience at Delphian built a top-notch foundation for a lifetime of learning, living and communicating effectively. Thanks to the skills and abilities I gained at Delphian I was able to tackle college confidently and successfully. I have since been accepted to ten law schools, including a full-tuition scholarship to a top 80 law school. Delphian has been, by far, the greatest contributor to my academic success thus far. Incredible school.

Delphi sets the standard for the best quality education possible. My children and grandchildren have all attended Delphi. Each person is helped to discover his gifts and passion so he can make his education his own, and so he can get the most out of the Delphi experience. Whether it is becoming a professional artist, business owner, musician, athlete, Doctor, Delphi sees that students find their interests and that apprenticeships occur; students get to work with top people in the industry. Students are challenged and become competent. It's a wonderful and positive environment! Does it even get any better?!

I'm a ten-year veteran-teacher from an award winning public school. When I visited the school and saw their roll call and classrooms I wanted to cry. This is what every educator dreams about! What educators always wanted to do they've been doing it for 40 years. They create students who are engaged in what they are studying and being empowered for everything in their future. Empowered to live a drug free life, empowered by tough projects, empowered for leadership, empowered to live their dreams. I can't describe in such a short review the impact it has made for my two boys. It has been life changing. Their program is almost a two for one in that many of their graduates exceed an average college graduate in ability and skill set. My sons are so much more responsible and valuable to the world because of all the things they are learning and doing. I know this is life changing education.

I graduated from Delphian in 1999. I owe so much to the school and staff at this school. I gained a fantastic foundation and tools that have helped me tremendously throughout my adult life. I made lifelong friends and the staff are truly like family to me! My kids will definitely be going here!

I can't say enough about this school. At this school, learning is the constant and time the variable. Students move at their own pace and have customized programs tailored to their needs, interests and career choice. They master every subject and skill before going to the next and every facet of the student's education is tailored to how can one use it and how does it apply to one's life. Hands-on activities, projects, and internships abound. As a result, students have an excellent academic foundation and remarkable skill. Then in addition to this, students learn life skills that are rarely taught in schools, like how to study, how to educate themselves, critical thinking, leadership, responsibility, integrity, and hard work. The faculty are simply the most accomplished, dedicated educators I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If that weren't enough, it's a breathtaking campus, with a host of extra-curricular opportunities. I am incredibly proud to have graduated from The Delphian School with Honors and incredibly proud that my children now attend the school and are growing and blossoming before my eyes. I have never found a more unique and exceptional educational facility.

As a parent, I couldn't have been happier with the school. Having come from public and good private schools in LA, where our kids were getting bored and distracted, we found that at Delphian the students are engaged in their educations. They find their own purposes for learning, and are put into life situations (through projects, Student Council and apprenticeships) where they can apply information from classes to real situations. When students truly see a relationship between what they study and their lives, nothing can stop their enthusiasm & desire to learn more. There's nothing worse than wasted potential. At Delphian, that potential is pulled out of each individual and developed. A beautiful thing.

When my daughter was a baby I knew I wanted to find the best education possible for her. We started with Montessori, which was nice and on the right track, then continued to an impressively staffed private school which was okay. Our worst year was when we tried the honors program at public school. We both knew this was not what we wanted. It was after that horrible year in public school that we found the Applied Scholastics program at Delphian. Far and away this was what I had hoped for and my daughter knew it too. She begged me to go to this school! The rest is history! I can proudly announce that my daughter is a graduate of Delphian. There is no school like this one, anywhere! Their programs are foolproof and inspiring in the most positive ways. EVERY graduate grows into this accomplished, well poised, full of life masterpiece of a person! Every one of the graduates' speeches are awe inspiring and heart swelling. I plan to send my next three children there too! Find out about this school! You will be amazed with what your child can accomplish in the Delphian program.

My kids go here. They love it. Many extended family members are blown away by the maturity and intelligence of my kids. The school has a big part in that.

I went to a lot of different schools growing up, but Delphian was the first school where I knew we'd found the right one. I loved every day of all four years here and was proud to graduate from this great school!

I went to Delphi when I was 11years old for a summer then followed with the school year. The summer was fun with lots of cool trips. I needed extra help so my parents thought it would be like summer school combined with summer camp. I was 11 & paired with older teenage girls as roommates. I was bullied by them. Any effort I made to try to get help with it was ignored as unimportant. What was emphasized was that I study harder & do more chores. Everyone there, all the staff, the students, are scientologists. All the staff members live on the campus in dorms or in trailers & out buildings. All of my classmates went back to there domiciles with their parents at the end of the day. Everyone ate 3 meals a day in a cafeteria, because no body has there own kitchens, unless your one of the big dogs, that runs the place. When I was there I fell behind in math. I remember I started math class with my elementary peers. After the lesson was given I needed help with the assignment in class. After the first week or so it was determined I needed to much help, & was holding the others back, so they dropped me down to lower school math. I still needed help to complete my assignments. So even though my grandpa was paying a boat load of $$ to this school to help me, he would drive 3.5 hours one way on the weekends to help me get my homework done. Instead of the school offering tutoring or extra study halls to me after school or on weekends they just made us do student services which was grounds keeping, kitchen duty, or being a staff members personal assistant. There was never down time. I remember at 11 years old hosing down the kitchen where they cook tons of food, stacking the entire cafeteria full of chairs on tables & mopping, digging holes, planting trees & shrubs, painting sheds, raking leaves moving furniture, and dusting baseboards that never end, also babysitting a 5 year old. I went there to get help with school. They just work you to the bone and criticize you when you need help or don't know how to do something. I remember when my group of friends found out I wasn't a scientologist they started treating different. They said it was wierd that I wasn't. I didn't even know what it was & why I was weird. I know now that I wasn't the weird one. Scientology is a freaking cult, and an exspensive one. If your just looking for a good boarding school do your research on Scientology first before you send your kids here.

The place is a perfect environment for a student to learn about life and in the process receive a well rounded education and make them ready for their future endeavors.

My family had so much fun, their art classes are amazing, teachers are really good and I loved the pictures, clay models and pottery my kids brought home!

Sam Silver

Non-traditional school with a student centric approach. This school gives students a chance to become expert learners, and places this skill as the fundamental upon which education, both high-school and throughout the remainder of life, can be built on. Go for a visit and see something different and unique in education. Its not the school you are used to.

Simply the best School for my kids!

Tuve la grandiosa oportunidad de estudiar en Delphian school en 1987. Fueron días increíbles e inolvidables. Llenos de mucho conocimiento y aprendizaje ... Maravillosas amistades !!!

Our two daughters graduated from Delphi and they received the most remarkable education unattainable anywhere else. They not only learned the 'normal' things in school but were challenged to be the best each individual can be. They learned lifelong skills in making choices and being happy, productive members of society! LOVE DELPHI!

Moved up from Los Angeles to get away from traditional teaching. My 8 year old daughter and 11 year old son attend the day school. The main draw was the fact that students are not taught to pass tests but can only move forward when they can show they can apply what they learned. It's called proficiency based teaching. My kids can move quickly on some subjects while taking a little more time on others. I also love the student council program that prepares students to take on leadership roles and learn how to effectively work with others.

As a parent of two boys at Delphi I have to say I LOVE THIS SCHOOL!

I was with Delphi in the early years and wrote this then: A Sonnet to Delphi She stands among the green and rolling hills, A ship afloat in time on seas of hope; Her destiny: to cure a world of ills With which her crew is learning how to cope. She gathers in her wake a growing fleet; Adventurers who follow her proud flag. Together every obstacle they meet; The worst is but a momentary drag As, ever faster, riding on a breeze That founders others like a raging storm She clears the shoals, and heads for open seas And charts a course that leads her from the swarm Of obstacles encountered on the way To reach the haven of a far-seen day. It's still as true as ever. Jim

Delphian has the best school curriculum any child could ask. My daughter is really enjoying her time there, and by that, I mean she's truly attaining knowledge. She's learning about life and discovering about freedoms and barriers within her own abilities. That's what I loved about Delphian... My daughter is finding out, learning and preparing to take on the challenges of life! Thank you Delphian!

My daughters attend to this school and they love it, and me too. It is not about a grade it is about the learning and the hands on experience. It's not only help them develop their cognitive demonstrating that they have learned the knowledge and skills but also doing so at their own pace. There's no grades, just targets. When they accomplished the target and know them 100% they move on. This is the ideal education!

Laura Wallace

My daughter was attending a public high school and testing in the 98 percentile for reading and writing but suffered in mathematics. My husband and I tried for 6 months to get her some help from her math teacher and school counselor to no avail. The school counselor basically told us that our daughter probably would not earn a high school diploma because she wasn’t passing the Oregon Common Core math test. We also realized our daughter was not learning in math class because the teacher could not control the class. At times, it was a noisy, disruptive environment in which students couldn’t hear the teacher much less ask questions. So, we looked around and found The Delphian School. We sent our daughter to the summer camp program and she just blossomed. She came home at night singing, “Mom, they answer my questions! Dad, they help me!” She is now about to graduate with a high school diploma. She tested above average in math on the SAT test. She has been admitted to her first choice college, which is considered the most intellectual liberal arts college in the country. We are very happy and proud parents. The Delphian School has been wonderful!
