PS 770 is an awesome school. The teachers here are caring and motivated. The additional training they receive shows in their creative approaches to the subject matter. Students learn how to identify and express their emotions in addition to the normal curriculum. The school focuses on creating better citizens not just test taking drones. I am happy that I found this school for my child.

Love this school for my daughter in first grade and now my son who’s in Pre-K. Reminds me of the schooling I had as a child in Sweden. Plenty of physical activity, outdoor play and the staff is amazing. We live far from the school but it’s worth the commute every day knowing my kids are happy and healthy and well taken care of. I’m so glad my kids get to be kids and also learn how to be decent human beings and not drilled all day long about ABCs and 1+1. And I think my daughter loves her teacher (Ms. Kylie) more than she loves me! I know she will remember her for the rest of her life. H.E.A.R.T.S.!

It was a great school for my grand kids jr and leilani it has a good curriculum most kids scored 3 or a 4 it has a lot of events my grandson and daughter enjoy my grandson loved the senior trip do funplex teachers and pta is so nice and encouraging recommend if wanting to go to a great school that has activities

We have two kids (pre-K and 1st grade) in PS 770 and are very happy with the school. 770 is inclusive and progressive, gives the kids plenty of time for recess and physical activity, and has an increasingly strong arts (music and visual) program. Both my kids love attending and have complete enthusiasm for all the learning they are doing. The teachers and staff know them well, it's quite a lovely community. The school also prioritizes social/emotional learning: I've been so impressed at how my kids are developing there as full human beings.

Ok i have been in this school sense 2012-2017 and i graduated from this school so my personal opinion is that the staff are really nice and the teachers are everything you could ask for and there are local sports events. Like track and field and the principal is nice and fair being in this school for 5 years has been inspiring to me and some might call me a veteran because i been in the school for a long period of time if your about to transfer here dont be shy because you will love it also if you see students with yellow shirts dont make a conflict with them because they can be a little physical and thats it and i gave this a 4 star for this reason. l love this school as does my child. Great communication, staff cares for the kids and my kid has flourished and grown so much. System is a bit different than traditional public school, which works great. PTA and school community is so welcoming and active. Don't let the testing scores to kid you as what you see in periodic reviews from the kids tell you that they are learning far beyond the common core (although they follow that).

I'm currently in 6th grade and I used to attend this school from 2010-2016. It's a lovely school full of sweet loving teachers. By the time I reached third grade I noticed that the school was no longer as good as it was when Shimon Warenker as principal but it's still a great fun school. And faith Howard this is Layla I don't know if you remember me but we were in the same class for years!!
